餐廳名稱：四川辣麵《台灣一號店》 消費時間：2014年4月4日 地址：竹縣竹北市嘉豐五路ㄧ段181號 電話：03-6587371 每人平均價位：每人平均180~250不等 可否刷卡：無 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：四川担担麵 -------------------------------------------- 沒有吵人音樂完整圖文並茂版：http://a4031320.pixnet.net/blog/post/361364699 -------------------------------------------- 全文開始 照片：四川辣麵店家門口 很高興咱們新竹竹北又開了一家來自日本的拉麵店 四川辣麵於2014.03.25(二)開了台灣一號店 以一號店在竹北在地展店，也是一個蠻特別的部分 第一竹北本身就個餐廳林立的激戰區 第二四川辣麵設立於新竹高鐵站附近，較為偏遠 很好奇的是 我居然對這個店址有印象 根據Google map這個店址以前是「惡魔天使spa男女舒壓會館」 但這也不是重點，重點是接下來的好吃的麵 四川辣麵源自於日本大阪 根據目前的帆布上的廣告資訊 大阪市目前有6家分店 台灣1家分店 希望四川辣麵也可以在台灣闖出一番名號呀~ 店家的建築色調非常好辨識 黃色的建築外觀 讓人不注意也難(其實是外面排隊人太多，也是引人注意的一點) 店家門口旁有個大看板 上面全貼上關於四川辣麵於日本的報章雜誌介紹 光看那些照片就非常想品嘗一口(只能說日本的美食設計編排真的很強眼) 很適合在等待的時候 多看幾眼，說不定原本要吃的是四川担担麵 結果變成叉燒担担麵(沒錯，我就是這樣變的XDDDDDDDD) 在進去之前 先來講一下停車部分 店家提供免費停車 專用汽車車位有14個，機車也有(我沒數) 路邊的話，基本上附近都是白線 也是可以停車的 所以非常的好停車 由於店家剛開幕 所以人客絡繹不絕 到現場找櫃台小姐簽到候位大約等了15~20分鐘 吃麵嘛~也不會太久，基本上很快就會輪到(沒事就翻翻菜單跟看看版的資訊呀) 菜單非常的簡單 會日文的人會看得更開心 四川辣麵的麵分為兩種「辛口」、「甘口」 辛口就辣辣，甘口不是不辣，是微辣~~~ 值得注意的是「四川家常蔬菜辣麵」 是每日限定50份 要吃要早來 另外就是小菜部分 當天想要吃煎餃，結果店員說沒有 「沒有」這兩個字在腦海裡無限徘徊>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.62.31.193 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1396787767.A.496.html

八名山老鼠利用連假盜伐阿里山珍貴林木被捕

不法山老鼠利用清明節連續假期，在嘉義縣阿里山區盜伐扁柏等珍貴林木，嘉義林管處阿里山工作站今天（6日）會同嘉義森林警察隊一口氣查獲八名嫌犯，並扣得二車重約二百五十公斤，市價超過十萬元的扁柏角材。全案依違反森林法及竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。

嘉義林管處阿里山工作站人員根據線報，得知有不法集團準備利用清明節連續假期盜伐林木，經加派人力巡查後，果然在阿里山公路自忠路段下方的大埔事業區第209林班地，發現有多棵台灣扁柏樹頭被盜伐。

嘉義林管處人員會同嘉義森林警察隊頂著山區十度以下低溫，埋伏守候一整夜，確認山老鼠將盜伐的林木搬上車後，立即在阿里山公路加以攔截逮捕。當場逮捕八名來自南投縣的嫌犯，同時分別在二部車內，起獲在六塊台灣扁柏木材，總計近二百五十公斤，市價超過十萬元。

燕子口東側 下午落石傷人 臉部瘀傷無大礙

花蓮太魯閣燕子口下午發生落石傷人意外，根據花蓮縣消防局表示，下午3點33分一名馬來西亞籍華僑在燕子口東側被一顆落石擊中，還好只有右臉瘀傷，送醫治療沒有大礙，由於這兩天，中橫山區天氣不太穩定，山區旅遊請注意安全。

淡水-海洋都心2"賞屋"實況...

最近因為將來有意調往台北市工作
總公司比較有陞遷機會
但考慮到北市房價較貴
所以想找淡水新市鎮或三峽.林口買房
網路上有先看了一下物件
因朋友很了解淡水那邊
所以大概知道行情在哪...也就先去那裡看囉..

因沒很急著住,所以想買預售屋就好
心想雖變數會比較大也比較沒保障
但應會比較便宜一些
所以去看海洋都心
發現1期和2期接待會館是一起的
老實說,附近根本是荒野一遍

不過既然來了就進去跟代銷業者(甲山林)打交道
業者開價1坪23萬不二價
我說打點折扣吧..一坪20萬吧!
(心裡是想21萬就成交,這價錢是有實際打聽比較過的
我這麼說一點都不過份吧!! 去年推案時可是1字頭)

業者說23萬是"不二價"
然後跟我說什麼淡江大橋.淡北快速道路.捷運什麼的

我說有些建設是確定的,但還要很久
有些則不確定...不過我是有誠意買的..

業者說我們已經賣8成了!!怕就不要買囉~~~
這裡是商業區耶!!還有威秀影城~(真是一整個夠屌的)

我說我看區公所那邊好像發展得較好,品質也不錯

業者說好的你買不到,而且我們是在做造鎮..整體發展是淡水最好
沒人可以像我們這樣..海洋都心有3期
差不多5000戶
(心想遠雄就常在造鎮啊..
而且5000戶的話,無論2房或3房,1戶平均算4口好了,
5000戶就有2萬人耶!! 多久才能消化啊.. 別人都不用賣了嗎?)

我又說
海洋都心現在是不是由達欣工程換成台糖建設
達欣工程是甲級營造廠 台糖不知哪來的
品質會有差一點吧(我很含蓄的說...)

業者不以為然...他說淡海新市鎮都如此
難道都不能住人了..

他可真有信心
經查~~~

台糖營造:
資本額 1億元
地址:台中市西區民龍里模範街31巷9之1號1樓

達欣工程:
資本額 21.96億元
地址:台北市大安區敦化南路二段92號9樓

2家營造公司等級也差太多了吧....
台糖資本額這麼少... 公司設在巷弄裡
會不會做一半就烙跑了!!
不過這是我事後查的...當時也沒講什麼...

後來業者還講了一大堆..."遠"景
我是說21萬我就ok啦...
業者還是不二價

後來我就直接說..我去看家樂福附近
不然我買三峽也可以...謝謝囉

起身時...業者說其實你的價錢也是談啦...
當下真令人傻眼...
心想你真不老實...叫你經理來我想可以1坪20萬吧..還不二價咧!!
不過當下感覺真的很不好....我就走了..

回來後朋友說其實他們賣得還好啦
之前都是賣投資客而已
最近市場不好
他們(甲山林)現在都利用工作日
用巴士載自已員工來海洋都心"賞屋"
並優先承購
擺著的就是市況不好,連自已人都坑~~~
哎...心想沒買會被炒了嗎!!
世態炎涼哦~~

我本覺得淡水是很有發展性
不過業者的態度可能會延緩淡水發展
都只講好的..不然就是怕就別買
老實說三峽和林口都有口袋名單
真不想在這兒受氣...
後來去三峽和林口的業者口氣好多了...
哪來的不二價...見鬼了!!
淡水只能說再見的夕陽地區!!
