近日，一隻貓頭鷹闖入安徽省涇縣一處養雞場，造成雞場500多隻未出籠的小雞受到驚嚇，相互踩踏而死。「兇手」被捕後，有人提議「血債血還」，雞場楊老闆趕緊攔在前頭，說「先養着」。

人民網報導，楊老闆在涇縣茂林鎮開養雞場，10畝地裏養了1萬多隻雞。為提高雞隻品質，他白天放養，晚上才把小雞關進雞舍。上周一（8日）凌晨，養雞場傳來異響，雞舍工人開燈檢查，驚見大量小雞死亡。

楊老闆趕到現場時，看到雞舍到處是小雞屍體，還有1隻成年的貓頭鷹被網困住，經統計，共損失了500多隻小雞。

有工人提議把這隻屬於國家二級保護野生動物的貓頭鷹殺了，羽毛掛在雞舍門口，別的貓頭鷹就不敢再來，但楊老闆拒絕了。

當天上午6時，涇縣茂林森林派出所警員到場，判斷因雞舍空間不大，貓頭鷹進入後，受驚的雞擠作一團互相踩踏，所以死的大多是體重不過600克左右的小雞。

警方表示將向相關部門反映，為楊老闆爭取一定的補償。經對現場拍照存證後，警方將貓頭鷹帶到山中放生。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲的競選總幹事姚立明，昨在年代的《新聞面對面》批藍委蔡正元《食品安全管理法》修法降低罰責，反遭蔡嗆「大混蛋」，限姚24小時收回說法並公開道歉。姚今上同節目指出，助理搞混，沒重複確認是他的錯，「我向蔡委員道歉」。
 
姚立明在節目上指出，上周請助理整理立法院去年修《食管法》提案資料，蔡正元原來提的是31條修正草案，是提高處罰金額上限1000萬元，他腦海知道44條罰鍰是1500萬元，「結果就以為，要改成1000萬元是降低處罰金額」。
 
姚說，可是這是錯的，因為蔡正元的提案修的是31條。雖然是助理的錯誤，但他沒有藉口，沒重複確認，「因為實在太累」。所以，姚立明說，針對昨天蔡委員去年曾提案減低500萬元的說法，是錯誤的，我向蔡委員道歉」。(郭建伸／台北報導)

（中央社記者楊明珠東京17日專電）日本電機大廠索尼（Sony）今天表示，因主力產品智慧型手機售況不振等因素，本年度財測大幅向下修正，將不發年終紅利。這是索尼於1958年上市以來首度未發紅利。

索尼預測2014財會年度（至2015年3月底的財會年度）的淨損益，向下修正為2300億日圓（約新台幣652億元）的淨損，原先預估的淨損是1800億日圓。2013年度的淨損則為1283億日圓。

索尼表示，受到中國大陸廠牌智慧型手機崛起等因素的影響，索尼的主力產品智慧型手機銷售數量遠低於規劃目標，獲利也不如預期。智慧型手機事業的營業權（約1800億日圓）做全額減損處理。

索尼宣布，為了經營重整，打算今年度將從事智慧型手機等事業的員工裁減15%、約1000人。此外，年終將不分紅。

這將是索尼於1958年在東京證券交易所申請上市以來，首度不發中期配股利及不發年終紅利。

索尼的社長平井一夫今天在記者會上表示，取消年終分紅，對股東感到非常抱歉，會嚴肅面對當前的狀況，希望明年度能改善業績，早日給股東們分紅。

對索尼而言，如何重振連續10年經營陷入虧損的電視機事業是當務之急，但如何建立讓主力產品手機事業獲利的體制也迫在眉睫。1030917

系統:WIN7 X64 硬體規格: (2012年2月底買的) 系統SSD:美光M4 120G 另外兩顆是日立的2T硬碟 主機板:P8Z68-MPRO 記憶體:umax記憶體 4g x4條 顯示卡:MSI HD 6870 POWER:BQT-E6 450W 最近有玩POE，但前陣子玩都沒什問題， 直到這一週，上線玩個不到30分鐘， 整個機器就會自動重開機， 自動重開機不是馬上會重開機， 很像是過熱還是電壓不足的保護措施， 讓整台主機一直循環在不斷自動重開狀態。 我會把主機先關個幾分鐘再打開， 這樣才能正常進到桌面。 我有邊開game邊打開監控軟體， 看了一下CPU溫度大概50度， 然後顯示卡溫度從45度升到75度， 風扇都有正常運轉， 不知道是POWER電壓問題，還是顯卡本身有問題？ (目前這兩個嫌疑最大，本來是以為記憶卡問題) 該直送原X屋，多付300的檢測費去測？ 還是能自己測看看知道是哪個壞了～直接換掉嗎？ = =" 備註： 剛剛不預警的在瀏覽網站時，突然自動重開機～ 這是代表PSU真的有問題？ ※ 編輯: todo0222 (219.71.213.235), 09/17/2014 19:45:06
