竹山鎮田中巷一棟三合院住宅今天凌晨1時12分許驚傳火警，經消防人員冒著炎寒馳援灌救半小時後控制火勢，清理火場赫見一名莊姓少女喪生火場 (27歲），起火原因不詳，將由南投縣消防局調查鑑定。

竹山消防分隊說，今天凌晨1時10分接獲報案指竹山鎮田中巷一棟三合院起火，緊急調度消防車馳援灌救，但因位在巷內，需要接駁方式灌救，三合院內都是雜物，火勢一發不可收拾，半小時才控制，至3時許撲滅清理火場，在院內一間臥房找到27歲女子莊惠娟時已燒戮焦黑。

消防局說，起火原因今天調查。

新竹市光華二街今清晨5時許，一棟違建大樓8樓發生火警，由於9樓與10樓為鐵皮違建，火勢迅速延燒至10樓，警消獲報後趕往搶救，救援時發現受傷的曾姓屋主，在8樓外牆呼救，警消將他救下後送往台大新竹分院治療，另外在10樓床邊發現1名5歲與1名7歲的曾姓女童，都已經被燒得焦黑，已經沒有生命跡象，警消初估燃燒面積百坪，目前已經封鎖現場，調查起火原因。

Kid曾被拍到當街幫許維恩喬奶，上月兩人一起錄影時，許維恩搭他肩回敬。但小甜甜最近po出與Kid甜蜜合照，他錄影時說：「是男生都會選許維恩吧？」

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，Kid爆料：「其實小甜甜現在很多男生追，而且都是帥哥！」雖然小甜甜4、5年前就喜歡他，但他表示兩人「根本不可能」，還說：「她一遇到感情就變很笨。」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）

本報訊

歐洲聯盟元首高峰會今天晚間通過高達3150億歐元的歐洲策略投資基金，執委會將在明年1月遞交執行報告，最快明年年中實施。

這個名為「歐洲策略投資基金」（EFSI）的振興經濟方案，是新任歐盟執委會主席榮科（Jean-ClaudeJuncker）推出的第1個重要方案，計劃在2015到2017年間，投資3150億歐元資金，提振歐洲經濟復甦。

歐洲理事會今天同意榮科的這項提案，會議並要求執委會在明年1月提出完整報告，並送歐洲議會同意後，希望最快能在明年年中正式實施。

計畫所需的資金將由各成員國直接或透過各國中央銀行提撥，未來將由歐洲投資銀行（EIB）負責資金運用。

各國元首也要求執委會在明年3月理事會召開前，提出「能源聯盟」（Energy Union）規劃；6月理事會召開時，提出針對「數位單一市場」（Digital SingleMarket）所做的協商報告。

此外，歐洲理事會也針對近來備受關注的稅務議題進行討論，認為必須盡快針對企業避稅行為進行更全面、透明的規範。理事會也決議於明年6月的會議上將針對稅務改革進行更深入的討論。(中央社)

乳癌是台灣女性第二大癌症殺手，但可別以為男性就不可能罹患乳癌！

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，台中市一名50歲張姓農夫洗澡時，摸到左側乳暈下方有硬塊，兩個月後確診乳癌第二期，癌細胞已轉移淋巴，他得知後驚呼：「我是查甫人，怎麼可能得乳癌！」

大里仁愛醫院乳房中心主任蘇振賢說，乳癌患者以女性為主，男性都誤認不會發生，因此往往錯失治療黃金期，甚至癌細胞擴散全身才求醫。他建議男性趁洗澡順便摸乳房有無不明腫塊、變形、乳頭出血或不明分泌物，若有應盡速就醫。（張鈜閔／綜合報導）

下周油價有機會再降1元。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，國際油價持續狂跌，中油昨公布本周的「指標原油」最新價格為每桶58.15美元，較上周的62.84美元下跌，依油價公式估算，下周汽油每公升可降1元，柴油每公升可降1.1元，調降後，發油量最高的95無鉛汽油每公升26.4元，回到5年半前的價格。另中油也預估下月桶裝瓦斯每公斤有機會大降3元。（胡治言／綜合報導）

多名家長近來投訴，台北市1所國小2年級的魯姓導師不適任，傳出因學生吃飯慢，把學生便當丟到操場等情事。市議員應曉薇介入協調，台北市教育局和學校調查中。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，班上1名陳姓學童因吃飯較慢，魯師直接把他的便當盒丟到操場跑道，還要學生自己撿回來，陳童現在只敢吃飯糰。

另一名清寒女學生上月因照顧生病的弟弟，隔天沒精神請假，隔天魯師認為她「說謊」，要求她打電話找家長到校，罰她一直站在校門口「等」；女童父親到校看到女兒邊哭邊發抖，事後2周怕得不敢上學。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
