四大行房貸鬆綁？最快今天

近日大陸有傳聞稱「首套房認定標準將放鬆」，「四大銀行將發布政策，只要房貸餘額還清都算首套房」。據人民網今日報導，四大行相關負責人均表示，目前尚未有明確信息發佈，但最快者會在今天發佈相關消息。

工商銀行相關人員表示，目前還沒有準確消息要發佈，一切信息應以新聞通稿為準；中國銀行負責人則表示，目前中行沒有準確消息要發佈，最終回復將通過新聞通稿發布。

農業銀行新聞處相關負責人稱，相關信息也只能從業務部門拿到口徑，目前暫時還沒有消息；建設銀行相關負責人稱，今日有可能會召開相關會議部署方案，但一切以發布為準。

不過，人民網稱，某銀行本原定於今日下午召開的發布會，臨時取消。而一位接近四大行的業內人士透露：「監管層已召集幾大行開會。」

另據大陸媒體報導，部分地方已鬆綁了房貸政策。如，福州市政府正式發文，宣佈購房人償清購房貸款後，再次申請貸款購房的，按首貸認定。而南京、杭州等地目前的首套房認定標準已經按照「只要房貸餘額還清，就算首套房」執行了。

農業銀行江蘇分行目前在首套房認定上有兩個放鬆執行的措施1：一是貸款餘額已還清的，即可認定為首套房；二是夫妻雙方只要有一方未貸款的，以其為主貸人，就可認定為首套房。

杭州早在八月初就有銀行放鬆了首套房認定標準。如招商銀行認定已還清房貸餘額的即算首套房，在杭州主城區無房的再購房也可視為首套。且二套房的貸款政策也有所放鬆，部分購房者的二套房貸首付可降至3成，但利率依然要上浮10%。

湖北本月出台「鄂七條」，稱首套房貸利率最低可7折。

美轟IS首派F-22 陸憂心「利劍出鞘」

美國與盟友於22日宣布，對敘利亞境內的激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）進行首度空襲，美軍最先進的F-22戰鬥機也參與此次行動，陸媒分析稱，這也是自2005年F-22正式服役以來首次參與實戰，並形容此舉對大陸而言，這像是「一把出鞘的利劍」，因此殲-20、殲-31戰機的加速開發已經「時不我待」。

大陸「環球網」報導，F-22在2005年服役起，時隔九年之後才現身敘利亞戰場，據外媒稱是因為小毛病不斷，2012年還有飛行員抱怨飛行時缺氧，因此美軍下達限飛令，經長時間調整後已恢復正常的戰備狀態。

報導稱，F-22的首秀意義重大，這是世界範圍內第五代戰鬥機第一次投入實戰，有助美軍迅速積累使用第五代戰機的經驗。不過報導也提到，美軍的F-22近期「頻繁現身中國周邊國家，充當制衡中國的馬前卒」，因此呼籲大陸當局要正視這個「徘徊於家門口的」F-22，認為應該加速開發自家的殲-20、殲-31戰機。

當街殘殺女友41刀的張彥文，因為拿刀自殘受傷，事發後即由警方戒護，帶到醫院治療，所幸傷勢並無大礙，今天醫院通知家屬辦理出院，晚間張彥文被押往松山分局。

美國布蘭德斯大學團隊發表於《大腦、行為暨免疫》期刊的研究顯示，心理壓力會引發體內慢性發炎，而過重或肥胖者，由於脂肪過度累積影響內分泌系統，也常有慢性發炎現象。布蘭德斯大學心理學教授尼可拉斯羅雷德表示，心理壓力與肥胖會產生加乘作用，也就是過重者因心理壓力引起的發炎，會較體重正常者嚴重。

研究人員讓受試者接受心理學研究上常用的「特里爾社會壓力測試」，該試驗類似模擬不友善的面試環境，造成受試者備感壓力。

結果發現，儘管外在表現都無異狀，但體重正常及過重者在壓力環境下，體內與心理壓力相關的發炎物質「第6型介白素」都增加。第2天後，過重者體內第6型介白素較第1天呈現「翻倍」成長，正常者則與第1天差不多。羅雷德認為，過重者面臨壓力時發炎較嚴重的現象，恐是過重者罹患各種慢性病風險較高的原因之一。

治療拇指外翻 醫師：看角度

腳拇指外翻指的腳拇指歪向一邊。骨科醫師羅勝彬表示，這種症狀並不少見，通常拇指外翻後往往造成側邊骨頭凸出，導致不慎摩擦到鞋子，進而產生疼痛、腫脹等情形。此外，如果嚴重外翻，很可能會造成走路時壓力分布不均，最後引起第二趾、第三趾疼痛，需不需要治療，視外翻角度決定。

羅醫師指出，根據統計，通常在三十至五十歲的中年人當中，大約有百分之十左右的民眾會有腳拇指外翻的情形，其中以女性居多數，女性、男性的比例約為十比一。誘發腳拇指外翻的原因有很多種，特別需要注意的是喜歡穿高根鞋、尖頭鞋的女性。

羅醫師指出，以尖頭鞋為例，如果鞋子過緊的話，腳拇指會受到長期壓迫，進而促使腳拇指基底部關節脫位，最後引起腳拇指側彎，如果放任不管任其繼續變形、惡化，腳拇指就會整個彎曲，經過持續惡化之後將會造成骨骼關節變化，最後就會永久變形無法恢復正常。

通常診斷時需要依靠X光片量測角度，但若民眾懷疑有外翻情形，可以簡單自我檢測一下，只要把兩腳合併後看看腳拇指是否有斜度大於十五度，如果有的話就可以初步懷疑很可能是腳拇趾外翻。

治療這種症狀需要根據外翻角度來加以決定，如果變形角度過大，可能就要考慮手術治療；如果變形角度不大，可以考慮改穿大一號的鞋子，也可以考慮改成最好是腳趾有半公分活動空間的寬頭鞋，同時應避免穿著高跟鞋，特別是鞋跟高於兩吋以上。

體重驟降腹瀉 竟是腸胃長瘤

（優活健康網記者張瓊之／綜合報導）有位46歲的女性，因體重莫名下降6公斤，且合併腹瀉情形有1～2個月，因此，到醫院求診，經過糞便潛血反應檢查後確認為陰性，醫師立即為他安排大腸鏡檢查，結果發現有一顆脂肪瘤。

所以，建議病患先追蹤3～6個月，但病患及家屬希望直接切除腫瘤，立即安排內視鏡黏膜下層剝離術，術後將腫瘤送化驗為類癌瘤，術後病患已經沒有腹瀉情形。

出現不適應就醫　避免問題更加嚴重

彰化醫院腸胃科楊智超醫師表示，如果內視鏡檢查發現黏膜下層腫瘤，第一步通常都是建議病患施行內視鏡超音波，先觀察病灶的位子，接著再評估可能是良性或是惡性。

若經評估後為良性，醫師則會建議追蹤3～6個月後，在用內視鏡超音波再次進檢查，如果病灶狀況沒改變，未來建議6～12個月固定追蹤；假如經內視鏡超音波判斷高度懷疑是惡性病灶，病理化驗確定為惡性後，就需直接治療。

定期做糞便潛血　提早預防好安心

配合國民健康局推動免費預防保健及癌症篩檢下，部立彰化醫院統計101～102年5527位民眾作糞便潛血篩檢，就有1成的民眾糞便潛血反應呈陽性反應，其中681位安排大腸鏡、切片檢查，33位證實為大腸癌。

因此，楊智超醫師表示，50～69歲民眾每2年一次的免費糞便潛血檢查，有民眾符合的話，應多加利用，若生活飲食不正常、有抽菸、喝酒習慣、體重過重、還有家族疾病史的民眾，應加強提早預防觀念。

50歲以上民眾　為大腸癌發生高風險群

為幫助增加民眾預防大腸癌，國民健康署建議應養成良好飲食習慣，多吃蔬菜水果，少吃肉類及高油脂食物，養成每天運動習慣，定期篩檢。而大腸癌多發生在50歲以後，所以，50歲以上民眾應定期接受糞便潛血檢查，但若有個人或家族瘜肉症、大腸癌病史的民眾，建議直接進行全大腸鏡檢查，檢查年齡也要提早，預防勝於治療。
