PC後勢可期！富國銀行：消費電腦換機潮剛起跑

商用電腦換機潮之後，消費用個人電腦(PC)將接棒，帶動PC市場持續復甦？惠普(Hewlett-Packard)執行長惠特曼(Meg Whitman)受訪時如此表示，富國銀行(Wells Fargo)認同此一看法，稱消費PC市場出現反彈跡象。

Barronˋs 26日報導，惠特曼在CNBC受訪指出，XP換機潮下，商用電腦首先回春，估計消費PC動能也將轉強，Q4會有出色表現，宣告進入更新循環。先是企業換機，消費者也隨之仿效，儘管PC業緩步下滑，她相信該公司會隨業界整合，提高市佔，明後年PC展望強勁。

富國銀行David Wong也認為消費PC逐漸復甦。報告稱，多數數據顯示，消費PC開始回暖，未來幾週將觀察更多數據，確認市場需求。今年第三季聯想(Lenovo)筆電出貨年增14%、桌電出貨年增6%。今年8-10月，惠普筆電也年增8%、但桌電年減2%。Q3蘋果(Apple)Mac電腦年增21%。

報告說，台灣筆電代工廠如廣達(2382)、仁寶(2324)、緯創(3231)、英業達(2356)，近幾個月來出貨也逐漸攀升，從8月的年增8%、9月增至成長10%、10月續增至揚升11%。主機板製造商包括華碩(2357)、和碩(4938)、精英電腦(2331)、華擎(3515)、微星(2377)、技嘉(2376)，10月份出貨年增24%。雖然主要是出貨給iPhone的和碩帶動，但是扣除和碩，這些公司10月出貨仍年增6%。

六月懷孕９個多月，倒數兩周臨盆，28日穿比基尼拍新書照片，她想鼓勵孕婦不要把自己當病人，不然很容易憂鬱，可仿效歐美孕婦喝紅酒、游泳等，展現孕婦的自信美。

她昨挺大肚穿高跟鞋，穿比基尼，不怕太冒險臨時早產？她說，之前要拍但肚子還不夠大，現在罩杯也升級，從32B漲到34E，10年前她拍過比基尼照片，笑說那時還要墊Nu bra，現在是真材實料。

她的老公李易說，她生產那天已排開工作，但可能不敢進產房。她說，好友梁赫群願意幫忙記錄全程，不過熟歸熟，不該看的地方還是不能看，請小梁站在適當的位置。

CNN：金正恩姑姑中風亡

（中央社台北29日電）美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，北韓領導人金正恩的姑母金敬姬是在與金正恩通電話時，中風過世。她在電話中與金正恩爭辯丈夫張成澤遭處決1事。

金敬姬是金正恩之父、北韓前領導人金正日的妹妹，張成澤則是在去年12月遭處決，當時令世界各國觀察家震驚，因為外界認為，張成澤輔佐金正恩接班有功，成為北韓的權力2號人物。

先前南韓媒體報導，金敬姬是在張成澤處決數日後服毒自盡。但CNN今天引述脫北者康明道的話報導，金敬姬當時是在與金正恩通電話時，出現第三次中風，送醫不治身亡。

康明道是北韓前總理姜成山的女婿，不過CNN無法獨立證實他所透露的狀況。1031129

國民黨地方執政崩盤，僅新北市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、南投縣、台東縣、連江縣守住，行政院長江宜樺、國民黨祕書長曾永權雙雙請辭獲准，身兼黨主席的馬英九總統晚間9時召開記者會向黨員、支持者道歉，並發表談話。

對於九合一大選結果，中國國民黨主席馬英九29日晚間率副主席與黨務主管召開記者會，向全國黨員與支持者鞠躬致歉。馬英九講話全文如下：

各位黨員與支持國民黨的朋友，大家辛苦了。

九合一選舉結果出爐，本黨遭遇極大挫敗，我必須向所有中國國民黨的黨員與支持者表示歉意，我們讓大家失望了。行政院江院長與本黨曾秘書長都已向我請辭，我已同意。這次選舉，人民傳達的訊息我都收到了。此刻我的責任，是儘快提出改革方案，回應人民訴求，我不會迴避任何責任。

我知道，各位現在心情是複雜的。我們提名的同志，奮戰到最後一刻，許多同志不幸落敗。但是，中國國民黨不會被輕易擊倒，過去沒有，今天也不會。現在，讓我們擦去淚水，讓我們團結起來，繼續為黨、為臺灣、為中華民國奮鬥。

在此，本人要特別感謝新北市朱立倫市長、新竹縣邱鏡淳縣長、苗栗縣徐耀昌委員、南投縣林明溱委員、台東縣黃健庭縣長、連江縣劉增應同志等各縣市長勝選人，為本黨取得勝利。

選舉結果揭曉，國民黨慘敗，藍綠版圖大翻盤，資深媒體人王瑞德表示，民進黨要謙卑的接受這一切，不能驕傲，而國民黨方面，馬英九如果不改變自己的施政習慣，緊接而來的總統大選恐怕也不會樂觀。

王瑞德29日在民視「決戰九合一」特別節目中表示，包括外媒、民調、賭盤，之前的估計大概是柯贏連10萬票，最後卻拉大到20多萬票，主因是雙方陣營到後來的肉搏戰訴求，變成了「老頭子與好小子」之爭，當柯文哲選擇與年輕人站在一起，告訴年輕人如果自己不選擇做改變，傷害的是自己的未來，但連陣營與國民黨竟然是選擇以「高壓的方式來壓逼年輕人」；而從今天起，不應該再稱台北市是「天龍國」，因為可以看見台北市很多的年輕人，正要以自己的力量創造更輝煌的明天。

王瑞德說，選前就有人預估，頂新黑心油事件爆發時，閣揆江宜樺不辭，就是準備在今天（敗選時）使用，如今果然派上用場，包括國民黨秘書長曾永權也辭了，但馬英九卻未依照慣例辭去黨主席。

王瑞德說，選舉結果顯示，沒有一定不變的「藍大綠小」，只要做不好就會被推翻，今天「藍天綠地大改變」，但不表示民進黨永遠都是贏的，民進黨要謙卑的接受這一切，並勇敢地去面對未來，更不能驕傲，就國民黨而言，馬英九如果不改變自己的施政習慣，緊接而來的總統大選恐怕也不會樂觀。

各位大大好 小弟有幸獲得大銀微系統的研替RD一職 薪資如版上所說的41900$(含津貼) N+14 我們不談其他的負評和不同公司間的比較 單純想問有曾經或現在仍在內部上班的版友 除了加班有額外的金錢以外,還能從何種管道盡力爭取附加的權益? 例如 專利的開發 或者是 小組間的業績獎金 展覽...等 甚至出國替公司學習新技術 或是 出差解決國際客戶問題 諸如此類的,如果想讓薪水保持在50k~60k是否有辦法靠自己去爭取? 因為有些公司會認為上述提到的是含括在原薪資上的一般要求 那也有公司是Extra Bonus,希望大大能幫小弟解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.133.249.219 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1417268859.A.158.html
