桃園縣長吳志揚今天出席由工商發展局舉辦的第5場「桃園‧夢‧翱翔」青年創業座談會，與10位蘆竹市及龜山鄉創業有成的年輕人，以座談的方式一起暢談分享彼此創業的心路歷程。

吳縣長鼓勵所有年輕人要掌握「機會、資源、團隊」，創業者需要善加利用資源，在全台最年輕平均年齡只有37歲的桃園市掌握創新機會。縣府也採取多管齊下，主動提供創業輔導服務諮詢及「青年創業五挺你」計畫。

吳縣長表示，第一挺為「業師來輔導」，縣府轉介參加訓練課程、輔導撰寫企畫書等。第二挺為「開店懶人包」，縣府與中華電信合作，提出「工商鑽十雲」專案，讓創業者利用雲端創新應用開店賺大錢。第三挺為「資金免煩惱」，提供「桃園縣地方產業創新研發推動計畫（SBIR）」、「中小企業信用保證融資貸款專案」等，協助企業取得穩健營運資金。第四挺為「通路幫您找」，透過建置網購通路「桃園好禮網路商城」，行銷桃園優質商品。第五挺為「交流有管道」，籌組建置「青創業者聯盟」粉絲團及辦理青創同學會，藉由網路平台及定期聚會之效能，提供創業所需之資訊及經驗分享。 今天與會的傑出創業青年，包括運用在地食材及客家元素，獲得桃園縣2012-2013金牌好店的「阿莫品味餐廳」負責人簡千莫、台灣第一位取得國際咖啡調配師資格的「9-BAR COFEE」負責人陳秉超、具有藝術性的2012金牌好店「磐食無菜單手作料理」負責人郭婉芬、古早味懷舊小吃2008金牌好店「飛米子」負責人葉澄洋、傳承三代堅持自然農法栽種茶樹的「長生製茶廠」負責人林和春、將茶園多元化發展的「竹峰茗茶」負責人邱振平、甫獲2014蘆峰烏龍茶半發酵茶競賽特等獎的「瑞竹製茶廠」負責人許日昌、透過展覽注入桃園藝術文化活動新活力的「789養雞場」場長涂維政、建構樂於閱讀及思考獲GSP優良服務認證的「文聖書店」店長張景憲，以及販售日式甜品的「一畝綠日式手作抹茶」負責人李穎松等。

與會的創業青年，多半認為在創業過程中碰到最難處理的問題就是不易取得相關貸款，以及縣內文創展場不夠等，希望縣府能夠協助協調金融單位放寬青年創業的貸款門檻，特別是建議金融單位將申請者是否取有相關的國際照和國際參賽獎項列入貸款條件。吳縣長表示，將指示縣府相關局處與金融機構進行溝通解決；至於文創展場問題，吳縣長則表示，待升格後，航空城內將會有一座藝術品展示交易場所，另外，市府將會把13鄉鎮市現有的公有展場整合，提供給文創工作者一個寬敞展示空間。

大陸銀行業協會今天發布「中國信用卡產業發展藍皮書（2013）」顯示，去年大陸信用卡交易總額達人民幣13.1兆元，比上年增長30.9%，交易總額占全大陸社會消費品零售總額的比重為55.8%。

新華社報導，藍皮書顯示，去年大陸信用卡新增發卡量6,100萬張，累計發卡量達3.9億張，比年初增長18%，人均持卡量達0.29張。透支金額為人民幣1.84兆元，較2012年增長61.8%。可見信用卡已成為大眾使用最為普遍，且最為便捷的消費信貸和支付結算工具。
