標題[問題] 入職第一個月薪資單

中南部的工廠 月薪20000 加班費我用EXCEL換算過 公司的公式：20000/31/8*1.33*加班時數 1. 問題就在於他以31天去算時薪 我上網GOOGLE都是全年以月薪/240小時作時薪換算加班費 2. 而且自付健保扣了284 意思是只用第1級距去投保 我應該適用第2級距 雖然第一個月跟我自算的薪資只差了200元上下 我不禁開始擔心 1.爾後小月28日、30日是否也用31天去換算加班費(加班基數低)； 或是依月天數去換算加班費？那加班最划算的月份只有2月而已阿… 2.請事假是不是小月就以28日或30日去換算(小月請假扣薪比大月扣薪還貴) 我以前真的待過這種工廠，怎麼算都以對資方最有利的去算， 而且小數點"皆"無條件捨去，一消一長，一個月就差了近千元 目前的小確幸：中餐、加班晚餐不扣薪，而且都吃60元便當 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 116.118.153.29 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410677695.A.26E.html

中南部的工廠就是這樣.... 我研究很多間了，普遍是隔週休(每月第1、3、5個星期六正常上班) 固定日班就是這個水平，除非輪三班才有35k，輪三班又天天加班才有40k以上 ※ 編輯: mekida (116.118.153.29), 09/14/2014 15:08:57

不給力?
唉。。連說話都漸漸被對面同化了。。。
該不會也習慣講啥很牛...
不過，台灣大哥大因為目前只公布簡易費率，相較中華和遠傳較周全的資費，人家比較關注這兩家是可想而知的，不過我覺台灣之星的599吃到飽貼IPHONE6如果真的扣1000也不無小補

標題[問題] 高雄拍全家福
