鼓山高中舉重隊 經費不足快斷炊

民視 – 

高雄鼓山高中舉重隊，成績亮眼，拿下今年全中運6金5銀5銅的好成績，但目前卻面臨斷炊危機！為了供應舉重隊三餐，校方每個月得多支出35000元，但經費不足，只好把多出的營養午餐留著，隔餐飯當成舉重隊晚餐，讓隊員們吃飽一點，只希望外界能伸出援手，幫幫孩子們的忙！

撐著舉重桿，隊員們努力練習，想拿到好成績，而為了幫35名隊員，增加訓練強度，校方特別在星期一、三、五、六晚上加強鍛鍊，但無奈經費實在有限，原本想提供給孩子們填飽肚子的晚餐，目前面臨斷炊危機。

鼓山高中舉重隊，成績相當亮眼，今年包辦全中運6金5銀5銅，還奪下女子組團體冠軍五連霸，更舉出4位亞青盃國手，但為了節省餐費，校方只好把剩下的營養午餐留下來，當成舉重隊晚餐，能省一點是一點。

為了加強訓練，校方每個月得多支出35000元餐費，只希望外界能伸出援手，讓舉重隊的孩子們沒有後顧之憂，能全心為國爭光！（民視新聞呂鎌顯高雄市報導）

二仁溪親水日　長榮大學辦獨木舟體驗活動

長榮大學推動二仁溪沿岸整治有成，為了使全校師生了解在地的一切，長榮大學舉辦二仁溪親水日活動，從學校的二仁溪水畔碼頭，以划獨木舟的方式巡行二仁溪。校長李泳龍表示，舉辦活動的目的，就是要讓參與的師生們更了解二仁溪，進而加入河川生態保育的行列。

長榮大學李泳龍校長表示，此次活動由該校課外活動組主辦，目的是為了使師生了解二仁溪生態保育現況及推動水岸活動。不同於以往乘坐觀光旅遊船，以導覽的方式了解二仁溪，這次由參與師生自行以槳划獨木舟，真正的體驗二仁溪的不同。

李泳龍校長說，活動請到台南市救難大隊以橡皮艇巡航，維護參加者安全，過程中，更有校隊划船隊員現場教導如何划獨木舟，讓參與師生免於不知如何，活動不只刺激與具教育意義，更有安全保障。

活動開始時，由於大多數人是第一次划獨木舟，方向控制不良，時常會看到相撞及撞上溪畔蘆葦叢的窘況。護理系林柏洋同學表示，藉由同學的介紹了解這項活動，原本不知道學校有碼頭，獨木舟體驗活動駕駛時，由於是第一次划獨木舟，非常害怕翻船。另外也有同學表示，這項體驗活動非常好玩而且具有挑戰性，希望未來也能繼續參加相關活動。

HTC RE 相機 慢動作按鈕異常?

慢動作錄影要兩項操作:

1.按下前方慢動作錄影鍵，警示音響一次藍色LED燈恒亮，此時進入RE慢動作錄影[待機狀態]，尚未開始錄影。

2.然後如同一般模式一樣，按一下拍照鍵拍照片，長按拍照鍵錄影只是變成慢動作影片且LED燈的閃爍變成藍色，想停止錄影按一下拍照鍵。

3.拍完照或慢動作錄影後回到LED燈藍色常亮，慢動作攝影待機狀態。

4.如果想取消慢動作錄影待機狀態，再一次長按前方慢動作錄影鍵就回到一般模式，藍色LED燈熄滅。

以上在RE隨機附的說明書有說明，可能比較簡略不容易看懂。

訓練營初體驗 鄭凱文超開心

Nike棒球訓練營進入最後一天課程，11日邀請中職、旅美球星與小球員們進行對抗賽，中職勝投王鄭凱文也親臨球場，他面帶笑容說道：「這是我第一次參加棒球訓練營，很開心可以和高中生交流。」

南英商工出身的鄭凱文有6名小學弟參加這次訓練營，包括Lamigo桃猿投手教練吳俊良的兒子吳承運，鄭凱文說，先前有參加南英OB賽，不過這次訓練營沒有認識的學弟。

與南英OB賽不同的是，這次的小球員們來自不同學校，鄭凱文強調自己會一視同仁：「大家都一樣，我都希望透過這樣的活動，幫助他們成長，培養更好的實力，能有更好的成績，甚至有機會能國外發展，來這裡，就是把自己的經驗與大家分享。」

鄭凱文新人年就以11勝、2.476的自責分率囊括勝投王和防禦王兩項大獎，他認為今年走完整體還不錯，美中不足的是，沒在冠軍戰拿下冠軍，留下遺憾。

為了備戰明年，鄭凱文透露目前自主訓練場地都由經紀公司安排，以強化身體為主，希望明年能比今年好。

有一個朋友，我記得我們以前有互相追蹤 他最近換手機後，我發現他沒有追蹤我了 我也沒有追蹤他。 他的用戶名也跟以前不同 ( 從以前他按我讚的地方發現的 ) 點進去看他的帳號已經設成私人帳號，但是看的到他大頭貼、追蹤人數與被追蹤人數 這代表我被他封鎖 或是 黑名單了嗎??
