現年41歲的謝財棟曾是，月入一、二十萬的汽車業務主任，卻遭遇不景氣而業績下滑；後來，他因為壓力大染上了酗酒的惡習，甚至還積欠了兩百多萬的債務，不僅傷身，也傷了父母的心。結果，在他毅然轉業、從頭再來之後，只花了一年多的時間便從菜鳥翻身成為染整廠的領班、組長，其善用智慧、再度翻身的經歷值得許多職場失意者借鏡。

回想起那一段失意的日子，謝財棟表示，當時面臨經濟不景氣，每個月的收入只有一、二萬，又欠下大筆的債務，使他每天只能藉酒澆愁，並讓年邁的父母頭痛、傷心不已；然而，在指導他修習氣功的太極門師父給了他鼓勵之後，他為了不讓父母擔心，便痛定思痛、毅然做出人生的重大決定，放棄做了十多年的汽車業務工作，轉業到工廠上班。

謝財棟的新公司是一家染整廠，是他從未接觸過、也是型態完全不同的領域。他自基層工人從頭做起，雖然薪水不到以前百萬年薪的三分之一，工作環境也辛苦許多，他卻能放下身段，開心學習；因此，僅僅過了一年多，他就從一個「高齡菜鳥」高升到領班、組長，也在短短的幾年內就還清債務，甚至還小有積蓄，父母對他也終於完全放了心。

除了工時長、要每天12個小時站著上班以外，工作場所又非常悶熱，勞力及體力的付出是以往工作的數十倍。謝財棟笑著說，起初他脫下西裝、穿上工作服，進入全然陌生的染整廠時，不只是年輕的員工，甚至連外勞都排擠他、嘲笑他的技術。但是，他一直想著太極門師父的教導，就是做人處事應該「頭要低、腰要軟、嘴要甜」；於是他放下身段，秉持著一顆歡喜願意的心，積極努力地向公司的前輩、同事學習。

謝財棟還提到，他自從修習練功之後，精神、體力都變得比較好，疲累的時間也跟著縮短，加上師父曾教導「用遊戲的快樂心情面對工作」，所以他開始跟自己比賽，每天都看看今天是否比昨天進步。他指出，「常想快樂的事情，例如自己有工作就已經是很幸運的事了；雖然辛苦些，但常往好處想，心境就會不同」；所以，由於精神變好，他做事就更有效率了。

此外，謝財棟今年也響應太極門氣功養生學會等單位所發起的「良心時代」運動。他認為，期待透過自己的拋磚引玉，促使大家時常抱持著為別人著想的心，而不會有自掃門前雪的想法。

謝財棟以正面積極樂觀的態度去面對職場的壓力，並運用太極陰陽智慧與人溝通相處，也幫助促進工作部門之間的和諧。對於自己目前的專業方面，他則認為印染業應加強工廠產品品質的管控，生產製造出來的布料，讓消費者穿的舒適與安心。

為維護公共安全，且有鑒於一般民眾對於廣告物申請程序較為陌生，桃園縣政府工務局將自3月17日起，於本府一樓「建築諮詢ALL IN ONE」服務櫃臺，針對大型招牌以及樹立式廣告物以單一窗口方式，主動輔導民眾申請設置許可。

桃園縣在升格及航空城等建設利多帶動下，都市中大型廣告物開始充斥於街道上，且今年適逢三合一競選，勢必造成廣告需求大增，縣府為統合廣告及招牌的設立，避免街道凌亂，於是啟動單一窗口輔導機制。

輔導期將從3月17日起至4月18日止，為期一個月，請有需求之民眾主動或於接獲通知後洽本府一樓「建築諮詢ALL IN ONE」服務櫃臺統一申辦廣告物許可。

工務局呼籲，依據桃園縣廣告物管理自治條例規定，廣告物材質不得為竹架及可燃性構造，以及不得設置於農業、道路、橋樑及公共設施等不可建築用地，請民眾於輔導期間自行拆除。工務局將在輔導期屆滿後加強廣告物巡查以及違規廣告物強制拆除工作。
