我以前減肥都瘦瘦胖胖的
後來我停滯期停滯好久了
我好痛苦，我以為我這輩子不會再瘦了
男朋友一直都嫌我肉
我還去健身房減肥
可是反而把自己大腿練壯了
我還有便秘的困擾，我4天才排便
肚子經常很不舒服
我開始持續尋找其他減肥方式
我還找上醫美診所，可是我很怕復胖
我在網路看到一個男生減了22公斤
他真的好有厲害，而且維持3年沒復胖了
我覺得好棒喔!我一定也要跟他一樣
我現在真的好開心，好有自信
因為我瘦了6公斤

而且從來沒有遇過停滯期
我瘦下來之後真的感覺到路上的人都在看著我
都在看著非常漂亮的我
我好開心，男朋友現在都很怕我被搶走
開始很愛護我。感恩他，謝謝他
我可以介紹她給你認識
