民視 – 

近來學生輕生、傷人事件頻傳，根據統計，今年的全國青少年三大死因中，自殺就排了第二位，而且曾有輕生念頭的學生就高達六成，所以東吳大學特別推出「存開心」計畫，希望藉著校園隨處可見的關懷小卡，鼓勵學生走出陰霾，用好心情面對挫折。

一個微笑也許就能避免悲劇發生，近年來學生越來越憂鬱了，不少學生因為學業壓力或過不了情關，而產生輕生念頭。

不少學生有輕生念頭，讓自殺在全國青少年死因中，爬到了第二位！但是這位先天性失明的李秉宏，遇到的挫折比一般人還要更多，卻靠著過人的意志，花三年半的時間考上律師，成為全台第一位視障律師。

開朗的李秉宏就算失明，還是永不放棄人生！為了鼓勵同學保持樂觀，東吳大學推出「存開心」計畫，鼓勵同學寫下正面話語，投入校園隨處可見的小紙箱，只要學生心情不好就抽一張小卡，找回好心情。

遇到挫折時可以找朋友聊天、運動或出外散心等等，用好心情來面對，相信問題就能迎刃而解。（民視新聞 陳姵妡、張匡皓 台北報導）

郭烈成油品檢驗出爐 酸價過高

餿水油案主嫌郭烈成的油品樣本檢驗結果今天出爐，經衛服部食藥署的傳真公文顯示，樣本油品的酸價過高，含銅等重金屬，以及基因含有少量雞與魚，代表油品不新鮮，重複使用且確實成分不純，但卻沒有國家標準數值給予比對，檢方還需花時間找專家判讀檢驗數值是否超標。

檢方在9月5日送交地下油廠的油品樣本給食藥署檢驗，屏東地檢表示，油品仍有其他重金屬，目前僅公布含量最高的銅，而今天檢方僅收到樣品油品的檢驗數值，未有其他參考資料比對，只能判定酸價過高，希望能有國家標準值，以加快速度偵辦此案。

屏東基督教醫院職業醫學科醫師林健良說，金屬銅是人體必需的微量元素，但若油品內的銅含量超標太多，急性會造成腸胃不適，長期下還會影響肝腎功能，銅囤積在肝臟變成肝硬化。他說，必須知道正確含量才能得知其對人體的影響。

因為混血外表，常常被指定演出「千金小姐」，其實她性格很獨立。常常一個人到世界各地旅遊，不料在大陸搭計程車進市區時，司機直接往青藏方向行駛，她差點被載往遙遠邊境，「我也不知道他為什麼要把我帶往那，還好我有做好功課，了解路會通往哪，馬上發飆要他回頭！」記路讓她逃過綁架大劫。

對她來說，「獨處」是很重要的事，「只有一個人的時候更能夠學到勇氣。」她也在旅程中努力學習「失控」，她性格中缺乏安全感，演戲時常常只做到「剛剛好」，但「失控的激情」有時對表演非常重要，她日前到紐約學表演，慢慢克服了這個問題。

她在紐約嘗試演「花癡」，與她真實性格完全相反：「我演出後，真的對演戲上了癮！」在日常生活中，她很懂得分寸，「我學會把所有『失控』奉獻給表演。」她當時為了趕回台灣宣傳電影，最後錯失面試好萊塢電影的機會，她在機場大哭，「我才知道，演戲對我有多麼重要！」她希望多嘗試各種角色，尤其想演出社會邊緣人，挑戰與形象完全相反的人物。

(請先參考舊文/精華區文獻後再提問) (問題文請將問題描述清楚,以便版友回答) (驅動問題,可以先GOOGLE,別小看GOOGLE哦^^;舊文中也有教學) -------------------------------------上以三行PO文請刪除 廠牌: ACER 型號: 3830TG 購入日期: 2年前 距上次使用正常時間: 昨晚10點之前 OS版本: WINDOW 7 平常作業內容: 文書處理作業 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 有 問題內容: 這陣子電腦速度非常的緩慢, 而且在開程式的時候都會一直出現"無法回應". 所以決定用內的復原程式來恢復設定. 剛開始的時候, 程式有詢問是否需要備份 我也按了備份但一直都無法成功. 所幸就心一恨 決定恢復成原廠設定. 剛開始都很順利 一直到重新啟動 跑完還原進度後, 卻跳出來了一個視窗 寫著 "WINDOWS 無法完成安裝,若要在此電腦上安裝WINDOWS,請重新啟動安裝模式" 但問題是現在不管怎嚜開機關機 就一直在著介面無限循環 無法跳出其他的視窗或介面 請問這種情況要如何處解決? 是否只有重灌? 另外因3830TG 沒有光碟機 所以只能用內定手動設定重灌嗎? 請各位大大幫忙 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 113.162.52.157 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1411974838.A.A9B.html

標題[請益] 用了四年的電腦開始出狀況

CPU I7-950 MB GA-X58A-UD3R 記憶體 DDR3 4G*3 2G*3 顯示 ASUS GTX460 power 冰山金蝶 600W HD Intel 530 120G SSD + 2T DH 最近小弟電腦有點不穩定 發生一些小狀況 狀況1 開機有時候 板子有過電 可是就卡在那邊 到不了BIOS那邊 也就是不會"逼"一聲 要關POWER開關 重開好幾次才能開 有時候一次就開了 狀況2 昨天遊戲玩到一半 突然整個關機 開機出現一排字 好像是 CMOS checksum loaded 可是可以開機 又可以玩 狀況3 當天晚上要關機 明明點了關機 他是關了 過幾秒又重新開機!!? 最後 只能關Power開關收場 所以請問板上的高手 幫忙隔空抓藥 是不是Power壞了? 還是板子有問題? 我很不喜歡電腦不穩定的狀態 Orz 先謝謝各位高手觀看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.116.118.78 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1411973123.A.6EC.html ※ 編輯: shadowmelo (122.116.118.78), 09/29/2014 14:47:09

有關大型重機失竊的比率.....

小弟在網路上爬過許多文章，但事好像沒有特別明確的答案，所以想請教一下大家...

我預設目標是黃牌重機(紅牌不考慮)，但是因為沒有車位，如果隨意亂停在室外(一般騎樓)，

不知道會不會造成甚麼負面影響，或是非常容易失竊？

請各位前輩們解個惑！！
