國民黨高雄市長參選人楊秋興上午爆料說，市府內部傳出，高雄氣爆當晚10時30分至12時，陳菊找按摩師進市長官邸按摩，以致氣爆現場群龍無首，喪失搶救先機，釀成重災。

雄檢襄閱主任檢察官黃元冠受訪說，他還不清楚楊秋興爆料詳情，「如果他提出來的東西與刑案有關的話，都會進行了解」，楊秋興是市長參選人，「他講的話，檢方會予以尊重」。

他表示，除非有具體事證，否則檢方不會主動去調閱官邸及附近路口當晚監視錄影調查這件事。(中央社)

日前一家位於美國舊金山名叫『Stand Up Life』的公司發明了一個工具幫助社會實現男女平等——一款女用站式小便器，讓女性也能像男人一樣站著小解。

中新網據外媒報導，女用站式小便器使用一張可經過折疊成為紙筒的亮粉色三角防水紙製成。有了它，女士們可也不需要再坐下如廁，或擔心站著小解時會不小心沾濕腿部，使用方法就猶如男士站著小解般一樣。雖然這不是第一款女用站式小便器，但設計公司有信心，這個產品將可占領市場成為主流產品。

設計者莎拉‧克勞斯曼表示，她常常聽見其他女性抱怨廁所中被細菌包圍的惡劣環境。某次她使用污穢的飛機廁時，突發奇想『是不是該幹點什麼？』於是，她開始著手實驗，發明纖巧得能夠裝入小口袋的小便器，但從抽像概念到實際產品，花了不少時間。

『我試過很多種不同的設計，終於找到一款不會灑漏液體的小便器』，她回憶說：『當然，外表美觀也很重要。』最終的發明成果使用了能夠生物分解的厚紙片。莎拉還把自己發明的小便器1：1模型帶到印度，以拯救當地因衛生條件過於惡劣而成為疾病傳播源的公共洗手間。

莎拉稱，目前用戶的評價都較高，其中最讓她滿意的回饋，就是用戶表示使用過程很有趣。莎拉說：『這太搞笑了，簡直把尿尿這件事當成了廁所小遊戲。』

YouGov為「星期泰晤士報」（Sunday Times）執行的民調顯示，距離投票剩下不到2週時間，獨立陣營獲51%支持，反對陣營則為49%，已在一個月內翻轉反對陣營領先22個百分點的局面。

YouGov說，這項民調結果排除不會去投票、無意投票或不知道會投下什麼票的人。如果加入這些人，獨派陣營獲47%支持，而贊成留在英國的比例為45%。

這項民調是在第2次電視辯論後進行，支持獨立的蘇格蘭首席大臣薩孟德（Alex Salmond）廣獲認定贏得這場電視辯論，而民調結果顯示雙方支持度不分上下。YouGov說：「這次最新民調...是首次顯示獨派陣營真有可能獲勝...」。

雖然這2個百分點差距在誤差範圍內，這項發現大幅升高支持獨立陣營的勝算，也使薩孟德的蘇格蘭國家黨（Scottish National Party）士氣大振。

英國財政大臣歐斯本（George Osborne）今天說，如果蘇格蘭人在9月18日歷史性公投反對獨立，蘇格蘭將在稅務、支出和福利方面取得更多自主權，相關計畫將在未來幾日內提出。

他告訴英國廣播公司（BBC）：「在接下來數日內，你們會看到一套行動計畫，給予蘇格蘭更多權力...蘇格蘭將兼得2者最佳部份。既可避免脫離英國遭遇的風險，又可對自身命運有更大控制權。我認為這是大部分蘇格蘭人所要的。」

「更多增稅的權力、更大的財政自主權...對公共支出有更大控制權，對福利費率及許多其他改變也更能夠掌控。」他又說，英國國會3大政黨正準備通過這些措施，只要獨立公投未過關，就可開始實施這些變革。

蘇格蘭若通過公投脫離英國，將是歷史性里程碑，撼動英國在國際社會的地位。

蘇格蘭占英國1/3面積，也是英國三叉戟核子潛艦的停靠處。蘇格蘭國家黨說，如果成功獨立，三叉戟潛艦必須在2020年以前撤出蘇格蘭。(中央社)

各位好！第一次在這發文！
最近起了想換新球拍的念頭，在爬文多日後決定入手Stiga Infinity VPS V這塊桌球底板，
但是之後又得知Stiga近年產品品質參疵不齊，如果不細心挑選很可能踩到雷。
我本身是只會打球對器材沒研究的那種，這次可以說是第一次自己挑球拍，
