張志軍來台警維安爭議 綠將於立院究責

民進黨發言人林俊憲今表示，張志軍來台後，內政部警政署所指揮的過當維安措施，實質傷害我國民主人權，多次恐嚇傷害新聞記者的作為，也大大侵犯新聞自由。嚴重影響國際形象，引起各界反感，亦減損兩岸交流的意義，民進黨嚴厲譴責，並將在立法院予以究責。

林俊憲也指出，我國因大陸國台辦主任張志軍來訪引起各種爭議，國民黨從在野到再執政之後依賴大陸、過度傾中的種種作為，嚴重違背民主程序、黑箱作業，以及大陸長期對台灣採取的各種不友善或不正確的作為，是造成台灣人民反感的原因，這樣的聲音是不分區域不分縣市的。

民進黨認為，「抗議是權利、維安是責任」，但都需符合比例原則。民進黨支持高雄市陳菊市長對於執法期間造成陳抗人士受傷事件的後續調查措施，作為未來處理相關事件的借鏡，也要求警政署應比照辦理。

半山晴是在中興路上四重埔附近
缺點就是離市區遠 離竹東倒還好
附近沒啥賣場和機能
你說的那些交通設施全部都很遠(跟其他地點比起來的話)
台68跟二高看起來都在旁邊
不過交流道都要繞一段路
高鐵的話更遠 坐計程車可能都要超過兩百
火車最近可能是榮華吧 不過那個班次你還是等公車比較快
坦白說那個地點比二重埔還差 不上不下的離什麼都遠
你喜歡清幽的話就買吧

憑韓劇《秘密花園》爆紅的玄彬，退伍後拍首部電影《逆鱗》，片中飾演遭受暗殺危機的皇帝，一開場便大曬肌肉。
 
玄彬日前接受香港《蘋果日報》訪問，表示首度拍古裝片，坦言比拍時裝戲有更多限制，皇帝不容易做啊。他說：「要一根根黏鬍鬚，費時3小時。」因為演皇帝，一舉一動限制頗大，玄彬唯有靠眼神同臉部表情，但鬍鬚和戴髮髻冠，遮去大半張臉，令演出難度增加。（唐慧穎／綜合報導）

上周末，美國佛羅里達州舉行選美比賽，20歲的費克特爾（Elizabeth Fechtel）擊敗眾佳麗摘下后冠，還贏得一筆獎學金。不過，她只當了6天的佛羅里達州小姐，因為到了周四，主辦單位打電話告訴她，由於分數計算錯誤，冠軍其實是21歲的考恩（Victoria Cowen），因此必須收回她的后冠。

據悉，費克特爾接獲通知後，非常傷心，但仍致電向考恩道賀，可是讓她更傷腦筋的是，她為了準備參加美國小姐選美，已取消了自己所有的大學課程。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

當然啦, 雖是這樣講, 我也不知道下一個風暴來臨時台灣能不能倖免於難就是.

而老實說我也真不想說什麼(預防)有做總比沒做好的話,

畢竟我在這裡真正學到的只有一樣 : 人性自私程度遠超過你想像.

這樣的人們若還能逃過一劫, 豈不是告訴他們, 歡迎僥倖的你繼續參加貪婪我最大的遊戲?

所以...也許什麼都不做讓一些人傷得更重時, 才有可能讓人把教訓記得更久吧
