以《圖雅的婚事》獲柏林金熊獎的48歲中國導演王全安在北京嫖妓被逮，曾演出《長江7號》的28歲老婆張雨綺昨晚在微博發表回應，表示「坦白面對，共同承擔」。
王全安趁張雨綺赴美參加紐約時裝周，連三天召妓洩慾，其中一天甚至同時與2名妓女從事性交易，讓張雨綺處境尷尬，但她回應看似平靜。而她2008年接受《南都周刊》專訪時，也談到自己的感情觀，表示接受男人一對多，「只要他是愛我的，即使有婦之夫，我也能夠體諒，只是會很無奈，最後可能離開，但從內心來說並不是大到接受不了的原則問題」。
網友也嘴賤吐槽，「既然她是這樣的觀念，事已至此也不用過多同情」；「翻譯一下就是只要男人給你錢，他多找個小三小四也不太管，其實很多女人都這樣」；「結了婚的夫妻兩個都出去一對多？這是要回到原始社會雜交的節奏啊」。（宇若霏／綜合報導）

| 臺東教育要改變 從教師做起

國立教育廣播電台 –
為了徹底翻轉臺東教育現場，臺東縣政府教育處推出教師專業提升計畫，從教師教學態度、教師教學方法、以及學生學習動機等三方面著手，要求落實觀課制度與教師專業社群。教育處也會調整相關行政工作，儘量讓老師可以專心教學。
臺東縣政府教育處學管科長林政宏表示，學生的學習成就低落，原因當然很多，家庭更是其中一個重要的因素。然而，身為教育人員，不應該以「家庭功能不彰，導致學生學不好」為理由，而是應該認清「家庭功能不彰，所以老師是學生學習的最後一線希望」。當老師的觀念改變了，學生的學習才有機會被翻轉。
另一項要改變的，林科長提出，是教學的方法。他指出，再優秀的老師，都難免有因習慣而產生的盲點，因此，教育處希望教師們，一個學年至少開放教室觀課一次，可邀請自己信得過的教師伙伴，一起討論自己教學上的優缺點，找出最適合孩子的教學方法。
林政宏強調，教室的主人是學生，唯有當老師提供的教學切合孩子的需要，才有可以提升學生的學習動機。他也表示，這一切都不是容易的事，但為了臺東的孩子，他還是呼籲教師們，一起改變，一起為孩子們努力。
至於教師們都很擔心的行政工作，林科長則表示，臺東的編制較小，難免要分擔行政工作，這一點，請老師們體諒。但是，教育處會儘量調整，以不增加老師太多困擾為目標。

| 墨西哥颶風災區 被洗劫商場

 （法新社墨西哥卡布聖盧卡斯15日電） 颶風奧迪爾（Odile）今天侵襲墨西哥下加利福尼亞半島，不僅摧毀木屋，造成飯店淹水，機場也暫停運作。民眾洗劫商場，數千名觀光客滯留在當地，傷者達135人左右。
數百名民眾洗劫超市和電子商品商店，直接拿走米、水、廁紙、酒、電視和電風扇。
41歲的羅培茲（Osvaldo Lopez）在離開便利商店時表示：「我要為我小孩拿走水和食物。你永遠不知道明天會發生什麼事。」
有從恐慌症發作到割傷等傷者接受治療。但當局表示，儘管這次強大風暴造成洛斯卡波斯（Los Cabos）度假勝地財物損失嚴重，但沒有造成任何死亡。
超過1000名士兵佈署在斷水斷電的災區。同一區的許多鐵皮屋頂木造屋遭颶風夷平。
政府當局為了讓受困觀光客搭軍機撤離，趕緊重新開放洛斯卡波斯和拉巴斯（La Paz）國際機場。

（法新社倫敦15日電） 數千人今天走上英國倫敦街頭，呼籲蘇格蘭選民拒絕獨立，並在3天後的指標性公投中，選擇留在英國。
示威者在市中心特拉法加廣場（Trafalgar Square）集會，揮舞英國國旗，並高舉寫著「讓我們在一起」和「蘇格蘭我們愛你，別走」標語。
來自蘇格蘭格拉斯哥（Glasgow）、長期住在英格蘭的56歲米爾恩（Shona Milne）說：「擔心蘇格蘭可能脫離英國其他地區，讓我控制不住自己的情緒。這實在太滑稽和可怕。」
米爾恩穿著印有「同時身為蘇格蘭人和英國人很驕傲」的T恤說：「我心煩意亂，我知道數百萬蘇格蘭人也有同樣的感覺。」

 （法新社華盛頓15日電） 美國過去24小時2度空襲聖戰組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS），並首度轟炸伊拉克首都巴格達周邊，顯示空襲規模已然升高。
不具名的美國國防部官員告訴法新社，過去24小時內，美國戰機在巴格達周邊發動1次空襲，另在辛賈爾山（Mount Sinjar）附近另1次空襲。
美國上月開始鎖定伊北的伊斯蘭國據點，而今天宣布空襲巴格達附近的好戰分子，顯示行動規模已然升高。
美國中央司令部發布聲明說：「美軍持續攻擊伊拉克的伊斯蘭國恐怖分子，週日（14日）與週一（15日）動用攻擊機與戰鬥機2次空襲，支援在辛賈爾附近與巴格達西南區的伊拉克安全部隊。」
