記者呂炯昌／台北報導

耗資新台幣158億元，蓋了18年，國防部終於將在選後搬遷至大直，與鄰近的空軍司令部、海軍司令部及衡山指揮所形成大直「國防特區」。

國防部發言人羅紹和12日上午記者會中表示，預計11月底進駐大直，新大樓各主體建築物水電檢查已陸續完成，尚待台北市政府核發使用執照，由於國防部聯參單位多，目前先把暫不需要的書籍、營具搬至新址。他強調，國防部一定在依法行政、安全前提下，完成進駐作業，會盡快完成。

國防部新建大樓「博愛分案」占地面積約19.5公頃，主體大樓共4棟，包括聯參辦公室、軍官宿舍、勤務大隊等，斥資約新台幣158億元。由於新大樓完工日期一直延宕，2012年4月時國防部曾遭到監察院糾正。

對於媒體詢問自願役士兵招募成效是否不如預期，羅紹和表示，媒體引述自願役士兵缺額達3.1萬人是較舊的資料，到10月底為止透過宣導與鼓勵流營之下，自願役士兵人數已達3.2萬人。

羅紹和表示，今年報名自願役士兵招募為2.8萬餘人，報到受訓為11,912人，已超過年度目標10,577人，但是他也坦承募兵對國防部是一像挑戰，畢竟台灣不像美國一樣行之有年。羅紹和表示會積極爭取提高戰鬥部隊加給、留營慰助金，以提高募兵制誘因。

反擊的號角聲響起，Samsung 正式回擊 NVIDIA 就 9 月份提出的專利侵權案。

Samsung 響起反攻的號角聲，這次在美國聯邦法院對 NVIDIA 以及其系統商 Velocity Micro 提出告訴。

時間點回到 2014 年 9 月份。

NVIDIA 在 9 月於美國聯邦法院對 Samsung 以及 Qualcomm 提出告訴。其實事主是 Samsung，而 Qualcomm 則是不小心被拖下水，因為 ARM Mali 跟 Imagination PowerVR 都沒被影響。

回到 11 月，在這次 Samsung 的案件中，似乎涉及到 8 項專利，不過 NVIDIA 只牽涉到 6 項，可憐的 Velocity Micro 則是 8 項全中。

從技術（cache control）到物理層面（method for rolling a metal strip），Samsung 聲稱侵權的 8 項專利中，NVIDIA 只中 6 項專利侵權的原因是因為他們為一家 fabless 公司；另一件更有趣的事情來了，作為一家系統商，何以 Velocity Micro 會 8 項全中。

或許，就跟 Samsung 與 Qualcomm 兩家公司的關係一樣。

Velocity Micro 目前販售的產品包含了 GeForce、Quadro 以及 Tesla，是與 NVIDIA 關係最密切的系統商。

如同 NVIDIA 對 Samsung 的專利案一樣，Samsung 對 NVIDIA 的專利案也將會牽扯個好幾年。也或許有相當大的可能，NVIDIA 與 Samsung 會好好坐下來聊聊，看看是否能夠讓專利交叉授權，避免未來的日子再有新問題搬上聯邦法院以及 ITC。

　　Koei Tecmo Games 宣佈，目前販售中的 Wii U 版動作遊戲《薩爾達無雙》（ゼルダ無双）將進行對應遊戲連動人偶玩具「amiibo」的免費升級，預定於 12 月 6 日正式展開。

　　Amiibo 外觀為公仔，遊戲過程中透過碰觸 Wii U GamePad 即可過內建 NFC（近距離無線連線）晶片將角色資料傳到遊戲中，並儲存為遊戲存檔的機制。首波登場角色為林克及薩爾達，並可從林克人偶得新武器「飛天陀螺」（スピナー），這是一種由林克操控能浮遊於地面上的巨大陀螺狀載具，可像風一樣在戰場上來去自如地迴旋，是一款能橫掃所有敵人的全方位攻擊利器。
