普丁致電歐巴馬　討論烏克蘭問題

美國總統歐巴馬先前向俄羅斯提出，以外交途徑解決烏克蘭危機，美國白宮表示俄國總統普丁28日致電歐巴馬，回應討論解決烏克蘭問題，2人都同意美國國務卿凱瑞和俄羅斯外交部長拉夫洛夫將盡快會晤，進一步討論。

白宮並未說明美方提出的外交解決之道為何，不過透露在電話中，歐巴馬告訴普丁希望俄方從克里米亞撤軍，並不要進一步侵略烏克蘭其他地區。（周佩萱／綜合外電報導）
