| 檢方三度提訊鄭捷 進行精神鑑定前期作業

新北地檢署偵辦北捷殺人案，將為凶嫌鄭捷做精神鑑定，18日第三度提訊鄭捷，進行心理鑑定期前作業，針對鄭捷的情緒、心理做了解。
檢方詢問台大醫院精神科的意見，就鄭捷精神鑑定問題確定細節，經過審慎評估後決定17日啟動精神鑑定作業，並二度借提凶嫌鄭捷，告知他將會做精神鑑定，並詢問其意見，鄭捷同意檢方的安排。
18日上午檢方秘密提訊鄭捷，但並未開庭，根據《中央社》報導，檢方提訊鄭捷是為了進行心理鑑定期前作業，針對鄭捷的情緒狀況、心理部分做訊問，以利於鑑定過程更順利。
檢方還澄清，此次提訊並未安排鄭捷與家屬見面。鄭捷於中午12時，在法警帶領下，返回台北看守所。
