清明掃墓　新埔劉家墓園上千子孫祭拜

新竹縣新埔枋寮雙堂屋劉家墓園今午1800名子孫齊聚一堂，清明祭祖，劉家子孫散居全台各地及國外，相約清明返鄉，以牲禮祭拜，後代子孫還得用麥克風指揮才能進行，由於人潮湧入，連攤販也在墓園前做生意，場面熱鬧。
 
雙堂屋總幹事劉譯鴻說，每年清明節掃墓是雙堂屋子孫及宗親團聚之日，子孫跨越5到6代人掃墓祭祖，今年預估上千人返鄉掃墓。新埔鎮枋寮劉家在清乾隆年間來台，迄今已258年，31年前，家族集資興建瑞閣園，紀念來台祖先，內有近3000個塔位，並訂下春秋兩祭及清明掃墓為重要慶典，讓各地的族親返鄉團聚，互相連絡感情，教育子孫慎終追遠。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
