王金平黨籍案 中評委籲撤回

國民黨今天(15日)召開第19屆中評會第2次會議，中評委林竹松在會中建議黨中央撤回對立法院長王金平黨籍案的上訴，多位中常委也希望「馬王一體」，全力為年底選舉輔選。

國民黨15日召開第19屆中評會第2次會議，中評委林竹松表示，年底的「9合1」選舉涵蓋了台灣所有地方各項民選公職，是國民黨與民進黨空前的對決。他強調，國民黨目前擁有15個縣市的執政權，絕對不能、也沒有理由少掉任何1席，絕不能讓民進黨重演地方包圍中央的局面，否則黨內幹部與所有黨代表都將成為歷史罪人。

林竹松也建議黨中央立即撤回對立法院長王金平黨籍案的上訴，黨主席馬英九應與王金平攜手為參選同志輔選。他認為，王金平既無收賄和送賄的違法行為，也沒有對價的不法關係，不但沒有被起訴、判刑，也並非違紀參選，沒有構成撤銷黨籍的處分要件。他說：『(原音)並無傷害本黨名譽，也沒有分裂本黨團結之事實，根本未構成足以開除黨籍的要件。一審已判他勝訴，肇事的黃世銘也因非法監聽被判重刑，王院長是本黨的忠貞黨員、永遠的黨員。』

針對王金平黨籍案，中評委黃振塊也說「你們中央兩個人都不合了，要地方怎麼合？」中評委張昭昭也希望「馬王一體」，為年底選舉爭取勝選。由於馬英九與王金平在台下併肩而坐，中評委汪元成甚至說，看到兩人親密地坐在一起，是讓人最感動的一刻。

會議最後，中評委李偉建議馬英九與王金平握手示好，並讓媒體拍照，不過，馬、王兩人並未起身，台下也有人制止，會議主席旋即宣告「時間已到」，便因此散會。

民進黨：蔡未獲美政府邀訪

（中央社記者蘇龍麒台北15日電）民主進步黨今天發表聲明指出，民進黨主席蔡英文6月就任黨主席後，並未接獲美國政府邀請訪美，「不願赴美」報導子虛烏有。

中國時報今天報導，消息管道透露，蔡英文6月回鍋擔任黨魁後，美方曾再度邀請訪美，溝通兩岸路線；但因太陽花學運後，民進黨重新倡議台獨路線，為避免提前引發美方反彈，截至目前，蔡英文仍不願赴美「接受面試」。

民進黨中午發表聲明指出，相關報導內容，並非事實。民進黨指出，蔡英文就任黨主席之後，美國政府未曾邀請蔡英文訪美，報導指稱蔡英文「不願赴美」、「未正面回應」等情事是子虛烏有。

聲明指出，蔡英文就任後，曾有民間人士邀請蔡英文赴美參訪，民進黨也就此事持續與對方溝通洽談，但因7、8月份為美方暑休期間，對方認為此時較不合適，而9月份後蔡英文須全力投入年底地方選舉之輔選工作，所以時間方面還無具體定論，但會繼續洽談與安排。

民進黨指出，高度重視與美方的互動，民進黨與美方之間的溝通聯繫始終都良好且順暢。

聲明表示，各界對於民進黨的建議與批評，民進黨都關注並予尊重，但中國時報這篇報導已有誤導視聽之嫌，令人遺憾。1030915

已爬文，沒看到有相關問題 囧 最近買了新機，從asus 初代的fonepad 換成 sony的 zu 這兩天一直在摸各種設定 剛登錄好手機註冊跟imei登錄還有尋找設定 可是使用手機尋找功能(透過電腦開網站)，網頁顯示找不到我的手機， 之後若有找到會傳電子郵件給我等等 不知道是哪裡有問題，gmail跟imei都綁好了說......Orz 另外想問一下，用gmail從網站上登入顯示保固期限是 11/08/2015 可是我明明是今年9月買的，而且上週五才上網登錄 (sony smartphone會員，不是gmail帳號) 這樣我是不是該找原廠問清楚? 差一個月保固實在覺得很不放心，畢竟通常壞就壞在那最後一兩個月........ 有版友曉得我這兩個狀況該怎麼排除嗎? 感謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 163.16.45.178 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1410766383.A.24E.html
