【聯合晚報╱記者王彤勻/台北報導】

手機晶片大廠高通(Qualcomm)今(26日)舉辦媒體會議，針對4G LTE與後續營運策略提出說明。高通表示，根據研調機構指出，目前全球仍有95%以上的2G/3G規格連網，顯示4G LTE滲透率僅5%，未來成長前景看好。關於中移動上周保守看待明年全球的4G市場，認為明年全球4G用戶僅1.5億。高通表示，對全球後續4G LTE的成長速度感到滿意，不願評論中移動的說法。

高通同時也指出，預估2018年手機以外的連網裝置出貨量將達50億台，意謂除了智慧型手機之外，其他連網裝置周邊IC仍有很大成長空間，高通也將朝此耕耘。法人表示，台系IC設計公司可多朝此部分布局，比方WiFi晶片、藍牙等，瑞昱(2379)等廠商可望受惠。

高通表示，2014年第三季研調機構的數據顯示，在全球一共70億台的連網裝置之中，僅有4億台採用4G規格連網、滲透率僅5%。相信隨著可用的LTE頻譜增加，覆蓋不同價位的LTE智慧型手機出貨成長，明年全球的4G LTE滲透率將再提升。

高通引述研調機構的統計數據，指出今年的3G/4G裝置出貨量將從去年的11億台成長至13億台，明年將再成長15%來到15億台，估計到了2018年全球3G/4G裝置出貨量將成長至22.5億台。意謂在2013~2018年之間，全球3G/4G裝置出貨量年複合成長率(CAGR)將上看15%。

高通並指出，儘管部分市場意見認為智慧機成長已放緩，惟預估2014~2018年全球智慧型手機出貨量將超越80億台，且2018年的智慧型手機裝機量將為2014年的兩倍，後續仍有很大成長空間。

　　根據歷史經驗統計，歷年12月台股都有不錯的表現，平均漲幅達3.76%，若把時間延長到隔年第一季，則報酬率將上看6.3%，顯示12月為趁低布局台股的時機點。而自2004年至2013年，只有2007年大盤指數為負報酬，其餘都交出正報酬的成績單。

日盛首選基金經理人林建良表示，未來美股若能維持高檔，將有助於拉抬台股後勢，再從基本面觀察，台股上市櫃企業第三季獲利續創近幾年新高，達新台幣4094億，第四季市場預估更是有機會超過5000億大關，在基本面無虞、企業獲利狀況良好之下，台股可望出現補漲行情。

林建良指出，從籌碼面觀察，外資並沒有被滬港通吸走資金。11月全月甚至有機會扭轉連三月外資淨匯出情勢，轉為淨匯入，然因內資買超力道不強，店頭指數今年以來沒有特別表現，由於年底是明年作夢行請啟動點，後市可留意中小型股，為明年展望暖身。

林建良分析，美股維持高檔，台股具補漲空間，企業獲利良好，外資回頭加部位，且根據近10年台股加權指數資料，統計12月到隔年表現佳，9成的機率上漲，後市可偏多操作。

秘魯演員兼環保人士理查（Richard Torres）去前和阿根廷首都宜諾斯艾利斯一棵「樹」喜結連理，近日他又娶了一棵來自哥倫比亞波哥大國家公園的樹。

據英國《鏡報》（The Mirror）報導，理查上周和哥倫比亞波哥大國家公園一棵「樹」舉行婚禮，照片中，「新娘」披著白色婚紗，理查臉上滿是幸福笑意。

理查表示，婚禮目的是為提高人們對「環境議題」的重視，更注重世界各地人為造成的環境問題，也盼哥倫比亞革命武裝勢力放棄戰爭，選擇「種樹」改變世界。

無黨籍台北市長候選人柯文哲26日上午接受資深媒體人周玉蔻專訪，周在節目中表示，有朋友說，柯文哲政策辦公室2名徵信業者其實遭到連勝文就選總幹事蔡正元收買。蔡正元下午在臉書上表示，已經透過律師採自訴方式對周玉蔻提告。

蔡正元在臉書上痛批周玉蔻，這是周玉蔻散佈謠言的一貫手法，只要「有人跟她説」、「如果」，不必查證，不用證據，就可以在電台亂講。他還指控周玉蔻政治立場搖擺，周曾經背離國民黨，投靠李登輝的台聯勢力，出來參選台北市長，被國民黨開除黨籍，卻又敢自稱是「資深國民黨員」的人。
