我是自己在外面音響店加裝導航裝置的(原廠太貴我買不起)，品牌是Pioneer AVIC-F7211，我剛開始配的手機是Note 1,一切正常。但我換手機後(Note2)(例如在聽收音機)發現電話撥出後藍芽裝置聽不到撥號音但接通後可以聽到對方的聲音，而且可以正常通話，怎麼會這樣???很困擾我?因為如對方通話中，此時我不知道就會一直插播，很不禮貌。但如果我切到藍芽的畫面就可以聽到撥號音，怎麼會這樣???

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德表示，二重疏洪道兩側地區市地重劃，為新北市土地開發閃耀五星及淡水河曼哈頓計畫之一，已於今年 6月完工，11月完成土地點交作業。

這個重劃區的區位條件佳，鄰近捷運機場線、捷運新莊線及台64線八里新店東西向快速道路、環河快速道路，形成「二捷二快」的便捷交通路網，位於台北市中心商業區及新莊副都心的中樞地帶，具銜接新北、北市門戶的重要機能，且面臨二重疏洪道內的大台北都會公園及水漾幸福公園，坐擁優美的河岸及綠地景觀。

曾敬德表示，台北市外圍第一圈的土地相當珍貴，加上近年重劃區都是房市的票房指標，此次二重疏洪道兩側地區市地重劃區一口氣釋出7千餘坪土地，可望吸引周邊土地整合者或開發商目光，尤其部分上市櫃開發商需要建立一些土地庫存，標售狀況應可維持一定熱度。

他說，這次標售55筆抵費地中，平均底價每坪93.7萬元，有47筆屬住宅區土地，建蔽率50%、容積率240%；另外8筆位於商業區，建蔽率及容積率分別為60%及320%，單價最高的土地位於商業區內，總價3.7億元，單價為每坪141.8萬元。(中央社)
