3月物價飛漲，主計總處今公布今年3月份消費者物價總指數(CPI)為103.5，較上月漲0.19%，比去年同期上漲1.61%，為去年3月以來最大漲幅，主因食物類漲幅明顯，包括蔬果、蛋類、豬肉及調理食品肉乾、肉鬆價格上揚所致，其餘醫療保健、交通通訊、居住類等雖漲跌互見，但尚稱平穩。
 
主計總處並以平均每月消費支出6萬元規模的家庭為例指出，今年3月平均支出較去年同月增加966元，其中水果增240元、肉類增157元、蔬菜增146元，外食增138元，水產品增84元，奶粉增10元，麵包8元，米8元，雞蛋6元。除食物類外，則以電費最多為33元，油料費17元。
 
若以單項食物類來看，主計總處說，去年雞肉即開始上漲，所以今年3月雞肉價格較去年同期漲幅達15.6%，創過去5年半的新高，豬肉是今年開始漲，但漲幅達14.04%，更創過去5年7個月的新高，雞蛋、米也有漲，雞蛋漲幅達5.52%，米漲幅達3.76%。
 
主計總處強調，3月物價漲幅壓力升高，是因食物類漲幅大，希望4月份能陸續回穩。(戴安瑋／台北報導)

中天電視台《新聞龍捲風》節目上周五談論太陽花學運，現場電視播放聲援學運的「太陽花女王」照片，名嘴彭華幹雙手在她胸前比劃，並念著「你看那個襯衫已經開到這邊來了」等言詞，引發大量網友向國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)投訴抹黃學運女王，至今上午已達966件申訴。
 
NCC主委石世豪上午在立法院接受媒體採訪時表示，該節目呈現方式不重視性別平等的疑慮已受理，會謹慎處理，若公然違反法律禁止規定，會循法律途徑處理。石說，這次行為是個案，與以往該台評鑑的履行事項是兩件事辦理，至於報導立場則不便介入各台新聞自由。
 
對於石世豪個人如何看待節目內容，石表示，「作為一個中華民國國民，討論到其他人的事情，總是要重視其他人權益。」(徐毓莉／台北報導)

立法院內政委員會今舉行「從海峽兩岸服務貿易協議談判、簽訂及審查過程之爭議，談兩岸協議監督機制法制化」公聽會。但因國民黨團認為兩岸協議監督機制草案政院版或民間版都未交付委員會審查，召委陳其邁無權舉行公聽會，因此一度不讓陸委會主委王郁琦進入會場，引爆朝野立委口角。

陳其邁宣布開會後先強調本次公聽會並非針對目前的相關版本，而是從服貿簽署的過程來討論國會監督的機制。但藍委群起要求程序發言，但陳堅持要在會場門口的王郁琦先進入會場，再談是否違法、違反程序的問題，批評國民黨是「流氓手段」。

林鴻池回嗆：「違法的會議不能開！」民進黨立委李俊俋也起身嗆：「法不是你寫的！公聽會擋官員，這就是你的法？」國民黨立委吳育昇聲援：「服貿公聽會已經開完了！沒有公聽會了！」民進黨團總召柯建銘回嗆：「讓官員先進來吧！而且公聽會國民黨自己也推薦學者參加！」雙方僵持約10分鐘，王郁琦才尷尬進入會場，國民黨立委隨即輪番程序發言，要求不應召開公聽會。（黃揚明／台北報導）

應該要相隔30天才可再度施藥  跳蚤應該會在48小時內死亡 跳蚤卵逐漸孵化出的幼蚤也會慢慢死亡  所以請不要心急 之後狗狗若還是抓癢 並不一定是還有跳蚤 而是跳蚤咬過之後引起的皮膚過敏 如果你以後每月固定施藥 跳蚤上身來不及產卵 就可達到預防的目的

當然也最好檢查看看狗狗是否還有其他的皮膚病

英國薩塞克斯一名89歲退休女教師安妮，聲稱對現代科技感到失望，選擇到瑞士安樂死。

英國《每日郵報》報導，安妮沒有患絕症，亦非嚴重傷殘。她到瑞士一間診所安樂死前接受訪問，指現代科技令人際關係缺乏人性，亦擔心人口過於擁擠和污染會傷害地球。

她問：「為何這麼多人每天只對著電腦或電視？」又說：「我從沒有一部電視。我只有收音機……人變得越來越疏離……我們都變成機械人，缺乏人性。」

在南茂部分，法人預估，南茂訂單能見度可看到5月，估第2季業績可較第1季成長。驅動IC封測、中小尺寸面板驅動IC所需玻璃基板封裝(COG)以及大尺寸面板驅動IC所需捲帶式薄膜覆晶(COF)封裝出貨，可穩健向上。

在頎邦部分，法人預估，頎邦旗下欣寶電子第2季COF封裝捲帶材料稼動率，可望提升到7成，12吋金凸塊稼動率可持續滿載。
