大陸推共有產權房 低收入戶受惠

中國大陸住房和城鄉建設部日前公布，北京、上海、深圳、成都、黃石、淮安6個城市明確被列為全大陸共有產權住房試點城市。

綜合大陸媒體報導，「共有產權房」，是指中低收入住房困難家庭購房時，可按個人與政府的出資比例，共同擁有房屋產權。

共有產權房自2007年起在江蘇省淮安市進行試點，此模式已經在江蘇省其他地區推廣。

上海易居房地產研究院副院長楊紅旭說，共有產權房降低購房門檻，也緩解政府的融資困難，非常值得在大都市推廣。
