標題[請益] 主機能運轉 但沒有畫面?

配備如下： CPU：AMD AthlonII X2-255 MB：華擎 880GM LE FX RAM：金士頓 4GB DDR3-1333 HDD：WD SATA3 1TB PSU：康舒 600W 狀況描述： 前幾天晚上正常使用並關機後 隔天要再開機發現 主機雖正常運作 但螢幕卻沒有畫面 (沒有BB聲) 懷疑是螢幕壞了 但測試之後 外接筆電卻可正常使用此螢幕 之後懷疑主機版的內顯壞了 因在保固內便送修 維修商也很阿莎力直接換新品 但在新主機板重新接線之後 還是一樣主機可正常運作 而螢幕卻沒有畫面 (沒有BB聲) 請問這有可能是什麼原因導致的呢? 應該是螢幕與主機板之外? 還請熱心板友幫忙解惑了 感恩! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.163.208.163 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1400416001.A.445.html ※ 編輯: remark7 (1.163.208.163), 05/18/2014 20:31:54

北韓公寓倒塌 官員出面致歉

中央社 – 

（中央社首爾18日綜合外電報導）北韓中央通信社（KCNA）今天報導，平壤1處公寓建築工地13日發生「令人難以想像」的事故，官員已向罹難者家屬致歉。南韓官員說，倒塌公寓達23層樓高，恐有數百人喪生。

北韓官方媒體北韓中央通信社十分罕見地報導這起負面消息。北韓高階官員也難得的公開道歉。

報導說，這起事故13日發生在平壤市平川區（Phyongchon），為「官員未盡監督和管控職責」所致。

報導還說，當局展開「密集」緊急救援行動，搶救倖存者並治療傷者，救援任務昨天結束。報導未提及傷亡人數或倒塌原因，只說這起事故讓平壤居民「非常震驚」。

北韓中央通信社以長篇幅報導高階官員公開道歉內容，包括人民保安部部長崔富日（Choe Pu-Il）。

報導說，崔富日「很懊悔，說他未能察覺會讓人民生命財產安全置於險境的因素、未能採取全面措施，因而造成令人難以想像的事故」。

1位不願具名的南韓官員說，首爾當局知道這起事故。他告訴法新社：「北韓很常見到民眾在新公寓大樓正式完工前就先搬進去住。」

這位官員說，事發當時據信已有92戶人家入住大樓，因此最終死亡人數很可能「相當多」。1030518

蜜蜂大軍湧倫敦 路人慘受害

高雄市情人碼頭興達港周邊海域出現大量水母洶湧來襲，而英國倫敦街頭則是遭受蜜蜂大軍的恐怖攻擊，將近5千多隻的蜜蜂聚集在人來人往的街頭，蜂群包圍了路邊的車輛，附蓋在車體上，甚至在服飾店門口築巢，連路過的美眉也躲不過蜂吻。

根據英國《每日郵報》（Daily Mail）報導，英國倫敦維多利亞街，一間知名服飾品牌門口的綠色大減價海報，疑似是鮮豔的綠色吸引了大批蜂群聚集，路人紛紛閃避蜂群，可怕的景像嚇壞許多民眾。另外，停在路邊的綠色汽車也遭到蜂群包圍，密密麻麻的蜂群附蓋在車體。

報導指出，專家表示，此季節正好是蜜蜂築巢期，而蜜蜂的眼睛對紫外線色譜相當敏感，牠們憑著天性尋找鮮豔的花朵，蜜蜂築巢在樹上也是因為受到綠色吸引，因此，蜂群意外出現在大街上，主要也是受到綠色的海報和汽車影響的關係。

雷大雨小 越南518遊行算平靜

盛傳越南今(18)天會有大規模群眾反中遊行，不過河內市上午僅出現小規模遊行，警方立即加以驅離；警方在上午11點已清除鐵製障礙物，並從駐越南中國大使館外面區域撤離，雖然河內市區各街道仍有警車巡邏，但街道已恢復正常通行狀況。

除了河內之外，胡志明市等地也出現小型反中遊行抗議活動，包括平陽、河靜等省市情況都相當平靜。人在越南的外交部領務局長龔中誠說，截至目前為止，「大致上蠻平靜的」。

龔中誠上午接受中央社訪問時表示，就他了解，因越南政府有相當的準備，嚴禁大規模遊行，因此活動變成特定定點的靜態抗議，到目前為止，蠻平靜的，不過，外交部仍會嚴陣以待。

越南近日發生反中暴動，波及台資等外企。越南外交部昨天傍晚針對暴動波及外商事宜舉行國際記者會，計劃投資部外國投資管理局局長杜一皇（DoNhat Hoang）
說，由於民眾誤認以及受到不法份子的煽動，造成台商與外商不同程度上的損失，他們對此表示同情。目前各地相關單位正在密切配合採取適合措施，協助受害外商恢復正常生產經營狀況。

越南外交部長助理鄧明貴（Dang Minh Khoi）表示，越南政府高度肯定台商的貢獻，同時也肯定包括中國大陸和其它國家投資者的貢獻。

總理阮晉勇近日連續頒布4項指示，要求相關部門將採取所有必要措施，確保社會秩序安全、投資環境以及在越南投資的外商安全，絕不縱容任何暴徒的違法行為。

518越南反中遊行雖未獲政府核准，但網路上有人表示將自發性聚集；為了保護台商及僑民人身安全，外交部設置13個有專人負責的安全避難所，其中包括在河內的駐越南代表處及駐胡志明市辦事處。

台東大武吹焚風 高溫36.6度

受到沈降氣流影響，台東大武地區今天(18日)又出現焚風現象，上午十一點十三分，氣溫竄高到36.6度，這已經是一個禮拜以來，第三次吹焚風了，熱到爆的天氣不只植物，民眾也直呼受不了。

台東地區接連幾天發生焚風，主要都是因為西南氣流過山後，沉降增溫所造成。大武地區早上氣溫從二十六度飆高，隨著相對濕度逐漸下降，氣溫也逐漸攀高，上午十一點多開始出現焚風現象，氣溫一度達到攝氏三十六點六度，相對濕度只有百分之四十六。

這場乾燥的空氣，讓人和植物都悶熱的受不了，冷飲店的生意大賣、而農民朋友則緊急前往菜園降溫加。氣象單位提醒民眾，外出的民眾要做好防晒、保濕的工作，並隨時補充水分，而隨著風向的轉變，濕度會提升、氣溫就會略微下降。（照片：吳鳳雪攝自中央氣象局官網）

阿里山新氣象站 違法恐挨罰

>中央氣象局整建中的阿里山氣象站，即將啟用，3棟美輪美奐的木造建築物將成新亮點，被視為是古蹟活化的成功案例，但是，卻有民眾檢舉，這位在山坡地上的建物，有2棟未經申請開發許可，涉嫌違反水保法及建築法，市府前往會勘後，不排除開罰。>>

即將完工啟用的阿里山新氣象站，檜木建築，從外頭看來古色古香，花木扶疏，挺美的，3月初，交通部長還特地前來巡視，不過，這蓋在山坡地上的建物，卻被檢舉帶頭違規！因為，除了這一棟要拿來作為辦公廳舍的備勤宿舍，有申請建照之外，另外2棟被蓋成宿舍兼會議廳，以及用途不變的發電倉庫，全都沒有取得建物許可，可能違反建築法及水保法！

阿里山氣象站主任蔡進德：「我們是認為原本有的房子，我們整建而已，就那一間用古蹟方式去整修，所以我們會針對那間去申請建照。」

原來，3棟建築物都是日據時代興建的，在民國75年建築法實施前就存在，違規的兩棟，未取得許可，屬程序違建，只要基地沒超過原建物的面積，補辦開發許可就可以了，不過，違反水保法的部分，恐怕還是會被開罰！

水利處水保科長陳文忠：「程序上應該還是要申請，我不曉得是不是違法，因為當初我們有委託建築師去規劃、去申請。」

儘管氣象站表示，一切委託建築師辦理，他們跟本不知道違規，但就怕惹來只許州官放火的批判，接獲檢舉的縣府會勘後，打算對氣象站開罰，氣象站則強調，會依法補辦所有程序。

揪團挺台灣 越配廟裏送河粉

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南18日電）9名由越南嫁到台灣的新住民今天準備了300多碗越南河粉，到南鯤鯓代天府招待香客，盼越南排華事件不要影響台越友誼。

農曆4月底為南鯤鯓代天府每年第一次進香期，近來每到週末假日，便有大批進香團及信眾湧入。

9名分別住在嘉義、台南的越南新住民，在廟方協助下到廟裏擔任志工，穿上越南傳統服飾，發送他們親手準備的越南河粉給香客；並在廟內高舉「不要傷害台灣人」、「天佑台越」、「我們愛台灣」等標語。

來台12年的新住民陳玉想說，最近在越南發生的事情讓嫁到台灣的越南姐妹們很擔心，還打了很多電話回越南給親友，希望越南人對台灣人表現友善。

她說，這幾天剛好南鯤鯓代天府很熱鬧，9名平時有聯絡的越南姐妹們就結合在一起，分工準備食材、烹煮出道地的越南河粉，再帶到廟裏招待香客。除了表達一點心意，也希望神明也能幫助讓事件早日落幕，不要造成更大傷害。1030518

彰濱戲水落海 海巡救他上岸

一名江姓男子，攜帶妻兒前往彰濱工業區沿海戲水，因不慎落海，妻子緊急向海巡署四一岸巡大隊求助，大批人員攜帶救生裝備，奮勇游向男子受困地點、搶救上岸，所幸除了左腿抽筋，並沒有大礙。

海巡署四一岸巡大隊表示，這起遊客落水事件，是發生在彰化縣沿海地區的彰濱工業區伸港區，一名身材相當壯碩的江姓男子，利用週休假期，攜帶妻子與兩名女兒前往沿海地帶戲水，不料正當一家人在消波塊附近嬉戲時，江姓男子卻因為一時不慎而落海，隨即還遭到海流帶離岸約有一百公尺遠，情況一度相當危急，落海男子的妻子緊急向岸巡值班人員求助，立即指派大批受過救難訓練的海巡人員，攜帶拋繩槍、救生圈等裝備下水進行救援，所幸落海的男子緊抓住浮起的飼養牡蠣的棚架，載浮載沉的等待救援，救難人員也是技術熟練的將男子給救起，所幸除了左腿抽筋之外，整體身體狀況並沒有大礙。

　海巡署四一岸巡大隊責表示，時序已逐漸進入炎夏，但是彰化沿海海象詭譎多變，民眾最好不要前往戲水，前往沿海則要注意潮汐暗流，以免發生危險。（翻攝：李河錫）

席維斯史特龍今在《浴血任務3》坎城記者會搶盡風釆，回答問題時表現特別幽默，逗得媒體們一直大笑。他同時擔任該片編劇、主演，今透露初剪版本長達4小時，「我自己是很喜歡啦，但恐怕你們（觀眾）會太累」。
