| 租屋惡搞案 港女認罪求輕判

（中央社記者劉世怡台北21日電）台北地院今天審理2名香港女生來台租屋惡搞案，2女當庭認錯，請求輕判，法官庭末諭知，將不再開庭，日後循簡易判決程序宣判。
邱姓、曾姓兩名香港籍女子被控謊稱來台讀書，在台北巿租屋，卻偷走房內液晶電視，還留下一屋子垃圾及毀損馬桶等，後來2女轉租淡水後，行蹤不明，3月16日在台南遭警方逮捕，檢察官漏夜複訊後，諭知責付給移民署先予以收容。
檢方3日偵結，認定2女以假身分租屋、侵占電視及偷竊帽子，依偽造文書、侵占及竊盜罪嫌起訴。
台北地方法院下午首次開庭，2女當庭認罪，邱女邊哭邊說，請求法官從輕發落，給個自新機會，以後會好好做人。曾女則說，自己不應該把自己的不開心建立在別人的痛苦上。
法官訊問為何來台？2女都表示，在香港的家裡發生不開心的事，所以結伴來台。邱女說，哥哥的女友懷孕而搬到家裡，她和這名女友相處不來，對方會偷她東西，所以她想找個地方躲起來。曾女則說，家裡發生一些事，讓她有輕生念頭，想出去旅行，就可放鬆心情。
蒞庭檢察官表示，2女因叛逆期而行事魯莽，考量她們均坦承犯行，也與被害人和解，請求法官從輕量刑。1030421
