網頁有圖好讀版：http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hairdo/M.1397662062.A.A59.html 我想自然捲人應該都會有頭髮亂翹亂捲以及毛燥的問題 我曾經以為把頭髮燙捲就可以解決這一切 想不到捲度是有稍微正常一點 但是可怕的毛躁還是跟著我@@ 還因為這樣頭髮太重整個塌掉 捲度也很容易走針變得怪怪的… 加上我的頭髮又是很容易塌的細軟髮 所以頭髮很常看起來毛躁又塌塌的很沒精神 不過最近發現了整理頭髮很好用的小幫手-巴黎萊雅金緻護髮油紫瓶 本來是看他網路上的影片被生火想說買來試試看 沒想到意外挖到寶買到不會塌又可以撫平毛躁的護髮油 方法很簡單 我用的工具有吹風機、髮捲、圓梳跟金緻護髮油紫蓋 http://imgur.com/hKYqPCl

因為燙了捲之後又沒整理好 髮尾很可怕而且捲度也很奇怪 接著就要進入正題啦~ 因為我不喜歡瀏海太塌 所以會先用髮捲把瀏海髮根的地方撐起來 http://imgur.com/J39nODj
然後用吹風機吹一陣子，讓他受熱塑型 等到他涼掉定型之後才把捲子拿掉 等待的這段時間就開始處理其他部份啦~ 因為等下要用熱風吹 為了不讓已經受損的頭髮更毛躁我會先噴一點護髮油 等下會分兩層處理所以我也會分兩層噴 先把頭髮拉高一點噴裡面那層 http://imgur.com/p6uPZhx

基本上跟化妝一樣 我也是少量多次的用比較好控制用量 接著要請出萬用的圓梳 使用之前也會用護髮油再噴一下梳子 http://imgur.com/ZxcRd2R
接著先用圓梳順子頭髮往下拉 http://imgur.com/blAy0EL
然後把頭髮繞在梳子上 因為我的捲是往內捲所以就向內繞 http://imgur.com/LvwnNha

基本上頭髮有整齊的繞在圓梳上就可以 然後用吹風機吹，一樣是要讓他受熱 不管是裡層還是外層都要吹熱哦!!! 噴護髮油在梳子上也是為了讓護髮油上均勻點 等於幫頭髮打底 頭髮比較不會受傷 吹熱一陣子後一樣放涼定型後才能把梳子拿走 很多人會因為拿的方式錯誤讓頭髮大打結結果更毛燥 我後來發現其實很簡單 只要順著你繞的方向繞到底就可以把圓梳拿出來囉!! 我通常會分上下兩層總共四區處理我的頭髮 處理完之後會變這樣 http://imgur.com/0M5KFhk
稍稍整理過後頭髮立刻就變得很聽話毛躁也都不見 再畫個妝兒立刻就可以出門見人!! http://imgur.com/YEyqltn

是不是跟原本的差很多!! 整理後就算拉近細看髮尾的部分 還是很有光澤很漂亮~ http://imgur.com/37SbHfJ
而且這個方法基本上只要有圓梳外加護髮精油就可以達成 很輕鬆就可以從毛燥扁塌髮變浪漫大捲漂亮的出門約會去 =D http://imgur.com/coYkWDh

我的車是Grunder 電池大概使用約1.5年左右 平常開車都高速公路居多 車上的電壓錶 (原廠就會顯示再monitor上) 夏天開冷氣 電壓可保持在14.3~4 V, 晚上開大燈跑高速公路 14.2V 冬天舊大部分都可以在14.3~4 V 但是這兩天突然電壓都會降到14.1V, 冷氣壓縮機接上去的瞬間會掉到13.5V 隨後回到13.9V 但是市區在跑 都一值在13.8~9 V這個區間跳動 目前沒有發動無力等現象 但是 這是否代表電池已經衰退了?! 抑或是發電機快要掛點了呢 ?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.195.0.146 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1397662551.A.B83.html

教育部籲 勿輕易放棄一免錄取

中央社 – 

（中央社記者許秩維台北16日電）教育部今天說，國三生若為進入第一志願，放棄第一次免試入學錄取而參加特招，萬一落榜再參加二免，落榜風險恐變高，呼籲勿輕易放棄一免。

民國103年國中教育會考將於5月17日、18日登場，高中第一次免試入學於6月20日放榜，高中特色招生考試分發入學則於8月2日放榜，若第一次免試招生未額滿，將於8月9日前辦理第二次免試入學。

坊間有補習班流傳，學生可先參加第一次免試入學，若未能進入第一志願，可先辦理放棄一免再參加特招，即使特招落榜，還可回頭參加第二次免試。

教育部十二年國教辦公室表示，第二次免試入學的名額主要來自一次免試招生不足、學生未報到或報到後放棄，因此不一定有名額且非固定；而學生若參加二次免試，主要競爭對象包含特招落榜的學生、放棄一免錄取的學生和一免落榜的學生。

教育部十二年國教辦公室指出，如果學生為了進入第一志願，而放棄一免錄取去參加特招，萬一特招落榜再回頭參加二免，就要面對3大類的競爭對象，競爭相當激烈，呼籲學生不要輕易放棄一免，盡量在一免時及早到位，否則之後再參加特招或二免，都會面臨落榜高風險。1030416

解析度
1296P暫不評論(我的螢幕問題)

原本以為60FPS畫面會過暗
實際使用上還不差，沒想像中的暗
當然亮度還是比不上30FPS

以30FPS來說
整體而言銳利度、辨識度階提升!!!
顏色的呈現度也頗為真實
但A7的能力應該不只有這樣
期待ing!!!

因為 bt 下載時會使用硬碟做為暫存區, 所以此時未完檔的內容因為資料不完整, 所以沒有特別保留的必要, 所以用 JBOD 就夠了.

yes, 用 RAID0 掛一顆硬碟, 資料就毀了.

歐巴馬來訪　日本車站禁用儲物櫃

美國總統歐巴馬將於23日訪問日本，為了安全起見，東京新宿車站自22日起，停止市民使用車站內，及附近的儲物櫃，預防恐怖攻擊。

此舉遭民眾質疑，歐巴馬又不會乘坐列車，不解當局的做法。儲物櫃管理公司則稱，公司是配合日本警視廳要求，才採取相關措施。

另外，日本警視廳網站為歐巴馬開設訪日專頁，呼籲官民聯手保護東京，預防恐怖襲擊，又提醒民眾留意可疑物品，同時宣布將於23至25日期間，在東京都內實施交通管制措施。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）

《美國經濟》3月工業生產勝預期，連2月成長

美國工業生產連兩個月上揚，聯準會(FED)16日公佈，3月份工業生產指數月增0.7%(年增3.8%)至103.2(2007年基期=100)，且2月份數據上修至月增1.2%。據路透社調查，經濟學家原預估3月份工業產出將月增0.5%。

佔工業產出比重75%的製造業月增0.5%、年增2.8%；礦業月增1.5%、年增7.9%；公用事業月增1%、年增4.4%。

工業產能利用率由前月的78.8%上揚至79.2%，僅較長期平均值(1972年至2013年)的80.1%低0.9個百分點。製造業產能利用率自前月的76.5%上揚至76.7%；礦業自88.2%上揚至89.1%；公用事業自84.2%上揚至85%。

產能利用率是FED利率決策的參考指標之一，過低顯示企業設備被閒置、景氣偏弱，寬鬆貨幣政策將不會改變。反之，產能利用率若過高則有景氣過熱、通膨上升之虞，FED有可能升息調節景氣。

（中央社台北16日電）彭博報導，知情人士透露，義大利高級車品牌瑪莎拉蒂（Maserati）在預售比2013年交車量多幾乎兩倍後，可能會增產並把Alfieri跑車納入車系陣容。

瑪莎拉蒂執行長韋斯特（Harald Wester）受訪時說，這家Ghibli和Quattroporte轎車製造商每月接單3500筆，等於2014年將賣4萬2000輛車，相較之下，去年銷量為1萬5400輛。

母公司飛雅特集團（Fiat SpA）執行長馬奇翁（Sergio Marchionne）正把飛雅特的重心，從歐洲量產車款轉向更賺錢的豪華車，抓住已使BMW、奧迪（Audi）和賓士（Mercedes-Benz）銷量破紀錄的需求。他的計畫今年就會見到初步成果：瑪莎拉蒂或許會產生足夠盈餘，抵銷飛雅特大眾市場歐洲事業的虧損。

現年61歲的馬奇翁今天在阿姆斯特丹1場活動上向媒體記者表示：「接單情況好得不得了。瑪莎拉蒂狀態正佳，將有很棒的1年。」

馬奇翁1月買下克萊斯勒集團（Chrysler Group LLC）完全控股權，預定5月6日勾勒飛雅特到2018年的策略。馬奇翁計劃今年合併兩家車廠，旗下陣容涵蓋飛雅特超小型車500、克萊斯勒中型車200、愛快羅密歐（Alfa Romeo）、瑪莎拉蒂與法拉利（Ferrari）的高檔轎車與跑車，以及吉普（Jeep）的運動休旅車（SUV）。

馬奇翁先前曾說，由於克萊斯勒經銷網有助飛雅特賣高價車款，這項計畫將讓飛雅特在歐洲止虧，並讓這家義大利車廠能重新雇用數萬名被解雇的員工。

飛雅特在格魯利亞斯科（Grugliasco）的工廠打造去年上市的Ghibli和Quattroporte，日產量約140輛車。
