連勝文談臉部平權 自嘲神豬

陽光基金會上午在台北市立動物園舉辦「臉部平權日」，國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文出席活動。

國民黨台北市長參選連勝文和擬參選台北市長台大醫師柯文哲今日上午應陽光基金會之邀，出席臉部平權公益活動，兩人上台致詞前，僅禮貌性握手致意，在主辦單位安排下，兩人座位中間相隔8人，連勝文致詞後提早離開，兩人並未多做交談。

活動開始後，柯文哲先上台致詞，他表示國際化非僅是指外國人在當地數量，而是城市多元化才對，在美國平權不會因性別、年齡甚或貧富而有差距。

接著連勝文致詞說，他看到臉部平權運動活動資料時，百感交集，他和這些成員在人生不同階段都受過大創傷，他的臉部傷口，「外界笑說是在臉上打了個酒窩」，他並直接點名台下柯文哲「柯文哲醫師知道應該不是如此」。

連勝文呼籲，希望各界不要因為外型歧視他人，並自嘲自己從小到大都沒瘦過，身材常被人取笑，講好聽是大貓熊、難聽是神豬，但他不在意，認為文明社會應該要有基本禮貌，也是今日參與「臉部平權」活動的精神。

連勝文致詞後沒多停留，離去前受訪表示，活動為公益，不為個人或政治，因此不感到尷尬，至於抵達時仍留在車上，並不是刻意要和柯文哲錯開，只是「先了解大會安排流程」，連勝文並說他對神豬稱號不在意，文明城市應該是以人本身價值，不是長相或或外貌。

驚！26萬老人罹黃斑部病變

（優活健康網記者談雍雍／綜合報導）在台灣，65歲以上每10人就有1人罹患老年性黃斑部病變。每增10歲，罹患黃斑部病風險增近2倍！ 一名75歲的老農夫，最近半年來有時覺得下田插秧時看東西歪歪的，但一開始也不以為意，直到2個月前發現連報紙的標題都看不清楚，就診經檢查後發現是老年性黃斑部病變，視力只剩0.15，經過治療後回復到0.5。

黃斑部病變恐造成失明

亞東醫院眼科許詠瑞醫師說，世界衛生組織統計，在已開發國家造成失明原因的第一名，是老年性黃斑部病變；而在當今邁入高齡化社會的台灣，可能有接近26萬的長者罹患此問題。

黃斑部出了問題會有什麼症狀？許詠瑞醫師表示，典型的症狀就是中心視力減退，並且在看直線的物體時產生影像扭曲、斷點、或變暗的情形發生。在少數的長者因為伴隨有老花或是白內障等其他狀況，這樣的症狀可能被忽略。

預防病變  謹記血壓、血脂控制

許詠瑞醫師也說，要預防黃斑部病變，應不抽菸、均衡飲食、控制血壓及血脂是最重要也最有效的預防方法。日常生活中多攝取富含葉黃素及玉米黃素的深綠色蔬菜及堅果類、富含DHA及EPA的深海魚類等都對黃斑部有幫助，另外在外出時不要忘了配戴棕褐色的太陽眼鏡，以避免紫外線對黃斑部的傷害。

肝硬化治療5年 病毒有望不見

（健康醫療網／記者關嘉慶報導）肝病也和打棒球一樣，可以逆轉勝！台大醫學院內科教授陳健弘表示，根據研究顯示，B肝和C肝進展到肝硬化是可逆轉的，但是得至少用藥治療五年，而且治療得要趁早，不能等到有黃疸、腹水、吐血，一旦出現這些症狀，就只有換肝一途了。

陳健弘教授指出，肝硬化是全身疾病，會出現合併症，包括脾腫大會使紅血球、白血球與血小板減少，並會造成食道靜脈曲張，大量吐血，腹水還會造成腹膜炎，引發敗血症，並進而肝昏迷。肝病還會引起肝腎症候群和肝肺症候群，甚至會導致心肌病變。

不過，陳健弘教授強調，「肝硬化只要用藥夠久，B肝和C肝病毒測不到，即可逆轉！」他並指出，研究發現，用藥治療一年改善的比例不大，而治療五年以上，病毒消失測不到，就可逆轉。陳健弘教授進一步指出，一旦出現肝腎症候群和肝肺症候群，也就只有肝移植才能治療！

肝病治療時的營養也很重要；台大醫院營養部主任鄭金寶指出，肝硬化應依症狀給不同的飲食，而且是吃得下最重要，例如豆腐、蒸蛋和布丁等，要缺什麼補什麼，不可空腹太久，以免身體代謝的熱量不夠，以致產生酮酸，會造成肌肉分解進而引起肝昏迷，而為免含氮廢物增加，要多增加醣類食物。

葉酸碘鐵 懷孕三寶缺一不可

（中央社記者龍珮寧台北17日電）國民健康署表示，葉酸、碘、鐵是懷孕三寶，缺一不可。營養師指出，孕期也要維持天天五蔬果，均衡飲食也能讓胎兒發育正常。

國健署署長邱淑媞說，懷孕第一寶是葉酸，育齡婦女每天建議攝取400微克葉酸，準備懷孕女性在受孕前1個月到懷孕期間，每天攝取600微克葉酸。

振興醫院營養治療科營養師林孟瑜說，葉酸有助胎兒腦部中樞神經發展，缺乏會引起胎兒腦及脊髓先天性神經管缺陷，含葉酸的天然食物包括綠色蔬菜、黃豆製品、瘦肉、肝臟及酵母等。

邱淑媞說，懷孕第二寶是碘，缺碘可能會造成流產、死產、先天性異常，對於寶寶而言則可能會生長遲緩和神經發育不全。

她指出，「國人膳食營養素參考攝取量」建議，每天碘攝取是140微克，然而，懷孕期間及哺乳期碘的需求量會增加，媽媽每天攝取200微克、哺乳期應攝取250微克，建議應多吃含碘食物及碘鹽。

林孟瑜說，含碘食物中以海帶、海藻最豐富，此外還有貝類、綠色蔬菜等。

懷孕第三寶是鐵，邱淑媞說，孕婦若長期貧血會造成胎兒在子宮內生長發展遲滯，也容易引發早產，補充鐵可供孕婦及胎兒需要，也要貯存在胎兒體內，供應出生後4個月內使用。

她建議，育齡婦女及孕婦每天攝取鐵量是15毫克，在懷孕第三期時鐵量應增加到45毫克，含鐵食物包括深綠色蔬色、紅肉、肝腎內臟、貝類等。

從天然食物中便可補充懷孕三寶，對於準備懷孕的媽媽，邱淑媞建議，應將身體調整到健康狀態，每天均衡飲食，維持理想體重，若有營養攝取問題時，應洽詢醫師或營養師以提供諮詢協助。1030517
