在歐洲34個城市趴趴走的「1600貓熊世界之旅」，繼年初在台北創下超過300萬人次記錄後，再度回歸台北，今日起在SOGO復興館日式庭園為期14天展出，不僅是全球唯一室內展出，這也是SOGO日式庭園首度對外開放做裝置展。1600隻貓熊只能遠觀不過癮？現場另闢拍照體驗區，民眾可親自抱著紙貓熊拍照。除了展覽外，民眾還可擁有貓熊做公益，只要捐款認養就可將展示貓熊或黑熊帶回家，所得將捐助公益團體用於台灣野生動物保育。

目前電信業者手機打市話的費率偏貴，有時候甚至是行動打行動的一倍價錢，經過NCC協調，目前電信業者統一降價。以中華電信來說，從5.2元降價到每分鐘一塊錢，預計下週五實施。不過由於降價的資費，多半是沒有人使用的方案，而且還分一般時段和減價時段，也被民眾批評，沒有誠意。

手機打市話貴桑桑，有時候還比打行動電話貴上一倍！不過好消息是，現在手機打市話，電信業者要大幅降價了！其中以中華電信降最多，一分鐘最低只要一塊錢，降幅達到六成，最快下周五開跑。未來手機打市話，各家資費比一比，中華電信從5.2元降為2到1元，遠傳從4.1元降為最低只要1.3元，亞太電信3分鐘也只要2塊錢。加上已經降價的台灣大哥大超便宜！三分鐘只要1.3元，威寶則是一分鐘一塊錢。不過這些優惠不但還分一般時段和減價時段，限制的特定方案還只有少數人使用，也被批評沒有誠意。就看市場反應如何，但只針對打市話降價，其他多數人常用的方案卻沒有降價規劃，被批評看的到吃不到，現在就看民眾買不買單。
