標題[請益] 永安市場站-行天宮站 自行車路線

行政院主計總處公布最新人力運用調查，7萬多名長期失業者平均希望待遇超過新台幣3萬1198元，較全體失業者高。

其中，大專程度以上逾半，顯示長期失業者多為高學歷且寧失業不願低就。

主計總處今天公布今年5月進行的「人力運用調查統計」結果，5月失業者有44萬3000人，失業期間1年以上的長期失業者有7萬5000人，占全體失業者的16.9%，較去年增加1000人，年增0.94個百分點。

今年5月失業者44萬3000人，在找尋工作過程中，曾遇有工作機會者有23萬人，占全部的51.93%，而未去就業原因是「待遇太低」的占48.50%最多。

其他未曾遇有工作機會者的求職者有21萬3000人、占48.07%，「從未遇到合適的職缺」為主要因素、占49.36%；遭遇的困難為「找不到想要做的職業類別」、占26.97%居多，「專長技能（含證照資格）不合」者與「待遇不符期望」者亦分別占 22.12%與 20.34%。

其中，失業期間1年以上的長期失業者有7萬5000人，占全體失業者16.90%。長期失業者中，以大學及以上程度者3萬8000人最多，占比高達51.34%，自調查以來，已經是連續第2年所占比率超過半數。

主計總處分析，主要因素為教育結構改變，大專及以上程度畢業生快速增加，且要求勞動條件相對較高，大多屬於「自願性失業者」。

調查顯示，長期失業者平均希望待遇是3萬1198元，較全體失業者希望待遇3萬71元來得高，同時也較去年尋獲現職者的主要工作收入2萬9107元為高。

主計總處指出，去年尋獲現職者指的是在去年第1次找到工作或在去年又重新回到職場者，主要工作收入平均2萬9107元，長期失業者的希望待遇高於在去年找到工作者的平均收入。

從調查中可以看到，長期失業者中曾遇有工作機會者計4萬人或占53.38%，未去就業原因以「待遇太低」占51.43%最多。

其餘長期失業而未曾遇有工作機會的尋職者，遭遇主要困難以「專長技能（含證照資格）不合」占36.89%較高，其次為「待遇不符期望」占 24.32%，「年齡限制」占19.19%。(中央社)

電子菸不安全! 日本媒體今天報導，日本研究人員發現，電子菸補充液的甲醛等致癌物比傳統菸多10倍，研究所得已交給日本政府。

電子菸在日本尚無管理辦法，可輕易在網路上買到，但實體店面還未普遍銷售。

標題[求助] 男友不想公開戀情

在結束一段4年的感情後 我和目前的新男友在一起剛滿一個月. 可能是因為時間太相近,男友不希望公開戀情 一開始的原因是希望等我和前男友的事情平息後再公開,以免會有輿論問題 (可能是在保護我或是保護他自己吧) 但前男友早已經展開新的戀愛也大方公開放閃 我又問男朋友可不可以公開了,但他還是拒絕。 原因是他認為我們現在不穩定,很常吵架(我個人覺得還好) 所以不希望共同朋友們知道,以免問東問西。 (因為我們以前就是多年好友,後來才在一起,所以共同好友很多) 有時候我會和一兩個比較好的朋友說,他知道後也沒有生氣 只是說我真的覺得不太好,但你想公開我也不能說什麼... 有時候朋友的聚會,我也會希望和他一起去,去認識他的朋友 但他會說你要去幹嘛,很奇怪耶(不知道是不是因為是純男生聚會的關係) 甚至是他要跟我們的共同朋友出去時,也要把我們的合照桌面換掉 我打電話給他, 他也要假裝是在和男生講電話. 除非不是我們的共同朋友,他才會承認是和女朋友講電話. 我雖然不會因為這件事情跟他吵架,我尊重他的意願 但只是很想知道,他的考量是合理的嗎? 還是我帶不出門呢(笑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.134.32.162 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Boy-Girl/M.1417065572.A.E9E.html

行政院會上午聽取衛福部「促進身心障礙者權益發展」報告，江揆會中指示，有關進用身心障礙者的人數下限，在實務上是否會對有些機關部門的工作推展造成影響，請衛福部、勞動部及人事行政總處做更深入的研究，

根據現行相關法規，各級政府機關、公立學校及公營事業機構員工總人數在34人以上者，進用具有就業能力之身心障礙者人數，不得低於員工總人數3%；私人企業則是規定67人以上者，進用身障者比例不得低於1%。有些部會或者產業，因高度專業，若勉強進用身障者，反而造成勞雇雙方的困擾。江揆會中指示相關部會，參酌世界先進國家處理相關實務問題的作法，也可請益國內相關團體與學者專家，務實地照顧身心障礙者。

行政院會上午通過我國擬加入聯合國「身心障礙者權利公約」案，將函請立法院審議。由於「身心障礙者權利公約施行法」已在8月20日經總統公布，並將自12月3日起施行，該公約函報行政院核轉立法院審議，完備法制程序。
