拆公車道　宋楚瑜：對市民好的應趕快做

北市府今日舉行市長宣誓就職交接典禮，出席典禮的親民黨主席宋楚瑜會前表示，自己代表個人、親民黨到場祝賀，未來只要柯文哲做的好，他個人及親民黨都會全力支持，對柯文哲昨天宣布拆忠孝西公車專用道，宋楚瑜說他尊重柯的決定，但「只要是對市民好的事情，應當機立斷趕快去做」。
 
宋楚瑜表示，柯文哲當選之後曾經跟他談過一些概念，相信在柯文哲的領導下，台北市能夠產生一些改變，不僅是在觀念上以人民為主，更重要是帶給首都一個新的格局。看到柯文哲有心想做好，身為一位北市老市民應該給予祝福。
 
宋楚瑜強調，只要柯能好好把市政做好，個人、親民黨都願意全力協助，「因為我們心中只想把人民的事做好，把台灣建設好並讓台灣的人感到驕傲，這是我們共同的理想與未來的願景。」
 
對柯文哲昨天定案拆忠孝西公車專用道，宋楚瑜表示，今天是柯的大日子，他尊重新市長做的決定，但只要對市民好的事情，應當機立斷趕快去做。〈陳思豪／台北報導〉

IS擊落聯軍 生擒飛行員

伊斯蘭國（IS）24日宣稱，他們在敘利亞北方的根據地拉卡市附近，「擊落」一架聯軍的F-16戰鬥機，並且生擒約旦籍飛行員，約旦軍方已經證實。這是美國率領的聯軍對敘境IS據點發動空襲3個月以來，首度折損戰機，顯示IS可能有能力對抗先進戰鬥機。

IS宣稱，係以「追熱飛彈」（heat-seeking missile）打下這架F-16戰鬥機，並透過社群網站公布現場照片。IS聖戰士團團包圍一名僅身著白色T恤、下身赤裸、嘴巴流血且身體溼透的男子，從水中走向陸地。IS指該男就是飛行員，名叫莫阿茲•尤塞夫•卡薩貝。IS分子也把戰機殘骸帶回拉卡市。

此外，卡薩貝的軍人證也被IS翻拍公布。資料顯示他隸屬約旦武裝部隊，官階少尉，26歲。

總部位於倫敦的敘利亞人權觀察組織與約旦軍方均證實此消息。約旦方面稱，一戰鬥機在敘利亞上空執行任務時，墜毀在拉卡省，飛行員被IS擒獲。約旦嚴詞指出，「IS必須為該飛行員的生命安全負責」。

敘利亞人權觀察組織指出，過去IS曾擊落敘利亞和伊拉克政府軍的戰機，若IS擊落F-16屬實，

等於首度顯示，IS可能有能力擊落先進戰鬥機。

被俘飛行員卡薩貝的父親表示，兒子擔任飛行員6年，父子倆上周日才剛見過面。他向IS領袖呼籲：「希望阿拉在你的心裡種下憐憫，希望你放了我兒子」。

美國率領的聯軍從9月23日起空襲敘境IS據點，與巴林、 約旦、沙烏地阿拉伯、卡達與阿拉伯聯合大公國5國協同出擊。除卡達只派軍機支援而不參與轟炸外，其他4國均全面投入空襲。

二手便宜RS zero 與 一手 PGO bon 125的選擇

我目前是剛滿18歲有駕照，會騎循環檔檔車，172cm 52kg

因為自修重考大學中，所以半工半讀有穩定工作，一個月約15k,住家裡，所以只有吃飯是靠自己而已，其他沒有跟家裡拿錢

家裡住的地方有一點點偏僻，很少商店，離工作的市區有點要遠不遠的，正常速度騎腳踏車要25分鐘(說遠不遠，說近不近，是有上下坡，所以真的累)，雖然有公車，但是半小時一班，12點到2點之間沒有車

每個月扣掉吃飯5k跟存錢5k，大概還剩5k

所以想買一台代步的機車，打算是用分期的，畢竟沒有什麼積蓄，當然越便宜越好，性能不用很厲害，平常除非必要，打算只安全騎50～60

畢竟這個年紀還是想要帥帥的車，但是我的要求是只要外表要新新的，簡單俐落就好

目前看上的是高cp值的bon125,雖然比起朋友快8萬的主流125，便宜不少，但是還是要將近6萬

所以想要分期買二手車，前幾天看到RS zero覺得很好看，查了一下二手只要5萬(不知道是否這個價錢合理? )，有點心動，但是不想衝動,想多接受資訊，多考慮一下

所以想請問大家有什麼樣的意見，可以提供給我做參考

本報訊

美國國務院今天表示，強烈譴責伊拉克一名自殺炸彈客攻擊反伊斯蘭國（Islamic State）的遜尼派戰士，也為遭IS俘虜的約旦飛行員祈禱。

一名自殺炸彈客今天攻擊在巴格達南方的反IS遜尼派戰士，造成至少21人死亡、48人受傷。

報導說，這起攻擊針對反蓋達的民兵組織「覺醒」（Sahwa）戰士而來，發生於瑪丹（Madain）一軍事基地附近。

國務院發言人莎琪（Jen Psaki）指出，美國強烈譴責這起自殺攻擊，除慰問家屬，也盼受傷民眾早日康復。

她說，美國會繼續和伊拉克政府及人民站在同一陣線，反對暴力極端分子。

IS讓以美國為首的盟軍這個平安夜並不好過，除有自殺炸彈客攻擊反IS組織外，約旦軍方稍早也證實，一架軍機墜毀於敘利亞，飛行員遭IS聖戰士團體俘虜。

IS聲稱，飛機遭防空飛彈擊落，並公布俘虜26歲約旦飛行員卡薩斯貝（Maaz al-Kassasbeh）中尉的照片，叫陣意味濃厚。

對此，莎琪指出，美國正與約旦政府緊密合作，也衷心為飛行員和他的家人及在約旦的武裝部隊盟軍祈禱。(中央社)

布萊恩上一役30投8中，本季狀況甚差，連續27戰後，教練史考特讓他休兵1天，昨未現身史戴波中心，先發得分後衛由艾林頓暫代，少了布萊恩，先前場均助攻僅20.29次，排名聯盟倒數第5的湖人，整場送出28次助攻，最多取得24分領先，人人有球打，大家臉上都充滿笑容。

林威助當自己23歲 提早開訓

〔自由時報記者林三豐／桃園報導〕兄弟首階段春訓是投手與年輕球員，不過明年1月滿36歲的林威助昨天就參與，也期許明年能先發守備。

旅日多年的林威助今年返台加入兄弟，因左膝半月軟骨受傷開刀，雖趕在9月復出，例行賽只出賽43場，打擊率1成90、1轟與11分打點，不諱言對自己今年表現很失望。

在隊上年紀僅次於「恰恰」彭政閔，卻沒有1月7日再參加春訓的「優惠」，林威助笑稱自己其實才23歲，「早點調整是好事，一個人或是跟大家一起練都差不多。」

日職2月1日才春訓，不過球員季後可能練到12月初才休息，頂多休息1週又開始自主訓練，像陽岱鋼現在在台北市隊練球，林威助說：「這是危機感，日職競爭很激烈，人家在練，你會怕休息就被超越。」

林威助表示，膝蓋還沒恢復到開刀前的狀態，季後有持續加強肌力，能否負擔守備要等春訓練習才知道，明年希望以球員角色為主，不過隊友打擊有遇到問題，彼此還能互相討論。

遙控空拍機墜高鐵 玩家遭法辦

〔自由時報記者王駿杰、金仁晧、蔡彰盛、黃立翔、林嘉琪／綜合報導〕高鐵新竹段十二月十五日發生高鐵通車以來首起「遙控機墜機事件」，劉姓工程師在住家前方稻田玩空拍飛機，遇到一陣狂風，飛機失控墜入高鐵站的高架鐵道，雖未造成事故或人員受傷，警方仍依公共危險罪嫌傳訊劉某，並函送新竹地檢署偵辦。

狂風一掃 掉高鐵軌道旁

卅一歲的劉嫌平日酷愛玩空拍，這已經是他所摔掉的第三架空拍機，先前兩架分別因撞高壓電塔與墜落在頭前溪「壯烈犧牲」。劉嫌這架「小白」是中國大疆公司製造的phantom 2 vision plus機型，定價三萬九千元，內建支撐高畫質攝影機的多軸雲台以及穩定器，是屬於比較好的入門機型。

高鐵新竹站證實說，當晚八點多，曾有列車駕駛通報竹東段鐵道旁有發光物體，站務人員經查證，確實有「光亮物體」，但體積不大，不影響行車安全，等全線列車結束營運後，由保全人員拾回，交由警方處理。

鐵路警察局臺北分局板橋分駐所所長黃耀璋表示，劉男的空拍機掉落在南向和北向軌道中間的道版上，沒多久劉男就打電話給高鐵，詢問要如何領回空拍機，並留下聯絡方式。警方約談劉男後，認為當時的位置，空拍機可能勾到高壓纜線，甚至擊中行駛中的列車，也可能再移動位置撞上高鐵列車，釀成重大意外，因此以公共危險罪嫌偵辦。

玩家：一公斤重 有害嗎

自認倒楣的劉男昨天在網路上PO文說，高鐵車廂單節有四十五公噸，空拍飛機約僅一公斤，「一公斤的飛機墜落高鐵車廂，真的會造成危害嗎？」不少網友建議他「乖乖認錯」。

林姓專業玩家表示，市面上常見的空拍飛機為四軸制，價錢都在萬元以上，一般而言，空拍飛機能接受的風速在四級以內，近日吹東北季風，風速超過五級，這應該是劉男飛機失控的主因。

空拍機變多 目前無法管

民航局標準組組長林俊良表示，空拍直升機目前無法可管，只有機場附近跟軍事區域禁止飛行，自從紀錄片《看見台灣》之後，使用者愈來愈多，未來可能會管理使用者，例如買空拍機時必須申請，使用空拍機者要考執照，配合的無線電器材也要向ＮＣＣ核報。國際民航局預定在明年三月開會討論無人載具規範。

壓桌禮喬不攏 女拒嫁 男告官

陳姓男子和陳姓女友同居後論及婚嫁，但雙方家長卻因訂婚的「壓桌禮」由誰付而鬧翻，殃及小倆口為此分手，男方不滿女方悔婚，提告求償禮餅、禮服及精神慰撫金共57萬多元。但法官認為同居不一定會結婚，況且雙方未完成訂婚，婚約尚未成立，判女方不必賠。

南部長大的陳姓男子，和家住北部的陳姓女友相戀後同居，2012年兩人決定結婚，預定同年6月底在台北舉辦訂婚喜宴。

不料，就在訂婚前，陳女母親告知男方母親，表示依北部禮俗，男方賓客的3桌宴席費，俗稱壓桌禮，該由男方負擔。但男方母親卻認為，照南部習俗，訂婚宴應全由女方負責；結婚宴則由男方負責。雙方母親為了壓桌禮該誰付，爭執不下，老人家相爭，卻苦了這對戀人。

男方後來一度讓步，願支付1桌費用，但女方母親根據習俗仍堅持3桌，溝通無效下，女方母親打電話給男方母親說：「婚不結了」，還要求陳男搬出去，這對情侶只好黯然分手。

沒想到時隔1年多，男方突然打官司求償，表示當初為籌備婚禮，已支付婚紗、喜餅、房屋貸款、裝潢家具等費用，加上女方悔婚讓他精神受創，要求女方共賠償57萬7400元。

北院審理後，陳女說男方在分手1年後才提出訴訟，讓人匪夷所思，且她們家當時已付了20萬；房貸和裝潢費更是她們家付的錢；男方後來也結婚生子，根本沒有損失可言。

法官認為，兩人仍處在籌備訂婚階段，雙方雖已同居，卻未必就有結婚之意，無法僅憑同居，就認定2人已成立將來應結婚的「婚約」，因此女方不受民法婚約規範，不算悔婚，判決男方敗訴。本案可上訴。

Samsung 要怎麼做才能止住自己行動業務的頹勢？除了改推全新設計語言的產品外，削減行銷開支似乎是他們下一步的計畫。日前有人發現其位於倫敦 Westfield Stratford 商場內的「體驗店」已被悄悄拆除，類似的店鋪在英國總共只有十間，而被拆掉的這家，恰恰是其中最重要的一個。回首過去，像是 Galaxy S III、Galaxy Note 8 等重要產品都是在這裡首發，有鑒於此，這次關店的意義才會顯得非同尋常。

這麼多年來，Samsung 在行銷上可謂是不遺餘力，廣告、快閃店甚至是包下機場等手段可謂是層出不窮。但如今行動部門的形勢嚴峻，在面對以小米為首的新生代廠商以及老對手 Apple 時，再堅守原來的策略，就不是明智之舉了。話說先前 Samsung 已經放棄了歐洲的筆電市場，這次行動部門估計也要經歷一次規模不小的「瘦身」了...

八三夭拚叫賣義 助喜憨兒

八三夭日前出席百貨公司與喜憨兒合作的耶誕節義賣活動，現場演唱〈熊麻吉〉，並打賭誰叫賣的成績最好，其他４名團員就要請「賣王」吃飯。鼓手阿電曾在逢甲夜市當攤販，業績一路長紅，最後八三夭以不到半小時時間，義賣出200份商品，所得４萬全數捐給喜憨兒。

主唱阿璞有偶像包袱，叫賣時太優雅，業績最差；貝斯手霸天一邊義賣，一邊和歌迷聊天合照，人氣最高。

此外，八三夭也在４天唱了７場校園，印象最深刻的是，前兩天到建中開唱，阿璞去上廁所時，被北一女同學大聲尖叫說：「阿璞在上廁所！」還在男廁門口堵他。

今天是聖誕節，韓國團體「JYJ」的有天、俊秀及在中，應景送上打扮成聖誕老人的可愛照片，還戴上紅鼻子，頭上則有鹿角，可愛指數破表。網友說：「太可愛了，好有過節氣氛。」

「JYJ」本是「東方神起」成員，因不滿奴隸合約而脫團組「JYJ」，今年11月起從東京巨蛋起跑，共吸引10萬粉絲捧場聽演唱會，在日本依舊享有超高人氣。（陳穎／綜合報導）
