免費不限流量VPN服務用戶端軟體 - VPN Gate Client，採用「 SoftEther VPN Client」為用戶端，直接使用軟體安裝可以免除設定，直接連接世界各國的免費公共VPN Gate中繼伺服器，也可以取得 公共VPN中繼伺服器的IP後， 手動在Windows、Mac、iPhone、iPad、Android電腦及手機或行動裝置上設定使用VPN，公共VPN Server的連線用戶名稱、密碼、金鑰一律都是「vpn」，此專案跟SoftEther VPN一樣是由日本筑波大學主導，主要在於推廣網路自由，可以用來翻牆突破防火牆封鎖（在大陸上Facebook）、隱藏真實IP、防止網路被監控。（ 阿榮）（ 下載）

- You can bypass the government's firewall to browse oversea web sites (e.g. YouTube).
- You can camouflage your IP address to hide the source of sending information over Internet.
- You can protect use of Wi-Fi with strong encryption.

多功能免費防毒軟體 - AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition，他提供了 連結掃瞄、防毒、 郵件掃瞄、背景掃瞄等功能，其中連結掃瞄功能可以幫你 判斷網頁連結是否安全，抓到毒的機率也大大的提昇了，但是背景掃瞄的功能雖然增加了安全防護強度，但阿榮慣用 PStart 為我的捷徑列，改用 AVG 之後可以明顯感覺到因為背景掃瞄所造成的 PStart 主程式啟動延遲，總之，功能變多相對也比較耗資源了！（ 阿榮）（ 下載）
