本報訊

高雄市員警黃政雄簽巡銀行提款機，發現提款的谷姓男子眼熟，認出是2年前曾逮過的偷車賊，準備盤查時，谷男主動交出安毒。

高雄市警察局新興分局今天表示，黃政雄執行便衣防搶勤務，準備到銀行簽巡，發現谷男在提款機提款，眼尖認出是曾逮過的偷車賊。

黃政雄試著叫谷男的綽號「阿斌」，谷男也直覺回應並嚇了一跳，隨後神情有異準備快速離去，員警將他攔下，谷男主動交出1小包安非他命和吸食器。

員警將谷男帶回偵辦，並提起於2年前曾因偷竊機車案逮捕過他，讓谷男直呼真是冤家路窄。(中央社)

本報訊

桃園縣國中美術班術科測驗今天登場，288位學生進行水彩、創意表現、素描等3科測驗，明天上午公布榜單。

桃園縣政府教育局表示，國中美術班術科測驗，上午起在桃園、中壢、楊梅、八德、自強等5所國中展開，今年共有288位學生報名，將進行水彩、創意表現、素描等3科測驗。

另外，國小舞蹈班術科測驗也在復旦國小統一舉行，今年共有52位學生報名，將以體能測驗、舞蹈術科綜合測驗為評量標準。

教育局表示，桃園縣目前共有17所國中小學校設有美術、音樂、舞蹈等藝術才能班，目的在培養具備優秀藝能天賦的學子，提供他們得以一展長才的園地。(中央社)

文長慎入 先說此篇文章雖跟男女有關，但是，重要的問題點在於男方的哥哥。 為這件事我困擾了好幾天，實在想不出解決的辦法，或許問一問板上有達人可以解惑。 前提 我跟我男友交往快四年，在我跟他交往前，他有過一段不算長但是結尾的很不愉快的經驗 。原因在於，他哥哥。 男友跟他哥哥年紀差五歲，從小他哥哥就很會對他使用暴力，或是侵占他的物品等等。他 哥哥已經結婚生子，他姪子都成年，姪女也有孩子了。 在某一次家庭聚會過程中，我男友帶著當時的女友去，結果他哥哥竟然強抓他當時女友的 屁股，當時場景只有他姪子看見，我男友大抓狂，跑去理論。後來聽說有肢體拉扯，因為 大家都在，所以，整個聚會變成討論會。當大家質問他姪子時，他姪子沒說太多，一個是 爸爸，一個是叔叔，兩難。 我男友是那種脾氣一來，就會很抓狂，到最後都會用吼的，大家只感受到他的怒氣，也沒 有辦法平息。而為一讓他會抓狂的，就是他哥哥。他從不為其他事抓狂，但講到他哥哥， 他就會開始用吼的。(壓抑太多)他哥哥是那種從小媽媽最寵的孩子，據說當時他只說，是 那個女的不對，誰叫她穿那麼露。事情不了了之，但是也因此我男友跟他哥哥，甚少來往 ，除了每年固定的家庭聚會，但也都落得不歡而散的下場。 --------------------------------------------------------------- 正題 前些日子，因為我們要蓋籬笆，也買到了材料，但是唯一的問題是為了要讓籬笆可以立在 地基上，所以需要鑿洞，立樁，水泥。因為土地很乾硬，所以用人力挖，勢必得花很長的 時間，這時，他姪子打來，說可以幫忙(這一段我沒參與到，我不太知道是誰先說要幫忙 的)但是結論是他姪子跟他哥哥借了鑿土機(手提)。 當天他姪子開車把機器載到我家，我們用了很久，根本發不動，後來發現是油線路出問題 ，我們修了兩小時，才真的可以發動。也買了其他的油料跟啟動相關的工具來輔助。弄了 一天，大家都很開心，事情也告一段落，隔天擋板放上，籬笆也完成了。實在很感謝他姪 子，因為那個機器雖是手動，但是，一個人是完全沒辦法弄的，他姪子195cm/120kg，全 靠他一個人鑿洞完成。 一個多月後，就是昨天，我們收到一封信，還是用掛號的。打開發現是他哥哥寄來的。大 意是說，【他要用他的機器時，發現無法使用，所以他拿去修理，而上次這個機器被使用 的地方，是在我們家的土地上。他很失望他的東西被損壞，希望我男友把機器維修的錢附 上還給他，或是拿到他們爸媽家。】並附上維修單，(維修單上只有說明，基本維修)，單 子上還指名是他付的錢。 我們看到這個信，有點傻眼。我隨後scan傳給他姪子，他姪子看了說，遇到這種事，他覺 得很難過，他說他會處理。我以為事情這樣可以了結，(因為我男友已經開始跳腳了，也 開始抱怨說，他也借過他很多東西，東西一去不復返，包括電動鋸刀，他只用一小時，他 哥借了三年，回來根本是廢物。)我覺得都不是重點的事。 沒想到，幾小時後他姪子回傳我說，他試過了，他爸還是執意要我們還這筆錢(說到這， 一直沒說價格，數目大概一兩千塊)而且是由我們這邊拿給他爸爸。他說不然叫我把錢用 郵寄方式寄去，他再把錢還給我，因為他堅持那天只有他用過。 寫到這，我想： 1.錢不是重點，他哥也不是真的要這筆錢。 2.到底該給孩是不給?我男友現在說他想就擺爛，不然就跟他爸爸說，他爸已經是87歲的 老人了，雖然很明事理，但是他不是很想要把他爸扯進來。 3.信是政府的信封袋，他哥哥是公務員。我本來想，他既然要這樣弄，那我就把原信影印 寄回，附上回條說，該名公務人員濫用公務，做為自己私人用途。(但這樣似乎鬧更大>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 14.201.35.242 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Boy-Girl/M.1400904273.A.F7C.html

鄭捷父母道歉 願代受錐心苦

〔自由時報記者陳韋宗／新北報導〕「最嚴厲的制裁，也無法彌補他所犯下的大錯。」捷運殺人案凶嫌鄭捷的父母昨天委託新北市議員林國春，發表聲明向社會道歉，「願替受難及受害者代受此椎心之苦」，並呼籲網友不要呼應或模仿鄭捷的行為。

林國春表示，鄭捷父親曾兩度致電服務處，希望提供協助，他強烈要求兩人出面向社會道歉，但鄭捷父母說「難以面對」，且希望申請警方保護，最後改以書面聲明，向社會大眾道歉。

鄭捷父母在聲明中表示，對這次事件「痛心」、「震驚」、「無地自容」，深感無以莫名，無法彌補、也無顏面對死傷者及其家屬。兩人也呼籲網友不要在網路上成立臉書粉絲團，呼應或模仿這樣的行為。

鄭捷父母不願出面，而書面道歉聲明全文僅兩百七十字，引起網友不滿，在網路上反批兩人「沒有誠意」；不過也有網友認為，鄭捷一人犯錯，不應追殺其家人，台灣社會應該儘早放下仇恨。
