Before I Go to Sleep (別相信任何人) (在我入睡前) 小說心得 / 電影心得

根據同名小說改編而成的電影，這本小說在台灣書局曾經好長一段時間都在排行榜上。

由於我有看過小說，會覺得有沒有看過小說對觀賞電影時的感受影響很大，看過小說的觀眾已經知道整個劇情。

當初覺得小說的書名中文翻譯是最大的敗筆，它有一定程度讓讀者有了先入為主的感受，而絕大多數電影在台灣上映時片名會依照原先小說的中文翻譯，這部電影也是。

附註：小說跟電影採用不同中文翻譯的例子不多，最近剛好有部電影《This Is Where I Leave You》，小說中譯本翻譯成《如果那一天》（讀書心得），電影則是翻成《愛在頭七天》，兩個翻譯都與原文無關，這倒也是蠻神奇的現象。

對於電影的感受每個人的喜好不同，要不要走進戲院捧場端看個人的抉擇，而小豪在這會想分享一些從電影中感受到的事，尤其曾經看過原著小說，對於電影的感受會較沒看過小說的朋友再多一些。

劇情簡介

本片改編自原著作家S.J. Watson 的暢銷同名小說，由《布萊登棒棒糖》導演羅文約菲執導、《異形》導演雷利史考特製作。這也是妮可基嫚繼《心靈勇者》之後，再度與柯林佛斯攜手合作飾演夫妻，而這次飾演的是一對處於欺騙、猜妒與掙扎的夫妻。

克莉絲汀（妮可基嫚 飾）每天醒來都身處在陌生的房間，身旁躺著一個不認識的男人。男人耐心說明：我是妳丈夫班恩，妳今年47歲，20年前遭遇嚴重車禍，從此記憶受損。每天她也會接到陌生的醫師來電，要她到衣櫥裡的鞋盒找出被藏起來的祕密。

原來，克莉絲汀在每天睡前會用相機拍下今天所發生的的事作為自己的「影像備忘錄」，提醒明天失憶的自己。克莉絲汀藉著影像，一天天重建自己的歷史，但她所發現的細節和班恩、醫師的說法卻經常產生矛盾。這一天她醒來，打開相機，沒想到卻看到影像中的自己說: 別相信班恩……

飛梭雷射適應症有哪些
飛梭雷射療程在短時間內能有效治療青春痘疤痕、凹疤、粗糙肌膚等，上述症狀飛梭雷射療程能有效改善治療。

飛梭雷射原理是什麼？
飛梭雷射是以分段光熱溶解的方式來作用的機器，在一個區域裡面部分的治療性刺激，卻可以達到全面性治療一樣的效果。
飛梭雷射治療是利用均勻分散的微小光束加熱破壞皮膚表皮及真皮層，刺激皮膚再生反應；經過部分治療的雷射光束作用之後，會有造成部分治療性破壞，但是表淺層留下的還沒被破壞的健康組織，可以很快地提供新生的表皮，讓傷口癒合快速，而且縮短恢復期，但是深層的治療性破壞的地方，引起周遭神經、血管、膠原蛋的新生，藉由身體自然的修復過程，加以置換有缺陷受傷之肌膚，產生更健康緊實肌膚。

飛梭雷射的種類甚多，依照波長的不同可以分為「非汽化性飛梭雷射」與「汽化性飛梭雷射」兩大類，兩者的治療適應症雷同，都可以用來改善凹疤、青春痘疤、皺紋，用於回春換膚、緊實肌膚，處理黑斑與膚色暗沉、不均的問題，也能夠細緻毛孔，改善毛孔粗大與膚質粗糙問題。兩者之間最大的差異為非汽化性雷射治療後，不會有明顯的傷口，治療部位只會呈現泛紅反應，恢復期較短，不影響日常工作或生活作息。

汽化性的飛梭雷射施打後，治療局部的表皮層會有微小點狀的小傷口，會形成許多細小的點狀痂皮，幾天後小痂皮脫落了，皮膚就能有煥然一新的感覺。

建議治療次數?
一般建議5至6次療程，每次治療間隔四至六週(依據膚質與治療的反應)，通常需時 2~3 個月的時間呈現最佳效果

飛梭雷射治療後保養要注意的事？

飛梭雷射返家時仍有皮膚麻醉感覺，約持續 12小時是正常現象 。
飛梭雷射後回家前三天應持續冰敷，每次不超過 15分鐘，間隔1小時以上再持續冰敷。
飛梭雷射術後治療部位呈現 1-5天的乾燥、或輕微紅腫是正常現象。
飛梭雷射術後約一週停止使用去角質產品、不要使用刺激性保養品和藥(含果酸、A酸、左旋C等)
飛梭雷射後保養以修護保濕與防曬品為主、保濕要注意水分油分兼顧，飛梭雷射後兩週內不能化妝。
飛梭雷射後四五天可能會有些微結痂，讓其自然脫落就好。1～2週就能完全恢復。

（中央社記者呂欣憓新加坡17日專電）根據財富研究機構的報告，2014年個人財產超過10億美元的億萬富翁，台灣共有29位，人數排名全球第20，這些富翁財富總值約570億美元（約新台幣1兆7189億元）。

財富研究機構Wealth-X和瑞銀集團（UBS）今天共同發表2014年億萬富翁調查報告，這是Wealth-X和瑞銀集團第2度發表，他們對億萬富翁的定義是個人的身價超過10億美元。

調查發現，全球的億萬富翁人數從2013年的2170人成長7%至2325人，財富總值成長12%，從6兆5160億美元增至7兆2910億美元。

約34%的億萬富翁集中在全球20個城市，若以富翁人數排名，台北以擁有21位億萬富翁排名第18，亞洲排名第8，這21人的財富總值加起來有430億美元。

亞洲前7名城市分別為香港、北京、新加坡、孟買、東京、深圳和上海，第9和第10是首爾和曼谷。

若以全台灣人數來看，億萬富翁從2013年的25人增至2014年的29人，在全球排第20，亞洲排名第6，財富總值從500億美元增加到570億美元。亞洲前5名是中國大陸、印度、香港、日本和新加坡。

億萬富翁最喜歡居住的區域是歐洲共775人，總財富也最多；以個別國家而論，美國億萬富翁最多，共571人。

亞洲由於經濟表現強勁，富翁財富增加最快，成長了18.7%，人數比去年增加10%共有560人，億萬富翁俱樂部新成員52人中，33人來自中國大陸。

由於經濟表現好、機會多，亞洲的億萬富翁平均年齡61歲，是全球最年輕，且多數靠創業起家，只有13%靠完全繼承家業。

非亞洲的億萬富翁也看好這區的潛力，其中有26位並不住在香港，但在香港置產，就是看上香港可前進中國大陸和東南亞市場。報告並預估，亞洲億萬富翁人數未來還會繼續成長。1030917

「Sliding Sam」是一款可愛生動又有趣的益智遊戲，遊戲主角是一隻名為 Sam 的企鵝，遊戲開發者狠心的將牠與女朋友分隔兩地，而我們則要負責不斷的幫這兩隻相愛的企鵝重逢。

Sam 除了要順利到達女朋友身邊之外，也要順路把畫面上的星星都拿到手，還要避開一些障礙物的干擾，路線想怎麼畫都可以，只是畫越多，分數越低，有時滑行的路線過於平坦，滑到一半還會沒力，這時就要適時的運用可以幫忙加速的「小魚」囉！

路線畫的過於陡峭或卡卡的，都會影響 Sam 的滑行，當不小心飛出畫面之外，或是卡在半路上時，Sam 與女朋友的表情都十分逗趣，大家在玩的時候可以觀察一下唷！

跟著畫面上的提示虛線，畫下你的第一條路線。

畫好路線就可以按下下方的「綠色箭頭」，Sam 就會出發開始滑行，並一邊收集星星順利到達女朋友的身邊。過關後會依星星數、時間及使用的線來給予評分。

不過在畫路線的時候必須要注意到角度，像下面這張圖就是不小心讓 Sam 飛出畫面外了。（女朋友的眼神已死…）

或是有點段差，太胖的 Sam 也是上不去的～（眼神死 again）

距離沒抓準的話，也會因為太胖而卡住唷！只要無法再前進，都只能乖乖的按下左下角的按鈕重頭開始。

有時需要畫一些比較陡的路線，Sam 很可能滑到一半上不去，而「小魚」的作用，就是來幫助 Sam 加速的！只要碰到就會立馬飛奔唷！

有些關卡還真棘手，如果過不了的話，遊戲中是沒有任何求救工具的，就不要客氣請上網找攻略吧！

老婆的公司有放兩台筆電提供客人上網使用
但都會被客人安裝一些軟體或者小朋友下載遊戲安裝
最討厭是害電腦的首頁被綁hao123(那次搞死我了)
每次都要過一段時間手動刪除來整理電腦
感覺很沒有效率
