配合推動國家防災日，桃園市大業國小今天上午舉辦地震避難掩護演練，為讓演練逼真，模擬九二一大地震的景象，活動特地選在上午9時21分，當地震鈴聲響起，各班老師立即帶領學生，頭戴市公所甫購置的防災頭套，從各班級的位置，依序湧入操場，師生井然有序抵達操場，演練過程逼真。
 
桃園市長蘇家明指出，「防災頭套」的概念，來自於日本家庭，大家都會製作一個屬於自己的防災頭套，發生地震的時候，即可用來保護頭部逃生，平時可當座椅靠背、午睡枕，地震發生時，套在頭部緊急逃生，立即發揮逃生功能，可防止掉落物品傷害頭部，增加逃生機會，因此，對師生而言，防災頭套是一項多功能的防災物品。（石明啟／桃園報導）

（更新：新竹創高溫記錄）

新竹昨天出現38.2℃高溫，創新竹站1991年遷站以來9月最高溫紀錄，今天熱度不減，新竹站在中午11時59分出現38.7℃高溫，不僅是新竹站9月最高溫紀錄，也是今年台灣最高溫，更是新竹站從1937年設站以來第二高溫紀錄，另外今天台北高溫也有36.5℃，金門、淡水高溫也超過35℃；中央氣象局表示，新竹高溫主要受到東風過山沈降增溫作用影響。

依據中油浮動油價公式計算，預估下周一凌晨零時起，汽油每公升調降0.1元，柴油每公升降0.2元，預估調降後的價格，92無鉛汽油每公升31.9元、95無鉛汽油每公升33.4元、98無鉛汽油每公升35.4元、超級柴油每公升30.5元。實際調幅需待台灣中油後天中午公布為準。（許麗珍／台北報導）

仲間由紀惠昨突宣布與綠葉演員田中哲司結婚，台灣日劇迷也熱烈討論，不少網友說田中哲司長相激似沈玉琳。昨晚田中哲司結束舞台劇演出，被記者包圍追問婚事，他表示1年前就送戒指、向仲間求婚，隨後兩人展開同居生活，昨天上午9點由他獨自繳交結婚申請書。
 
被問到喜歡仲間什麼地方，田中笑說：「個性很好，蠻純樸的。」還強調「配我太可惜了」。他表示目前還沒有「做人」計劃，聽到記者虧說「獨占美人女優」，他苦笑回：「真是抱歉啊。」
 
昨天還有一段小插曲，在《HERO》劇中什麼都說「有」的酒吧老闆，該演員名叫田中要次，他昨在臉書上表示：「今天頻頻被誤以為是仲間由紀惠的結婚對象，雖然是認錯人，但能因此想到我還挺高興的啦，乾脆就這樣錯下去也很好玩。」（吳惠菁／綜合報導）

針對媒體報導「餿水油燒到MIT」，經濟部發出新聞稿表示，經查媒體報導的波特嫚國際生物公司「TT面膜」，並未取得MIT微笑標章使用授權。

經濟部表示，面膜產品是屬MIT微笑標章驗證制度第二類產品，產品需先經化妝品GMP協會驗證通過、取得化妝品GMP標章，方可使用MIT微笑標章。經查目前獲得MIT微笑標章共有8家、55項產品授權，其中6家產品外銷，均表示未受影響。

另工業局也積極與國內其他有銷往歐洲實績廠商進行了解。經濟部表示，據業者表示，歐洲當地政府並沒有禁止台灣化妝品輸入限令，判斷本案應屬個案。工業局將持續輔導國產化妝品外銷，並密切觀察本案之動態。（財經中心／台北報導）
