 黑鳶餵食秀 野鳥學會籲配套

本報訊
基隆市野鳥學會執行「重建黑鳶與基隆港關係之觀察計畫」，經4個月研究後，建議若要發展餵食觀光，須考量給食方式等配套，不宜貿然實施。
野鳥學會從5月28日起至9月30日止，執行「重建黑鳶與基隆港關係之觀察計畫」研究，在海洋廣場附近海域設立「給食池」餵養黑鳶，以死魚、雞腸及豬肺測試，並記錄給食時段、黑鳶數量、覓食隻次及行為。
經4個月研究後，野鳥學會提出3點建議：首先，公權力需強力介入，禁止民眾在港區拋食物餵食黑鳶，並在適當位置設立禁止給食標示。
其次，報告指出，市府若要發展黑鳶給食觀光，須考量給食方式(如給食平台)，且需確認無人拋食物入水域及旭川河無食物流出；最後則建議針對港邊黑鳶的給食行為，若無做好配套措施，不宜貿然實施。
研究報告提到，市府若要發展生態觀光給食秀，須謹慎評估、規劃及規範，且要持續監控附近黑鳶族群數量及繁殖狀況。
野鳥學會認為，基隆港只是黑鳶在北海岸大區域內其中一處覓食場，數量增加不代表保育成功，仍需比對鄰近地區族群總量及繁殖對數的變化，若以港區出現大量黑鳶解讀為保育成果，很容易誤導民眾。
其次，若要發展成給食觀光，不能讓拍鳥民眾在港邊隨意拋食，吸引黑鳶近距離拍照，這只會令人質疑，「既然可以拋食物到港區污染水域，那旭川河又何必做汙水截流？」明顯與市府欲改善水質的目的背道而馳。
報告也指出，黑鳶是群聚性猛禽，當某地出現大量食物時，會吸引大群黑鳶搶食，其他聚集族群也會被吸引過來，一旦出問題，可能造成群體死亡。(中央社)

| 青春攝影展 青少年拍幸福滋味

嘉義市政府與善牧基金會舉辦青春攝影展，邀請青少年拍下眼中的幸福城市，今天頒獎，得獎作品在檜意森活村展出。
嘉義市副市長李錫津表示，市府聯合天主教善牧社會福利基金會，首度以青少年為對象舉辦攝影比賽，期待以年輕的角度，展現「反暴力」創意觀點。
善牧基金會嘉義中心表示，為貼近青少年生活圈，從他們眼光來看見無暴力城市的模樣，特別舉辦「紫攝觀點－青春攝影展」活動，邀請青少年用相機拍出「幸福城市」風貌，一起建立無暴力社會環境，吸引許多青少年投稿。
個人組首獎蕭富升因時常前往安養院探望阿嬤，便拍攝安養院工作人員餵食老人吃飯畫面，表達「安心、安全、安樂」而獲獎。
高職生劉靜宜作品「寧靜的角落」，拍攝自家附近屋簷上的貓咪剪影，呈現放慢腳步，就可發現周遭藏匿的寧靜構想，獲得網路票選第1。
青春攝影展分個人組與團體組競賽，優選作品在檜意森活村展出，展期至28日，除靜態照片外，互動區中設有反暴力標語與道具，讓參觀民眾發揮創意拍出各式反暴力照片。(中央社)

| 金門縣運會 競賽陸續登場

金門縣第19屆運動會各項競賽陸續登場，明天上午在牧馬侯祠請引聖火，開幕典禮定18日上午8時在金門農工舉行。
本屆縣運會適逢建縣百年，主題為「百年傳承、追求卓越」。縣府表示，為了平衡東西島體育發展，縣運會首次移師東半島，比賽項目有10項，參賽隊職員人數4746人。
縣府表示，選手之夜18日晚間7時30分在金湖綜合體育館舉行，由專業主持人林姮均擔任，歌手陳勢安、邵大倫、孫羽希、暉倪、林逸欣等人和放客兄弟搖滾樂團演出。
今年縣運會吉祥物為水獺，各項比賽已從昨天起陸續展開，縣府邀請民眾為選手加油、打氣。(中央社)
