天氣冷吃麻辣鍋 恐大量掉髮

（健康醫療網／記者郭庚儒報導）冬天寒冷，許多人喜歡吃麻辣鍋，不料卻引起頭皮發炎而大量掉髮。根據醫師診間觀察發現，冬天出現掉髮問題的患者增多，可能是單純的頭皮發炎問題，也可能是雄性禿；若外觀出現頭髮稀疏的情況，最好就醫找出病因、及早治療，以免秀髮不保。

每到冬天你就大量掉髮嗎？新光醫院醫學美容中心皮膚科主治醫師徐常捷指出，冬天的氣候乾燥，容易長頭皮屑、頭皮發癢，出現掉髮增加的問題，而天冷大量攝取高油脂、刺激性食物，如麻辣鍋，則會導致毛囊發炎、阻塞引起脂漏性皮膚炎，加重掉髮問題。

徐常捷表示，一般毛囊發炎的問題，雖然掉髮量會變多，但只要服用消炎藥物、塗抹藥膏，外用藥用洗髮精，約3至5天可痊癒；若掉髮增加且出現頭髮稀疏的情形，可能不只是頭皮發炎的問題，而是雄性禿作祟。

徐常捷強調，雄性禿患者一年四季都會掉髮，尤其換季、氣溫驟降、天氣乾冷之際，頭皮更容易乾燥而抓癢，造成大量掉髮，許多人誤以為是單純的頭皮發炎，而延誤治療黃金期，建議就醫找出病因，及早治療並調整生活型態，頭髮都會長回來。

陳綺貞插管幸復元 安可10曲沒在怕

陳綺貞身為台灣獨立音樂的代表人物，從2013年底巡迴一年，2014年「時間的歌」高雄巨蛋演唱會再度展現秒殺奇蹟，現場氣氛嗨翻，演出內容的影像 、音場 、舞台等等廣受各方好評，為人低調、不愛曝光、僅憑音樂說話的陳綺貞，創造了一個又一個票房奇蹟。

陳綺貞插管幸復元 安可10曲沒在怕陳綺貞今年9月時腹膜炎住院，在演唱會時表示，自己是個幸運的例外，並演唱專輯中獻給生命的歌曲「沙漏」。從這場可能致命的病中復元，她在演唱會後慶功宴上感性說：「插管傷到顳顎關節，雖然讓進食有些麻煩，不過沒傷到聲帶，算很幸運，因為跟大家還有約定。」 

體力感覺良好的她在歌迷不離場大喊安可之下，安可了10首歌，工作人員直呼：「真的太愛唱歌了！」

陳綺貞插管幸復元 安可10曲沒在怕陳綺貞的文青路線，以細膩歌詞和動人旋律在樂壇中獨樹一格，平日作風低調而不張揚，一直吸引大批歌迷喜愛，在主流與非主流之間取得了巧妙的平衡，堪稱是近年來華語樂壇的奇蹟。 

巡迴一年多的「時間的歌」演唱會即將發行DVD，現場週邊商品和預購DVD的人潮，從下午3點開始大排長龍，讓沒買到票的歌迷也有機會看到這場音樂饗宴。

陳綺貞和本土40人團隊一起開心慶祝，跟樂手感情一向非常好的她展現難得調皮的一面。至於大家最關心的感情生活，有沒有成家生子的打算？陳綺貞說：「我覺得現在這樣很好。」

11月工業生產表現 電子產業創新高 汽車、塑化表現失色

經濟部今(23)日公佈統計，由於電子零組件生產旺，11月工業生產指數107.47，創歷年同月新高，年增6.86%，連10個月正成長。但其中的汽車及其零件業為近1年多來首次負成長，近期國際油價重挫也導致化學材料、石化業表現失色。

經濟部今(23)日公佈統計，由於電子零組件生產旺，11月工業生產指數107.47，創歷年同月新高，年增6.86%，連10個月正成長。但其中的汽車及其零件業為近1年多來首次負成長，近期國際油價重挫也導致化學材料、石化業表現失色。

在11月工業指數當中占權重逾9成的製造業生產指數107.58，同樣創歷年同月新高，年增率6.92%，其中又以電子零組件業貢獻最多。

對此，經濟部分析，由於國際品牌行動裝置持續熱銷、智慧科技應用領域擴展，激勵晶圓代工、IC封測等產量續增，加上大尺寸電視面板出貨暢旺，11月電子零組件業生產年增17.15%，但因半導體業進入庫存調整期，因此月減3.61%。

此外，11月積體電路表現依舊亮眼，生產指數163.61，創歷年單月次高，年增率高達36.56%，為2012年10月以來最大增幅。

受惠高階手機鏡頭需求攀升而持續增產，以及接獲平板、穿戴式裝置等新品訂單，11月電腦電子產品及光學製品業持續增產11.01%，連續10個月正成長。

機械設備業11月生產也因設備投資需求持續升溫，延續今年6月以來2位數成長趨勢，年增15.82%。

汽車及其零件業方面，因去年同期多款新車密集上市交車，墊高比較基期，加上車廠因應明年春節假期於2月中下旬，將部分產能遞延，11月汽車及其零件業減產0.64%，為2013年11月以來首次負成長。

近期國際油價重挫，也反映於化學材料業生產面，石化原料市場買氣觀望氣氛濃厚，部分石化廠調節產能或進行檢修，導致11月整體減產4.28%。

Data Link Layer 及Transport Layer兩個層級不相同
一種是在處理電流的通訊協定如PPPoE<--第二層
一種是在處理封包的協定(TCP/UDP)<--第四層
兩個層級不同
舉例來說...........
您家的電腦都會用來上網...
透過HTTP通訊協定來連網頁!
但HTTP是第七層....他的第三.四層的TCP/IP的通訊協定,
而您要透過ADSL上網...ADSL....與中華電信連結的通訊協定就是
PPPoE(第二層 Data Link Layer )
所以兩者是不衡突只是處理的目標是不同而己

（中央社倫敦23日綜合外電報導）日本氣象衛星「向日葵8號」（Himawari-8）拍攝到地球細部影像，呈現地球最真實的顏色。

英國「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，氣象衛星在距離地球22240英里（35790公里）處拍攝的影像，呈現出在未經任何顏色修飾前，地球最原始的樣貌。

不可思議的高解析度影像也凸顯令人驚嘆的細節，包括雲朵、海洋和澳洲廣大的沙漠。

10月7日發射升空的向日葵8號傳回地球的照片，據說是第1張呈現地球真實色彩的衛星影像。

日本氣象廳（Japan Meteorological Agency）官網可觀看這張1萬1000x1萬1000畫素的照片，不過網站建議以下載檔案取代使用瀏覽器觀看，因為等待圖片顯示需要花上很長一段時間。

向日葵8號利用搭載的可視紅外線輻射計（AHI），拍攝這張照片。

向日葵8號與預定2016發射的另一「雙胞胎」向日葵9號（Himawari-9），將持續觀測東亞和西太平洋地區。

使用「真實色彩」一詞其實有些不當，因為這並不是人類肉眼看到的色彩，我們看過的影像大多經過顏色校正，讓地球樣貌更接近人類看到的顏色。這張照片呈現的是地球在太空裡的自然原貌。

在照片中央，也就是澳洲北部，還能看見海洋反射的閃爍太陽光。（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）1031223
