| 灌水肉品 南市未查到學校進貨

台南市政府衛生局調查「樂騏食品公司」販售灌水肉品案，確認台南市沒有學校進貨，並已封存問題肉品，將擇期銷毀。
高雄地檢署查獲不肖業者涉嫌將肉品填充保水劑後，加水按摩冷凍肉品，增加重量以牟利，多數肉品恐怕已流入國軍和學校營養午餐；台南市樂騏食品疑似委託農正鮮公司代工，也販售黑心灌水肉。
台南市政府衛生局副局長林碧芬表示，衛生局清查樂騏下游22處食品行、中盤商，初步未發現台南市有學校單位進貨，問題肉品多流向台北、新北、桃園、苗栗、台中、台南、高雄、屏東等地，衛生局已將樂騏食品的4項產品封存，並要求樂騏回收已售出的問題肉品，將擇期銷毀。

| 八八水災金帥倒塌 獲1300萬國賠定讞

台東縣知本溫泉「金帥旅社」五年前，因八八風災造成知本溪潰堤，「金帥」地基遭溪水淘空而倒塌，業者指控縣政府防洪不力提出國賠。全案纏訟到三審，最高法院認定台東縣政府怠忽搶救，判業者可獲1300多萬元國賠，全案定讞。

民國98年8月8日莫拉克颱風侵台期間，台東知本溪潰堤，位於右岸的金帥旅社竟傾斜，隔天上午11點多應聲倒入洪水，場面險象環生。判決書指出，金帥認為知本溪是縣管河川，縣政府只在左岸回填消波塊，右岸堤防跟路基在溪水持續沖刷下，造成潰堤，進而淘空金帥旅社的地基以致於倒塌，主張縣府公務員怠於執行職務，對公有公共設施欠缺管理，請求國賠2643萬元。
一、二審期間，縣政府主張，八八風災雨量過大，造成潰堤屬於天災，不能全部歸罪人為疏失，縣府人員都有全力救災，採取積極作為。法院認為，縣政府當時雖然有派人實施警戒並封橋管制，同時對左岸進行搶險作為，但卻忽略更容易成災的右岸區域，可歸咎於公務員怠於執行搶險職務疏失，判決縣府須賠償一千三百多萬元，台東縣政府不服上訴三審，經最高法院駁回上訴後，全案就此確定。

| 男子情傷跳河 大力士員警王逸仙一手將人拉上岸

花蓮1名男子與女友爭吵後，竟然企圖跳河自殺，幸好獲報員警力大無窮，趕到現場立即跳下河，將男子一把拉起，通知消防隊將人送醫，沒有大礙。
吉安警分局員警王逸仙接近中午接獲警局通報，表示七腳川有1名男子跳河尋短，他立刻騎著警用機車趕到現場，發現男子已經跳入河中，隨時可能被湍急的河水沖走，員警馬上奮不顧身也躍入河中，幸好河水高度只到腰際，王逸仙
一手就將男子拉上岸，經送醫後沒有大礙。原來男子因為情傷，才會企圖跳河自殺。
一百八十幾公分、身材魁梧的王逸仙，原本就力大無窮，這次一手救人的力道，也讓他博得「大力士」的稱號。

小弟女性朋友有一台喬巴的,有一次去西門町看電影吃飯,
她車停在洛陽街公園前面要去牽車的時候..........
發現她的喬巴變成戴眼罩左邊獨眼臉上刀疤還長麻子.....= ='
找不到殼換才慘.買到記得殼拆下來先用一般的殼.

| LG G2 google注音輸入法顏色問題

各位好
我是入手G2不到兩週的使用者
有一個問題請教大家
Google注音輸入法（我的OS版本是4.2）雖然方便
但是我印象中看到其他人用
打字時跑出備選字的字體顏色都是白色
但我的是淡藍色
白色的辨識度比較高
淡藍色的我都需要用力看一下
請問這個字體顏色怎麼調整？
