騎士主場以127：94大勝老鷹，取得4連勝，同時也終結老鷹的4連勝。

此役騎士三分球前11次出手全中，全場投進19個三分破隊史紀錄，上半場就將老鷹擊潰，127分創騎士本賽季得分新高。

騎士7名球員得分上雙，詹姆斯（LeBron James）只打三節得32分6籃板7助攻，厄文（Kyrie Irving）20分5助攻，洛夫（Kevin Love）13分6籃板5助攻。

老鷹隊米爾薩普（Paul Millsap）16分7籃板，替補穆斯卡拉（Mike Muscala）13分。

老鷹在此前的四連勝中，平均每場失95.3分。不過在騎士面前，他們的防線第一節就遭到猛攻，騎士投進9記三分球，以41：25大幅領先。第二節厄文兩度三分球命中，騎士連續11記三分球都進，繼續擴大領先優勢，上半場騎士投中了13記三分球，以71：43遙遙領先。

勝負在上半場就失去了懸念，下半場騎士有所收斂，但兩隊的差距還在拉大。老鷹打完三節以69：101落後。第四節兩隊都沒派上主力，騎士以120：77領先了43分，老鷹無力回天。

台灣之星合約到期後,資費方案隨它在喊的?

今年9月份,我的台灣之星門號合約到期了,原資費方案是649.

到期後,我把門號NP到台灣大哥大去了,不知道是台灣之星報復NP出去的客戶,還是手機通訊合約都是這樣子.

原有的649資費方案在到期當天,沒有任何告知的前提下,原有的語音通話和上網資費都被取消了.

結果收到帳單時,才發覺金額增加了許多...

想請問各位:
1. 手機門號合約到期時,資費方案是以什麼為依據?(我以前使用台哥大和中華的經驗是,不續約就延續原有資費,只是沒有綁約)
2. 合約到期後,台灣之星沒有通知且經客戶同意下,採用的資費方案是有效的嗎?台灣之星堅持它是對的...
3. 向台灣之星申訴無效,我該找誰投訴去?

如果是我的錯,那我就認命了,順便大家要注意一下自己的合約期限...

發生交通事故 可申請強制車險保險給付

金管會提醒，萬一不幸發生車禍事故，記得取得車禍相關資料，才能向產險公司申請強制汽車責任保險理賠，或向汽車交通事故特別補償基金申請補償金，以保障自身權益。

金管會表示，受害人在發生車禍事故後，應立即報警處理，警察機關獲報後，會派員實施現場勘察。

根據警政署相關規定，當事人或利害關係人除當場取得當事人登記聯單外，在事故現場處理完畢七日後，可向處理相關單位申請核發道路交通事故現場圖、現場照片，並在事故發生30日後，申請提供「道路交通事故初步分析研判表」，這是申請強制車險保險給付或補償金的重要文件。

民眾對申請強制車險手續不瞭解時，可隨時電洽特別補償基金或產險公會請求協助，也可向保險事業發展中心查詢事故汽車的保險人資料，以提供完善的服務。

稱被害人頻託夢！嫌躲6年自首

高雄市6年前發生一起兇殺案，黃姓男子不滿女友被搭訕，找來朋友圍毆被害人，還拿刀將他刺死，警方事後逮捕涉案的8名嫌犯，依殺人罪送辦，主嫌入獄服刑，還和同夥賠償死者家屬800萬元，但沒想到隔了6年，上個月一名蔡姓男子，突然向警方自首說 他夢到被害人說，別人欠的已經還了800萬，你欠我的何時還，男子嚇到才跑到派出所自首。

2008年1月，兇嫌黃姓男子因為不滿女友在KTV被搭訕，竟然跟朋友一齊圍毆被害人，就連放在角落的煙灰桶也拿來打人，煙灰桶凹一大塊，看得出來兇嫌有多兇殘，混亂中被害人被人拿刀刺中左胸斃命，動手的8男1女通通被帶回警局偵訊。

案件發生當時被害人家屬受不了失去親人的痛苦，淚流滿面，經過偵訊，主嫌黃姓男子被判10年6個月，主嫌跟同夥還籌了8百萬賠給家屬，但沒想到案件過了6年，卻突然出現一名蔡姓男子到警局自首，說自己也是打死被害人的兇手之一。

高市前鎮分局偵查隊長陳明俊：「案件都過了六年主嫌也都入監服刑，沒想到還有在逃嫌犯到警局自首，承辦員警一開始也不敢相信，後來比對案情，也到監獄詢問黃姓主嫌，確定這一名蔡姓嫌犯當時也在現場動手打人，嫌犯供稱一連半個月每天晚上都夢到被害人，受不了心理壓力，才會到警局自首，員警調查過後，也將蔡姓男子殺人罪移送請檢察官併案調查。」

廠牌: acer 型號: vn7-591g 購入日期: 2014/11/14 距上次使用正常時間: 2014/11/15 OS版本: win8.1 平常作業內容: 上網 星海 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): n 問題內容: 剛買的時候沒有注意到這個問題 上逼的時候發現無法久按箭頭快速移動 昨晚打星海的時候也發現無法藉由久按連續生產兵種 google搜尋的結果是鍵盤篩選功能點掉即可 但我的篩選功能已經沒有勾選了還是無法 另如果勾選篩選功能則可以連續輸入，只是會以所設定較為緩慢的速度連續輸入 也試過以螢幕小鍵盤久按，可以正常連續輸入 不知道到底是什麼問題... 也已經還原原廠設定了，依舊無法... 請問版上各位大大有沒有遇過類似的問題並且解決的？ 謝謝大家QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.128.57 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1416124561.A.2B1.html

賈靜雯、修杰楷相差9歲姐弟戀曝光後，雙方各自為工作忙碌，聚少離多。賈靜雯為新作品定裝，修杰楷日前出國工作，還在機場候機室po自拍照，留言：「每天都在想家」，提到可以短暫回家，享受「家的溫暖」，引發網友揣測，把「家」都聯想成「賈」，網友們不斷鼓吹：「女神快嫁給他！」還有人不忘標記女方：「娶回家好好溫暖吧！」儼然變催婚大隊，比當事人還急。

賈靜雯近年電視作品以客串居多，日前才以大陸真人秀節目「女神的新衣」全面復出。新片「寒蟬效應」已上映，近期又有周曉鵬執導網路電影「高跟鞋」開拍。日前她為戲定裝，一連秀出登山裝、亮片裝、埃及豔后頭復古風，連續9個小時，雖然過程辛苦，她仍倍感幸福，覺得自己好手好腳好健康，看到定裝成果就覺值得。

她還疑似為新作做準備，po出練舞照，自我鼓勵：「又是新挑戰！每天的生活不管開心與否，請記住~人生無常，請用力微笑面對每一刻。」頗激勵人心。

對照賈靜雯忙於工作，修杰楷也像空中飛人奔波。以往他po和賈靜雯合照，轉貼分享女方上節目動態，誇對方「人美心也美」，常在微博放閃。不過，認愛賈靜雯後，他顯得很低調。

想說小弟的K6 4D終於也可以調整冷氣溫度了，因為也是將熱水閣給拿掉，所以現在的冷氣可是真的冷啊~
所以也自已動手做了一個開關要自已DIY，也看到幾位改裝的人分享了照片，可是當小弟自已要動手時，發現線材和網路上照片完全不同，所以不知道該剪哪一條線，麻煩有哪位大大知道的，能否告知一下小弟，以目前小弟提供的照片，應該是哪2條線材是正確的呢？

我的紅米升級26穩定版後用ROOT大師以PC刷機,發生下列問題:
1.不知是否完成刷機,在使用ROM時到推置SD卡時,顯示無SD卡便無法再動作了?
2.Google Play商店.Chrome瀏覽器.Hangouts.Google搜索及導航王均無法使用,
出現已停止的彈窗並要求回報MIUI,但是卻又無法傳送報告?
請版上大德為敝人解惑,我不是很懂3C產品,拜訪各位講解步驟時要詳細易懂些,
