熱對流旺盛 阿里山下小冰雹

午後對流發展旺盛，阿里山森林遊樂區29日下午分別在1點52分及3點左右下起冰雹，根據目擊者表示，冰雹約有米粒般大，掉落屋頂發出叮叮噹噹的聲響，許多上山賞花遊客直呼驚喜。

天氣晴朗炎熱，阿里山區29日上午藍天白雲，萬里晴空，中午氣溫接近20度，下午卻突然下大雨，伴隨雨勢而下的是冰雹，根據氣象站表示由於高山午後對流雲氣發展旺盛，山下的帶有水氣的熱空氣上升到山上高度時，遇冷空氣凝結，因此下起冰雹。

阿里山工作站蕭明學表示，約在下午一點五十二分，阿里山遊樂區下起冰雹，持續約三分鐘；到了近三點的時候，又下了第二波，冰雹約有三顆米粒般大，落在屋頂上叮叮噹噹。他表示，這個季節，阿里山下冰雹並不算罕見。

目前阿里山森林遊樂區正值櫻花季，蕭明學說，目前上山可以領略山上多重風貌，包括櫻王等染井吉野正下起櫻花雨，還有沼平公園、沼平車站到阿里山賓館、阿里山工作站一帶的重瓣櫻、大島櫻英華正盛，另有普賢象櫻含苞待放，還有杜鵑、一葉蘭等，美不勝收。上山旅遊遊客賞櫻花，又看到冰雹景色，都說好幸運。(圖：蕭明學提供)

大蒜超產 規畫外銷8千公噸

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北29日電）農委會農糧署表示，今年國內大蒜超產，連同關稅配額內進口量總計8000公噸，主產地雲林縣公告徵求業者登記出口量，啟動外銷。

農糧署指出，經主產地雲林縣政府、產地農民團體及業者代表，與該署共同研商確定外銷執行事宜，這次規劃外銷目標含超產的5000公噸，以及關稅配額內國外可能進口數量約3000公噸，共計8000公噸。

署方說，雲林縣政府近日公告徵求業者登記出口量，啟動大規模外銷，外銷廠商須以優於產地行情向農民收購，並於簽約後1個月內完成出口；外銷期間自公告日至5月15日止，請業者把握作業時機。

此外，由於大蒜具貯存特性，署方籲請農民，盛產期間勿急於出售濕蒜，應乾燥後再配合市場需求分批出售。1030329

新制上路 單車低頭族將開罰

有「輪」要注意了！下週一(31日)起，全台將開始嚴管邊滑手機、講電話、未禮讓行人及酒駕的自行車騎士，將可開罰300～600元；並針對惡意逼車的汽機車危險駕駛人祭出處罰標準，違規的機車騎士及汽車駕駛人最高處以18,000及24,000元，若因而肇事更將被吊銷駕照。

交通部日前修正《違反道路交通管理事件統一裁罰基準及處理細則》，增列5種單車族違規行為處罰標準；騎自行車時當低頭族玩手機、或是在行經斑馬線、交叉路轉彎時未禮讓行人等行為，可罰300到600元；並比照汽機車酒駕標準，若是拒絕酒測則將被罰1200元，而交通新規將在下週一開始正式實施。

此外，交通部也針對惡意逼車的惡意駕駛增列汽機車駕駛人處罰標準，若駕駛人任意迫近、突然變換車道，或其他不當方式刻意迫使其他車輛讓道；或是在非突發狀況行駛途中任意驟然減速、煞車，將對機車騎士開罰1,2000元～1,8000元，汽車則可處以18,000至24,000元。

另汽機車駕駛人若占用自行車專用道，也能依法對機車和小型車駕駛人開罰600至900元，大型車可處900至1200元。民眾上路時得要多留意新交通規定，免得吃上高額罰單得不償失，更是維護自身駕駛安全及他人用路權益。
