保險公司提供消費者可藉由電話行銷方式購買保險，金管會表示，招攬傳統型保單要給消費者3天以上的保單審閱期、全程並必須錄音及存檔。

金融監督管理委員會表示，在多元發展情況下，保險公司會透過電話行銷的方式行銷保單。

金管會提醒，在招攬傳統型人壽保險前，應提供要保人並給予不低於3天的審閱期，非經要保人確認完成審閱，不得訂定保險契約。

另外，電話行銷過程與成交紀錄均須全程錄音並備份存檔，要保人與保險公司間因電話行銷爭議或涉訟時，可要求保險公司提供錄音備份，且若因電話行銷過程溝通不良所造成爭議，保險公司應作有利於要保人解釋及處理。

金管會指出，消費者若沒有明確同意投保，或僅表示考慮、請保險公司寄送相關資料後再做決定等，事後卻收到保險公司寄發的保單，即使未於收到保單後10日內撤銷契約，仍可向保險公司主張該保險契約不成立。

金管會呼籲，消費者若有因電話行銷保險引起爭議，可向保險公司申訴或向金融評議中心提出申請評議，保護自身權益。(中央社)
