《都更條例》當中3項條文將在4月26日前因違憲而失效，台北市政府發言人張其強今日表示，北市會在4月25日前公布因應方案，目前基本原則是不溯及既往，也就是核定通過的事業計畫核定的，會承認核定的內容，不會因將來條文的變動而有所改變。

北市上午召開市政會議，張其強轉述會中談話，指出北市原先希望中央能就違憲條文先行修訂，但目前僅剩下3天時間可能不夠，因此會在25日提出方案，另外在審核中的事業計劃，若沒有爭議的也會儘快核定。(陳思豪／台北報導)

真的是不孝子！一名40多歲的男子，日前酒後要母親騎車載他回家，結果母親因為迷路找不到人，男子等不到母親只好徒步回家。結果回到家後，完全不聽母親解釋，竟將怒氣發在她身上，對60多歲的母親拳打腳踢，老母捱不過兒子攻擊慘遭打死。男子打死母親後竟又外出喝酒，返家後才發現母親已經死亡。

檢警調查發現，該名家住雲林縣虎尾鎮的43歲林姓男子，20日晚間8時前往朋友家中喝酒，因擔心酒駕恐遭警察臨檢，因此去電母親到朋友家中來載他。不料男子等到晚間10時左右，仍不見母親前來，林男只好步行回家；不料林男卻在路上遇到母親，林母稱說找不到兒子所說的地點，只好四處找尋。

林男聽後更添怒火，回到家後完全不理會母親解釋，竟然將怒氣出在母親身上，對她拳打腳踢踹倒在地，之後又跑出去喝酒，直到隔天凌晨3時才返家。根據《蘋果日報》報導，林男返家時發現母親躺在客廳地板一動也不動，才得知母親已經斷氣，自己闖下大禍。

林男擔心害怕，到了上午8時才請長輩報案。員警前往林家蒐證，發現林母左側太陽穴附近有流血的傷口，員警訊問林男，他表示自己除了對母親踹踢之外，還用一大串鑰匙丟到母親太陽穴，恐導致母親流血身亡。他自稱是喝醉酒失去理性才鑄下大錯，但檢警對他進行酒測，酒測值卻是零，鑰匙也無血跡反應，對他的說法存疑。警方訊後依殺人罪移送，向法院聲押獲准。

引爆釀酒人、海盜大亂鬥的主角Carlos Gomez，跟爸媽聊過之後，終於說出「打架是不對的」，跟一天前「我不會向任何人道歉」的說法相比，明顯態度軟化。

Gomez向爸媽說，絕非有意打架，對方也是，「但還是發生了。」

亂鬥是怎麼發生的？起因於Gomez打了記深遠飛球後，甩棒、慢慢跑了幾步，好像在欣賞一個完美的作品，但那球沒過全壘打牆，而是打在牆上，Gomez這才拔腿狂奔，最後撲上三壘。

到三壘補位的投手Gerrit Cole向Gomez說，「如果只是打這種飛球，不必慢慢欣賞」，兩人「交換意見」、動手互毆，引發板凳清空大亂鬥。

經過一個晚上，Gomez冷靜下來，卻茫然不知所措，「說真的，我什麼都不曉得，只是看著電視。唯一聽進去的，只有爸媽跟我說的話。他們不希望看到那樣的事。」

大陸新聞中心／綜合報導

達美航空DL1500航班由於收到恐嚇消息於4月18日下午4:00在丹佛國際機場內較偏僻的滑行道緊急降落。機上人員被緊急疏散，但是不允許乘客帶走其行李。乘客被帶至機場內接受FBI的調查。

民航資源網據路透社報導，達美發言人Russell Cason表示，該航班由底特律起飛，執飛機型為波音737，機上有乘客151名和機組人員6名。

丹佛機場發言人稱，DL1500航班確實收到恐嚇資訊。機場其他運營完全正常。

當地媒體稱，一名空乘人員發現了一條寫有恐嚇資訊的紙條。FBI發言人稱其無法確認該報道，但是當局正在對乘客、行李和飛機進行安全調查。

乘客Aaron Baratz告知媒體，他以及其他乘客都不被允許打來行李架取出各自的行李。

另一名乘客Tone Sevy稱，警方帶著警犬正在對飛機、乘客進行檢查。

國民黨立委紀國棟今天在立法院院會總質詢時，送行政院長江宜樺一束太陽花，紀國棟說，「我不是要嗆你」，而是要問江宜樺，內心是否已經脫離學運的壓力與陰霾，現在回首看，有何想法？若今天是台大教授會否到抗議現場上課？

江宜樺說，若他是台大政治系的教授，他應該是會到立法院附近的靜坐區域，了解學生們的訴求，但不會進來議場上課。至於當院長好或教授好？江宜樺說，這不是二選一的問題。
