廣州大學一間臨時建造的男生宿舍，雖有24小時供應的獨立冷氣、熱水器，但衛浴設備卻都是「兩人份」設計，兩個馬桶排在一起，蓮蓬頭也只相距30公分。不少廣州大學學生在微博上笑說，一起上廁所、洗鴛鴦浴「方便之極」。

羊城晚報報導，這間宿舍位於保安宿舍旁共有14個床位，目前有12名土木系新生入住，其中一名曾姓男生說，到校後才知道這是臨時宿舍，同時報到的另外300人，他也不清楚住在哪。

目前校方已將雙人廁所加上隔板，不過緊鄰的蓮蓬頭仍無法解決。據指出，校方可能不會安排他們住到其他宿舍，但將修建一堵牆，把一間12人大寢室改造成兩間6人寢室，12名學生都不滿意，將要求更換正常宿舍。

據美國媒體8月26日報道，當百萬富翁克勞斯·扎普夫日前去世時，整個德國都為之悲痛。這位大亨曾將其大部分金錢都慷慨地捐給了別人，自己卻過著簡樸的生活，每月花費僅500美元。

根據廣州日報報導，扎普夫享年62歲，靠從事搬家行業起家。他的公司名為扎普夫，被稱為西柏林最好的搬家公司。扎普夫旗下藍黃相間的搬家汽車非常有名，在全德乃至全世界裝貨卸貨。

扎普夫年輕時來到西柏林上大學，因為那是當時少數可以允許年輕人避免服兵役的地方。扎普夫學的是法律專業，但其對法律的興趣並未持續太久，於1975年退學並創建搬家公司。扎普夫以低價招攬客戶，公司發展極為迅速，幫助其積累起大量財富。

雖然擁有大量財富，但扎普夫選擇過著極其簡樸的生活。他住在小公寓中，每月除了維持生計，並不產生其他花銷。除此之外，他不僅前往低價超市購物，還收集空瓶子換零花錢。他從未給自己買房子，因為他認為那只會促使房價飆升，讓普通工人更難以承受。扎普夫的穿著也很普通，自己甚至沒有駕照。

扎普夫曾結過2次婚，第三次度蜜月時因心臟病發，於8月20日過世。在其生命的最後10年，扎普夫很少公開露面。
