洩密給扁 葉盛茂判有罪定讞

（中央社記者劉世怡台北26日電）前調查局長葉盛茂被控洩密給前總統陳水扁洗錢情資案，高等法院今天撤銷一審無罪判決，改判葉盛茂1年徒刑，減刑為6個月，得易科罰金定讞。

葉盛茂透過律師得知判決結果表示，法院量刑有點重，尊重法院判決。

葉盛茂被控在民國95年間，得知艾格蒙聯盟轉來澤西島金融情報中心的吳景茂（陳水扁妻吳淑珍的胞兄）涉嫌洗錢情資，竟將這些資料交付給陳水扁．一審法院判葉盛茂無罪，台灣高等法院改判葉盛茂1年，減刑為6個月，得易科罰金，不得上訴。

此外，檢方日前併辦指出，高檢署指揮交付調查局共25個身分證字號，查辦相關銀行開戶等是否涉嫌犯罪，但這25人的名字等個資卻出現在陳水扁辦公室，顯示為傳真所得，檢方認為葉盛茂涉犯洩密，將此案併辦高院，但高院今天認定為非裁判上一罪，且葉盛茂否認犯罪．將案件退併台北地檢署偵辦。1030326
