| 【更新】怕染餿油 加盟協會擬組檢驗單位

2014台灣世界連鎖加盟大展下周五於台北世貿一館展出4天，今年共有150家廠商、200個連鎖品牌、1000個攤位參展，同樣是以餐飲、飲料店為加盟大宗，但包括健身業者、網路原生品牌的蛋糕店也同樣加入戰局。
（更新：新增加盟協會擬自組檢驗單位）
餿水油風暴這次也波及到部分餐飲加盟體系，旗下有400多個加盟店品牌的台灣連鎖加盟促進協會今表示，將計畫籌組專門檢驗單位，未來除可幫旗下加盟會員檢驗原料等外，也會主動到各會員加盟店去抽查，預計今年底、明年初就可成軍。
值得注意的是，台灣連鎖加盟促進協會副理事長李日東說，這次協會旗下包括「早安！美芝城」等約有3、4個會員遭波及，業者決定自己監督，未來設立的協會檢驗單位將會有合作的實驗室，除被動接受業者送驗外，也會主動抽檢，未來更計畫推出認證制度。
李日東說，這次餿水油風暴最大的問題恐怕是賠償問題，有些店家若體質比較不好的，可能會負擔不起消費者的退貨潮而倒閉；也呼籲政府應該大幅提高對黑心業者的罰則，要讓黑心業者一次就罰到怕，才不會再有食安問題產生。
今年加盟展也配合台北市政府將在10月開始申請的「台北市產業發展獎勵補助計畫」，鼓勵有創意的創業者房地租金、勞工薪資、融資等補貼，最高可補助到1000萬元。
健身房業者Anytime Fitness這次也跨海來參展外，網路原生品牌「D2惡魔蛋糕」從虛擬通路要跨族實體店面，目標明年要在台灣開100家店。其餘如常見的加盟展常客包括CoCo都可茶飲、日出茶太、麥味登、拉亞漢堡、弘爺漢堡、鮮芋仙、丹堤咖啡、歐都納、丐幫滷味等也都不缺席。

| 殺警富家女遭押 哭聲淒厲比消防車警笛響

涉嫌夜店殺警案的女大生劉芯彤，今天清晨4時02分，被法官宣示：「劉芯彤羈押禁見。」她原本只低頭啜泣上銬，當她起身離開法庭時，法官接著說：「帶曾威豪上來」，法警擔心2人以眼神串供，帶她向左轉走樓梯下去，曾則從右邊搭電梯上來，不料劉女竟在此時發出逾100分貝的淒厲哭號聲，比消防車警笛聲響亮，曾男在人犯電梯內也被哭聲嚇了一跳，立刻手靠扶電梯牆張望，3秒後聽出是女友的哭聲後，他鐵青臉低下頭來，似乎知大勢已去，上了法庭也沒講太多話。
劉女從2樓法庭，哭著走人犯通道樓梯到法院地下一樓的候審室，沿途放聲大哭，滿臉淚水，在場守候一晚的媒體，不少人累到閉目養神，都被突傳來比消防車警笛聲響亮哭聲嚇醒，記者、法警、支援警力全都往法庭衝，還有記者問：「怎麼有警笛聲？」押解劉女的法警也尷尬地對同事說：「我沒對她怎樣喔！真的，她是走著走著就哭了。」劉女走回候審室後，一坐下來後，哭聲也隨之轉弱直到無聲，收放自如，北院又恢復了原有的深夜寧靜。（劉志原╱台北報導）

| 「黑星」事件還沒完 冒牌向太：周先生打給我道歉

因一篇網文《為什麼這麼多人黑周星馳？》，影視大亨向華強老婆(向太)不甘老公被指是黑道，頻頻砲轟周星馳（星爺），圈內藝人分成「挺星派」和「挺向派」，事件主角星爺連日來都沒對「黑星」事件做回應，就連昨出席自導的新片《美人魚》女主角選拔賽，也不講半句話。
結果中國網站就開始冒出星爺分身，拿本尊先前宣傳電影時講的話，煞有其事回應：「不喜歡回應，默默拍自己的電影。怕不拍大家把我忘了。可惜這些年我電影越來越少，只想跟大家說一句：『對不起，我老了！』」。
而向太除被不少星爺粉絲侮罵外，還有人冒充她的名義開微博，貼文「黑」她：「周先生打電話給我和我家先生說是要道歉！可是我們沒原諒他！也不可能原諒他！」
正版向太在微博痛批：「請大家注意有人用我的頭像冒充我，有一個連名字也一様，只有英文名字最後一個y打錯成g。亂說一通。請大家小心，以及幫忙舉報。謝謝！」原來，這位冒牌向太英文名字故意打錯，Tiffany變成Tiffang；還說自己就職於「寧夏污染企業」。
稍晚向太又再發文：「天生個性就是喜歡幫人！就算是知道被人利用也沒有關係，因為自己還有被利用的價值存在，好過沒有！被笑儍瓜也沒有關係！總是一定有人欣賞，有人知道，只求就是別忘恩負義回頭咬我就行了。」（娛樂中心／綜合報導）

王全安趁張雨綺赴美參加紐約時裝周，連三天召妓洩慾，其中一天甚至同時與2名妓女從事性交易，讓張雨綺處境尷尬，但她回應看似平靜。而她2008年接受《南都周刊》專訪時，也談到自己的感情觀，表示接受男人一對多，「只要他是愛我的，即使有婦之夫，我也能夠體諒，只是會很無奈，最後可能離開，但從內心來說並不是大到接受不了的原則問題」。

| 臺東教育要改變 從教師做起

國立教育廣播電台 –
為了徹底翻轉臺東教育現場，臺東縣政府教育處推出教師專業提升計畫，從教師教學態度、教師教學方法、以及學生學習動機等三方面著手，要求落實觀課制度與教師專業社群。教育處也會調整相關行政工作，儘量讓老師可以專心教學。
臺東縣政府教育處學管科長林政宏表示，學生的學習成就低落，原因當然很多，家庭更是其中一個重要的因素。然而，身為教育人員，不應該以「家庭功能不彰，導致學生學不好」為理由，而是應該認清「家庭功能不彰，所以老師是學生學習的最後一線希望」。當老師的觀念改變了，學生的學習才有機會被翻轉。
另一項要改變的，林科長提出，是教學的方法。他指出，再優秀的老師，都難免有因習慣而產生的盲點，因此，教育處希望教師們，一個學年至少開放教室觀課一次，可邀請自己信得過的教師伙伴，一起討論自己教學上的優缺點，找出最適合孩子的教學方法。
林政宏強調，教室的主人是學生，唯有當老師提供的教學切合孩子的需要，才有可以提升學生的學習動機。他也表示，這一切都不是容易的事，但為了臺東的孩子，他還是呼籲教師們，一起改變，一起為孩子們努力。
至於教師們都很擔心的行政工作，林科長則表示，臺東的編制較小，難免要分擔行政工作，這一點，請老師們體諒。但是，教育處會儘量調整，以不增加老師太多困擾為目標。

 （法新社墨西哥卡布聖盧卡斯15日電） 颶風奧迪爾（Odile）今天侵襲墨西哥下加利福尼亞半島，不僅摧毀木屋，造成飯店淹水，機場也暫停運作。民眾洗劫商場，數千名觀光客滯留在當地，傷者達135人左右。
數百名民眾洗劫超市和電子商品商店，直接拿走米、水、廁紙、酒、電視和電風扇。
41歲的羅培茲（Osvaldo Lopez）在離開便利商店時表示：「我要為我小孩拿走水和食物。你永遠不知道明天會發生什麼事。」
有從恐慌症發作到割傷等傷者接受治療。但當局表示，儘管這次強大風暴造成洛斯卡波斯（Los Cabos）度假勝地財物損失嚴重，但沒有造成任何死亡。
超過1000名士兵佈署在斷水斷電的災區。同一區的許多鐵皮屋頂木造屋遭颶風夷平。
政府當局為了讓受困觀光客搭軍機撤離，趕緊重新開放洛斯卡波斯和拉巴斯（La Paz）國際機場。

（法新社倫敦15日電） 數千人今天走上英國倫敦街頭，呼籲蘇格蘭選民拒絕獨立，並在3天後的指標性公投中，選擇留在英國。
示威者在市中心特拉法加廣場（Trafalgar Square）集會，揮舞英國國旗，並高舉寫著「讓我們在一起」和「蘇格蘭我們愛你，別走」標語。
來自蘇格蘭格拉斯哥（Glasgow）、長期住在英格蘭的56歲米爾恩（Shona Milne）說：「擔心蘇格蘭可能脫離英國其他地區，讓我控制不住自己的情緒。這實在太滑稽和可怕。」
米爾恩穿著印有「同時身為蘇格蘭人和英國人很驕傲」的T恤說：「我心煩意亂，我知道數百萬蘇格蘭人也有同樣的感覺。」
2000名民眾參與的集會洋溢緊張情緒，喇叭則播放「我們是一家人」（We are Family）和「讓我們在一起」（Let's Stay Together）等熱門歌曲。

| 空襲IS 美首度鎖定巴格達

 （法新社華盛頓15日電） 美國過去24小時2度空襲聖戰組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS），並首度轟炸伊拉克首都巴格達周邊，顯示空襲規模已然升高。
不具名的美國國防部官員告訴法新社，過去24小時內，美國戰機在巴格達周邊發動1次空襲，另在辛賈爾山（Mount Sinjar）附近另1次空襲。
美國上月開始鎖定伊北的伊斯蘭國據點，而今天宣布空襲巴格達附近的好戰分子，顯示行動規模已然升高。
美國中央司令部發布聲明說：「美軍持續攻擊伊拉克的伊斯蘭國恐怖分子，週日（14日）與週一（15日）動用攻擊機與戰鬥機2次空襲，支援在辛賈爾附近與巴格達西南區的伊拉克安全部隊。」
