（中央社記者王淑芬高雄25日電）位在大樹區的佛陀紀念館每年約有近千萬人次參訪，因路途遙遠難免舟車勞頓，高雄市規劃7月起行駛國道，啟動哈佛快捷公車。 高雄市政府交通局科長黃榮輝今天表示，哈佛快捷公車的起訖是高鐵左營站，方便遠道搭乘台鐵或是客運而來的民眾轉乘，快速行駛國10，有助於縮短行駛市道或是台21線的路徑。 佛陀紀念館是高雄市重要的觀光景點，目前有觀光公車，以行駛台21線為主，從鳳山轉運站出發，也有行駛市道的橘7公車，不過因路程繞道，較耗費時間，通常一趟路約要50分鐘。 黃榮輝說，哈佛路線以行駛國道為主，直接從高鐵站出發轉文自路行駛國10到佛陀紀念館，約半個小時就抵達目的地。 由於行駛國道不能有站票，且縮短時程，初估票價以不超過新台幣100元為限，交通局將視業者條件決定票價。 交通局表示，哈佛快捷預計最快7月1日上路，將配合暑假遊程，方便民眾。 http://ppt.cc/ClTS -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.221.136 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1401022127.A.07D.html

郭泰麟：盼蔡主席勿選總統 專心處理黨務

民進黨魁之爭，黨主席參選人郭泰麟晚上7點40分自行宣布落選，並恭喜蔡英文擔選主席。他表示，民進黨改革的號角已響起，盼蔡主席努力處理黨務，專心帶領民進黨獲得2016年大選的勝利，改革的腳步千萬不可停歇。

郭泰麟表示，這次參選並沒有任何派系支援，票數的差距懸殊，是一開始就知道的事情，但很高興自己有超過1成的票數，有達到預期票數，也相當感謝自主選民願意把票投給他。

「不管是誰來接黨主席，都應該要有黨主席不可兼任公職這樣的認知」，郭泰麟表示，蔡主席領導民進黨要把自我中心拿掉，以政黨進步和台灣利益為第一優先，盼蔡英文擔任黨主席任內勿參選總統，不只是為了民進黨，更是為了解決整個國家憲政亂象，也希望把更多機會留給中生代和新生代表現。

郭泰麟表示，目前並沒有從政的下一步，但將來若民進黨需要協助，他也將毫無保留傾囊相授，「希望黨更好、更加進步」。
