因石門水庫集水區1至3月累積降雨量僅為歷年平均的7成，本月以來更降至歷年平均的5成，水利署今決定14日起，調整桃園縣、新北市林口及板新地區水情燈號，由代表水情正常的藍燈調為代表水情稍緊的綠燈，另加強調度管理措施，確保桃園、林口及板新地區至5月底供水無虞。
 
水利署表示，台南地區目前降雨量仍偏少，因此第1階段限水措施將會持續至本月底，5月則再視降雨量狀況，調整限水措施，嘉義地區則仍為水情稍緊的綠燈；桃園、林口及板新地區，則因今年以來北部地區降雨區域，集中在沿海及都市地區，因此石門水庫集水區累積降雨量，本月降至歷年平均的5成，導致水庫蓄水位持續降低。
 
水利署指出，中央氣象局桃園氣象站1至3月累積降雨量為363.35毫米，石門水庫集水區降雨量僅258.1毫米，是桃園氣象站的71%。石門水庫今天水位是236.31公尺，低於上限水位239.08公尺，有效蓄水量為15149萬噸，蓄水率67.6%。為延長石門水庫供水，已請台灣自來水公司優先利用大漢溪及三峽河川流水，不足的水量再由石門水庫供應。
 
由於農業用水因已完成春耕整田插秧作業，需水量減少，水利署將機動減量供水，至於民生及工業用水將採總量管制，每10天以1200萬噸供應，維持至5月底前供水穩定。（許麗珍／台北報導）
