兄弟搶勝功臣 恐僅20萬月薪

〔自由時報記者倪婉君／台北報導〕統一獅昨替去年陣中勝投王廖文揚加薪5萬元，讓他今年月薪正式突破20萬元大關，而與他年紀、成績相仿的兄弟投手林煜清，今年的加薪幅度格外受注目。

27歲的「廖仔」廖文揚加盟獅隊第5年，去年首度達成單季10勝，今年月薪來到21萬元，調薪幅度31%。廖仔表示，今年要以超越10勝為目標，也期待在首席教練郭泰源指導下，控球及尾勁都能有所進步。

廖仔並未向獅隊爭取複數年合約，他希望在資歷及月薪達到一定程度之後再來談，替自己訂下更長遠目標。他從2011年菜鳥年的10萬元，除了第2年持平外，其餘都穩定加薪，在今年躋身20萬元俱樂部。

相較之下，26歲清仔的「薪情」就比他差，雖然2012年加盟兄弟的起薪12萬元較廖仔高，但繳出防禦率、三振數及投球局數的本土投手第1，隔年仍遭減薪1萬元，也成為他和廖仔的薪情分水嶺。

去年球季開始之前，清仔更因和兄弟談薪不順，成為最後一個完成簽約的球員，去年他就希望月薪能達20萬元，結果以17萬元作收。

清仔去年雖未達10勝，仍繳出9勝和防禦率3.41的不俗成績，在去年總冠軍賽更是替兄弟搶下唯一1勝的功臣，因此他今年的薪水將成為指標。

兄弟目前尚未完成談薪，若依初步談完最多只加薪3萬元，清仔今年剛好達到20萬元，勢必不符合他個人期待。

　　《劍靈Blade & Soul》今（7）日進行改版，開放全新職業「燐劍士」，並同步推出相關活動「燐劍士的成長支援」，另外比武前哨戰「天下第一比武大會」同步開戰。

明日之星燐劍士登場
　　玩家可以選擇使用的燐劍士今日改版登場，生命力與防禦力皆比劍士低，但致命能力較高，不管處於任何狀況下，都能靈活運用遠距離攻擊的御劍、近距離攻擊的拔劍，以及封鎖敵人行動的擒龍功，且因整體操作上較簡易，也很適合新手來選擇使用。吉恩立表示，在維護開機後，修練燐劍士並達到指定等級，便能獲得回饋獎勵，詳情請上官網查詢。

天下第一比武大會
　　維護後，比武活動開始時，系統將重置所有玩家在遊戲中天下第一比武大會的戰績、分數、等級、勝負數等紀錄，活動期間將參照重置後的比武紀錄或任務，發送對應的報酬獎勵。

　　「老么的訓練-完成比武任務」，活動期間每日只要完成老么指定的比武任務，除了原定的獎勵報酬外，還可立即獲得「天下第一比武大會功勛箱」，開啟功勛箱隨機獲取比武活動獎勵。

　　「洪門的磨練-個人比武競試」，在指定的兩個活動區間中，只要完成洪玄公指定的每日任務【比武個人戰七勝】，依照完成的任務次數給予相對應的獎勵。

　　「武神的淬煉-天下第一比武」，依活動期間玩家個人戰最終的比武積分給予指定的獎勵，最高可獲得6000龍銀以及天下第一比武大會功勛箱喔！活動詳情請上官網查詢。

　　2014 年就在一陣亂砸普羅的愉悅氣氛中結束了，相信各位玩家都在「普羅王傳說」中得到了不少樂趣，取得了各種可愛的頭像獎賞和各種福袋，而近期 Riot Games 宣佈將會再發出神秘禮物送給玩家，且只有在 2014 年從未遭到官方懲罰的玩家才能收到。

　　只要是在 2014 年未遭到官方凍結帳號（14 天以上）、禁止發言和禁止打積分的懲罰，本身是 5 級以上和缺少至少 10 種以上造型的玩家，都在這次的送禮名單上；對於多數表現良好的玩家想必是一個好消息，而至於為何官方決定要這樣做，遊戲社群系統首席台籍設計師林侑霆也在 Reddit 上做解釋。

　　林侑霆表示本次的送禮帶有著驚喜和非決定論這兩項要素存在，它並不像一般的成就系統只要你連續 10 場態度都表現良好就能獲得禮物，通常這樣的設計結果只會讓玩家保持 10 場的良好態度，取得獎勵後就回到了他們原本的表現，並不會帶來長久的改善效果。

　　林侑霆同時告知玩家這次的獎賞概念將會是 Riot Games 在 2015 年不斷嘗試的做法，將會不定期地給互動表現良好的玩家帶來驚喜，他認為因為這樣的不確定性（獎賞內容是什麼？什麼時候會送禮？），將會長時間促使玩家時常保有運動家的精神，進而改善《英雄聯盟》整體的玩家素質。

　　他認為這項作法對於表現良好的玩家當然不會有太大的影響，但應該可促使多數的一般玩家開始為了取得這些驚喜而開始改善，少數的惡劣玩家甚至也可能會因為這樣的誘因而開始改變。林侑霆也補充說道，獎賞並不一定每次都是神秘禮物，他們有時候也會根據不同階段的玩家來變化，像是提供權力點加成來幫助新進玩家取得更多的英雄來體驗，或是送出蒐集類型的獎賞（ex：聖誕帽巴隆頭像），讓所有玩家都能感受到獎勵的部分。

　　《英雄聯盟》玩家互動問題一直以來都是 Riot Games 相當重視的項目，不單單是一般玩家，即使是職業選手也都會有著惡劣發言的表現，一場遊戲可以因為各種惡意發言或是惡意作為（ex：AFK、中離和自殺送頭等等）而大大削減遊戲的樂趣，若接下所採用的新獎勵方式，可以改善以上這些狀況，2015 年對《英雄聯盟》玩家來說想必會是個相當愉快的一年。
