事情是這樣 小弟目前為銷售中心的主管 底下有兩個銷售小姐~ 是個小公司 人少 所以相處起來也沒啥太大問題~ 不過最近有些事情讓我有點不高興~ 因為銷售的金額比較大~ 所以公司會另外買等級還不錯的茶葉請客戶喝~ 但是最近的茶葉的消化量有快很多的趨勢~ 我就很納悶 因為最近客戶不多 不應該消化如此快~ 而透過其中一個銷售小姐(簡稱A)得知~ 另一個小姐(簡稱B)都會趁我不在的時候 偷偷藏一些茶葉帶回家喝~ 就她看到的 就已經3.4次了 都是趁我不在時拿的~ 我不想冤枉B 但也不知道該怎麼問 才能正確問出一個結果~ 而除了茶葉外 衛生紙還有一些生活用品 都有些不正常的減少狀況~ 就平常相處得知 B小姐確實會有貪小便宜的心態~ 雖然這些都是小錢 但觀感就是不好 就像小偷的行為這樣~ 想請問大家 1.該怎麼樣問 才不會傷自尊心 而得到一個結果?! 2.如果小姐承認了 會怎麼樣處置?! （中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡11日專電）根據獨立研究公司WealthInsight調查報告，馬來西亞吉隆坡成為2013年百萬富翁人口最多的城市，打敗阿布達比、南非開普敦及英國伯明罕。

總部設於倫敦的獨立研究公司WealthInsight收集了全球500個經濟學家、分析師與研究師的國際富翁數據庫資料後，並以高淨值資產人士（High Net-Worth Individuals）為目標，最終發布這項擁有百萬美元富翁城市的白皮書。

報告指出，吉隆坡在去年擁有1萬3800名百萬富翁，是全球最多百萬富翁的城市；阿布達比以1萬2500人居次，第三的開普敦有8753名，至於伯明罕則有8736名。另外，馬來西亞的八打靈再也和沙亞南也是擁有最多百萬富翁的地區之一，分別有1700和1017名。

報告說，雖然2009年全球金融風暴席捲，惟大馬在全球投資市場站穩腳步，憑藉瞄準成為全球伊斯蘭金融中心，大馬不斷吸收全球伊斯蘭投資資金，促使過去4年富翁比例增加45.5%，也使這些百萬富翁的財富提高59.6%至1510億美元（約5270億令吉）。

其中，這些百萬富翁主要獲得財富的領域包括金融、房地產與建築業，財富成長比例分別是64.8%、57.2 %與55.1%。

報告還預測吉隆坡的百萬富翁人數到了2018年會達到3萬54人，並且總財富會平均成長28%至2060億美元（約7190億令吉），甚至會有20個身家超過10億美元的億萬富翁，比起盛產石油的富裕國家阿拉伯聯合大公國還多出1人。

報告補充，大馬人口僅有2830萬，可是與擁有2億3760萬人口的印尼的百萬富翁人數實際上差不多。若以大馬政府近幾年不斷推動基本建設與稅務津貼的趨勢來看，未來吉隆坡百萬富翁人數仍會持續上漲並稱霸全球。1031211

我的問題： 做作業打字常常跳開視窗，重新點左鍵才能繼續打字 開繪圖軟體畫到一半都會跳掉，圖都要一直重畫 （應該說做什麼都會沒十秒跳開@@） 雖然有爬過板上和網路搜尋的文章 但是除了看不懂的解決方法外， 我試過開工作管理員查看視窗跳掉時有沒有奇怪的程式執行，可是沒有找出來…… 也用過清除多餘資料的軟體，也掃毒過 還有我的記憶體有加到8G，應該不是記憶體不足的問題 C槽和D槽沒有用到一半的容量 希望板上的高手能幫助我這個3C白痴（跪） 可以的話不要重灌這個方法＞＜ 謝謝各位！感激不盡！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.122.53.17 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1418274878.A.668.html

請問大家這個udn新聞--機車遭撞起火 騎士成焦屍

裡面說到「警方初步研判，龔男騎乘的機車老舊，可能是倒地後漏油，引發火勢釀成悲劇。」

因為我的機車也騎超過10幾年

一直覺得可以騎也不用換新的

但是看了這個新聞會想說為了安全 是不是要考慮買新機車

大家覺得機車太舊會比較危險嗎?

還是其實沒差 就算是新車 撞到一樣可能會漏油起火

公布局長備選人分數？柯：會沒人敢當

「I-Voting勞動局長－自己的局長自己選」，柯文哲上午舉行記者會公布備選5人名單。

台北市長當選人柯文哲的勞動局長遴選制度，所選出的五位備選人不如預期且過程引發爭議；對此，柯文哲今坦言，制度有問題但他仍相信眾人智慧能超越眾人智慧，未來會檢討修正、慢慢進步。

針對最後遴選出來的五位人選，有自稱勞工的民眾到柯文哲競選總部抗議表達不滿，直說「委員都是工會幹部，平常都是坐領高薪，憑什麼代表我們基層勞工，選出的五位都是五顆爛蘋果。」

針對外界風風雨雨的質疑，柯文哲說，有時會想乾脆自己指定人選就好，但他還是回歸自己的政治理念，應該要把權力還給人民，只不過交還權力過程無法一次到位。

柯文哲也指出遴選制度中的問題，第一、選前籌組委員會，不支持他的自然不會來當委員；第二、許多人要求匿名；第三、辦法沒有規定遴選委員不能退出當備選人，柯文哲也透露台大秘辛，指許多競選台大醫院院長的人，都先當遴選委員後再退出拼候選人，這樣選上的機率比較高；第四點是遴選委員同質性與年齡偏高，與網路世代有落差。

柯文哲說，遴選制度不敢說每一個都很成功，但他還是相信，眾人的智慧，可以超越個人智慧；媒體詢問選後能否公開遴選分數？柯文哲對現場媒體問「你們覺得呢？」，還說這樣沒人敢當遴選委員，事後還要被人捅一刀，是否要公布，會再討論。

至於備選人中，有人因涉及詐欺律師法遭停業等背景，柯文哲說，一早就跟幕僚就是否不錄用這些曾犯過錯的人激辯近一小時，他個人認為這是可以考慮的因素，但不是絕對的禁忌症，明天再與團隊繼續討論。

拱朱選黨魁　國民黨34立委連署

九合一選舉國民黨敗選，國民黨前黨主席馬英九請辭後黨揆將改選。目前有意接棒參選人選未明，國民黨立委廖正井等人近日推動連署，希望能拱新北市長朱立倫出馬角逐，目前獲34席藍營立委連署，今天下午連署書將送予朱立倫勸進。

廖正井表示，九合一選舉國民黨慘敗，讓基層黨員與黨籍立委都非常焦慮，黨籍立委多數都支持朱立倫能接任黨揆帶領國民黨走出新局，希望朱能在國民黨士氣低迷時，承擔帶領國民黨走出低潮重責。

廖正井說，其實黨內立委有更多人支持朱參選，但未參與連署的，多半是黨團幹部或不分區立委，不方便表態。

廖正井認為，朱立倫在桃園縣長與新北市長任內都能維持府會和諧，溝通協調能力強，也尊重反對黨，甚至連獨派聯盟都曾邀朱演講，代表朱是各黨派都可以接受人選，符合外界一直希望藍綠和解的大方向，所以挺朱選黨揆。

立委丁守中表示，國民黨歷經九合一選舉大挫敗，政策與人事都應大幅改革，目前檯面上政治人物中，能減少意識形態的對立，能夠增加對財經與民生的關注，能夠真正提升台灣整體競爭力與進步，朱立倫都是一時之選。

丁守中說，國民黨現在改革的方向，就是要讓黨意貼近民意，過去朱立倫在地方執政決策就是以由下而上，符合所需，基於世代交替，讓國民黨能年輕化，確實回應民意所需，朱立倫都是合適人選，希望朱能「跳火坑」。

今天上午連署書公布記者會上，也在立委蔡錦隆帶領下，高喊「國民黨加油、朱立倫加油」。

國民黨首席副書記長廖國棟表示，支持朱立倫參選黨揆符合多數藍營立委想法，但礙於黨團幹部身分自己沒有參與連署。但廖國棟也說，一如之前卅餘位立委聯署拱央行總裁彭淮南任閣揆，連署立委當然都希望成案，但關鍵還是要回歸當事人意願。

參與連署立委有廖正井、蔡錦隆、丁守中、江啟臣、王廷升、簡東明、蔣乃辛、楊應雄、羅淑蕾、鄭汝芬、呂玉玲、林鴻池、鄭天財、吳育昇、楊麗環、林德福、林滄敏、盧秀燕、賴士葆、黃志雄、林郁方、張慶忠、陳超明、楊瓊瓔、呂學樟、江惠貞、蔡正元、謝國樑、孔文吉、徐欣瑩、陳學聖、徐少萍、羅明才與顏寬恒。

強烈大陸冷氣團報到明晨高山有機會降雪

從今天開始將會有一波波的強烈大陸冷氣團陸續南下，根據中央氣象局的預報，明晨因為水氣充沛3000公尺以上高山有機會降雪，下周二不排除會有今年入冬第一波寒流報到，提醒民眾未來一周幾乎都是低溫要注意保暖。

中央氣象局預報員蔡耀德表示，今天有一波強烈大陸冷氣團報到，明晨台北可能出現12度的低溫，今天入夜之後就會感受到氣溫有明顯的下降，另外正在南海的輕颱哈格比讓水氣北移，讓這波低溫伴隨著降雨，未來兩天將是又濕又冷的天氣型態，3000公尺以上高山也有機會降雪。

蔡耀德進一步指出，這波低溫將會持續到周六，周日至周一兩天氣溫短暫回溫，台北高溫將回到23度，但下周二可能又有一波更強的強烈大陸冷氣團報到，目前預測已經達到寒流的下限，不排除明後天預報就可能改為今年入冬第一波寒流。

國研院擬買油井探勘工作船 改裝成海研船

海研五號今年國慶日當晚意外在澎湖外海沈沒後，所有研究工作停擺，日前國家實驗研究院負海外物色中古船，據了解，已經鎖定曾擔任探勘油井的2000噸級工作船，只要改裝就能投入研究，另外科技部也規劃，未來海洋研究船以三小兩大組成五艘的船隊，兩大分別是一艘購買、一艘國造，其餘三艘則是隸屬大學的小型研究船。

由於海洋研究工作全部停擺，曾經考慮要租用外國的研究船以及購買中古船，但考量如果租用，探勘台灣海底地形等涉及國安資料有外洩疑慮，最後決定到國外買船，日前國研院院長羅清華到海外物色，因為研究船的數量很稀少，轉而把目標集中在曾經負責油井探勘的工作船。

因為探勘油井的2000噸級工作船能在外海長時間工作，能肩負水下探勘工作，而且具備定位功能和海研五號的功能相去不遠，只是缺少實驗室等研究設備，國研院官員私下表示，只要進行改裝就能符合研究船的需求，如果價錢談妥最外明年底就能投入研究。

剛剛手機突然發出從沒聽過的警報聲 嘟～～～嘟～～～嘟～～～叫個不停 去看了一下發現他跳出一個緊急警示的小視窗 可以選擇[關閉] [檢視] 我按檢視後出現以下畫面 請問這是什麼鬼… http://i.imgur.com/7JN5K8M.jpg
