洋基和光芒今天進行三連戰最後一場比賽，誰贏誰就奪下系列戰的勝利，洋基派出頭號王牌沙巴西亞掛帥主投，結果光芒靠邁爾斯一個人就贏得比賽，他敲出一支深遠的中右外野安打，沒想到竟成為清光壘包的場內全壘打，Myers全場包辦4分打點，率領光芒以5:1擊敗洋基。
上場小老弟田中將大再度繳出七局好投的優質先發，C.C.Sabathia身為球隊頭號王牌，防禦率卻高達5.11，想要塑立老大哥的輩分，結果身體沒熱就掉分。
Longoria第一球就出棒，場地二壘安打立刻送回光芒第一分，但讓C.C.最心痛的還不是慾望師奶，而是WilMyers。
從來不以腳程見長，但Myers這球打的好不如打的巧，一開始打起來還直覺是全壘打慢慢跑，彈回來之後才開始加速，結果依舊來的及，這棒哪怕不是新洋基球場首支場內全壘打，好歹也是2014球季第一支，沒想到才隔一局，怎麼還是你。
Myers這回掃到左半邊依舊打的巧，強勁車布邊安打，哪怕沒能一次跑回來，依舊是個重傷害，這棒除了又是一分打點，也把3.2局痛失5分的Sabathia給打退場，終場光芒就靠著Myers單場4分打點的挹助，5:1擊敗洋基，也拿下了系列戰勝利。

| 自稱御醫真傳把脈看診 原是密醫行騙

新北市三重一名陳姓男子，自稱在中國大陸北京中醫藥大學接受訓練，以「御醫真傳、陳氏古脈學」替民眾把脈看診，1年多來看診400多人，新北市衛生局去年9月接獲檢舉，報請檢調偵辦，上月檢調發動搜索，查獲陳男違反醫師法，全案持續由檢方偵辦中。 從民宅一樓的大門可以清楚看到陳氏古脈的宣傳單，上頭還寫著憑脈15秒，病患不用開口就能知道病根，這家隱身在新北市三重重新路巷弄裡，由自稱是御醫真傳、國際中醫師陳姓密醫所開設的診所，去年9月一名中年男性病患，因胸悶找他求診，服藥後卻出現倦怠、不舒服的情況，進而向新北市衛生局檢舉，衛生局人員佯裝病患求診，確認陳姓男子的診所沒有開業執照和醫師執照。
==新北市衛生局醫管科長 顏忠漢== 他是在他相關的名片或者是他的門前或他有一些私招是寫他是御醫真傳在北京受過相關的教育訓練擁有國際的相關的中醫師證書 衛生局表示，陳姓男子，在重新路從事診療及開立處方已一年多，看診每次收費 300 元，每日藥費 100 至 200 元，1年多來看診400多人，上個月24日檢調持搜索票前往，當場查扣數十箱藥粉、約 400 份病歷、中藥材、包藥袋、調劑器具等物品，查獲陳男違反醫師法，並由檢方帶回偵訊。 ==聲音來源 陳氏古脈負責人 陳志淵== 現在在休息 不好意思我現在退休了
目前全案持續由檢方偵辦中，衛生局也提醒民眾，合格醫療機構要懸掛開業執照，醫事人員要配戴醫師、護理師執業執照，千萬不要貪圖便宜，而找未具合法醫師資格者治療，以免產生併發症，反而得不償失。 吳雅瑜 林國煌 新北市

| 馬航要求放棄"訴訟權" 台灣家屬不滿

馬航班機失聯到現在、已經快要兩個月，機上唯一一名台灣籍旅客__莊秀玲的家屬、最近收到外交部代轉一份、來自馬航的文件，內容是要求家屬放棄對馬、台兩國政府提起訴訟的權利。家屬對這份聲明書、感到極度不滿。 拉著行李，馬航失聯班機上唯一台籍旅客莊秀玲的弟弟，又要飛往馬來西亞處理後續，只是姊姊失蹤近兩個月還沒下文，他卻在出發前，先收到馬航和馬國政府的聲明書，要他簽署放棄對馬、台兩國政府提起訴訟的權利。 ==馬航失聯乘客家屬 莊敬強== 有點誇張 就是說怎麼會什麼事都還沒處理就要我來簽這個放棄所有法律的聲明我沒有辦法接受
家屬向其它馬來西亞家屬查證，發現當地家屬並未收到聲明書，質疑此舉是針對台灣或外國家屬，而令家屬更不滿的是，外交部收到這聲明並未表達抗議，還幫馬來西亞方面翻譯成中文，轉交要他簽署。 ==馬航失聯乘客家屬 莊敬強== （外交部官員)他私底下是有跟我講他認為是不妥的如果你認為不妥了為什麼還要我來看這份聲明甚至要我 讓他們親眼看到我簽這個聲明 家屬詢問律師後，認為簽署此聲明可能代表放棄追訴權利，因此已自行擬一份切結書寄回，不過未獲回應。外交部則澄清，除了聲明書還有一份親屬證明書，馬航藉由馬國政府轉交給各國，目的只是為了釐清親屬的代表性，避免之後出現爭議，家屬不願接受，外交部會再積極與馬方交涉。

| 外國人在葉門首都遭槍手殺害

葉門內政部發布文字訊息指出，身份不明的槍手今天(5日)在首都沙那(Sanaa)殺害1名外國人，並造成另外2名外國人受傷。但除此之外，未多做說明。
葉門1名安全人士告訴路透社記者說，遇害的外國人是法國公民。
