浴室抓漏防水修繕

大家好！

因小弟樓下住戶反應天花板潮濕+脫漆，找人來看說可能浴室防水有老化滲水。
浴室牆壁為輕隔間材質，可能因地震震動，防水層也震壞。
請問這樣做防水層及重貼磁磚，會需要花到多少錢？

浴室大小為 325 cm x 150 cm (約 1.5 坪)
牆壁的磁磚會不會動到？如果找不到和舊磁磚相同花色的，諸位會怎麼做？

By the way, 像這樣的情況，有沒有可能要求樓下的住戶分攤修繕費用？
